I wanted an egg and cheese biscuit. My fault I did not see it was over easy. I do feel like they should ask how you want the egg cooked or if over easy is ok. My friend's biscuit came out before mine and I saw hers oozing out. So I went to ask the only person working (before mine came out) to be cooked all the way through. It came out and I took a bite and the yolk popped In mouth and on the whole biscuit itself. I was very unpleasantly surprised. So I got up to ask if they could remake it cause there was yolk all over the biscuit. Again the only person on the floor was very kind but she kept going to the kitchen to talk to the cook (which she said was the manager in the end) I also think his name was Nick. Very rude he would not come out to talk to me. He said he would charge me again if I wanted the egg to be remade. The portion looks small but we felt like we had to roll out the restaurant after we were done because we were so stuffed. Great food, I love that the biscuits have a little crunch on the edges. The chicken honey biscuit was big for me so I should have skipped the loaded tots which were also really good but just too much. Hubby and I split the tots but we thought it was too much. My only complaint is I don't care for the particular brand of craft sodas they have on the fountain; your mileage may vary. They were not busy on Sunday morning so we were able to comfortably distance from others. Until they fix their system it's just not worth it. This place is so amazing! With both indoor and outdoor dining, come solo or with a big group! With this unique menu of all different types of chicken biscuits, you will leave full and satisfied! You can have your chicken biscuit however you like it hot and spicy or mild tinder and juicy. They even have some amazing size of tots and you can always order extra sides of chicken, bacon, and eggs. Feel free to wash everything down with an ice cold beverage or a Mamosa, bloody Mary, ice cold beer, or whatever you like! The customer service is very friendly and personable, on this visit we had three different staff members come over and check on our group! They were upbeat, asked if we needed anything, and even bought out at the end a surprise for us ....a little dessert! I really want to love this place, but I just won't go back. I love biscuits and this place makes a pretty good biscuit but not amazing and that's okay as it's used to make sandwiches. I've been twice and ordered the chicken and not waffles and then the Philly cheesesteak biscuit. Both were good but extremely messy and quickly fell apart and just had to resort to using a knife and fork. The food was good but not worth the price point as you have to buy tater tots or other sides in addition to your biscuit... even if they threw like 10 tater tots on the side I would probably be happier paying $11 for a biscuit with no side and no drink. So much potential, poor execution, not worth the price point... but worth a try for yourself. read more
