Really fresh, vibrant, beautiful food. Perfectly paired with a cold one. Highly recommend driving out for this.

We ordered some food here to complement our beers from Live Oak and we are glad we did. We tried the brat, pretzel and smoked nuts. The smoked nuts for phenomenal. We liked them so much we ordered 2 more to-go. We also ordered a couple of the cherry bombs for a sweet treat. Everything was great.

This pretzel was as good as it looks. Freshly made, warm, and the Maldon salt was amazing. Queso was great also. The kicker was the service. Didn't grab your name, but the lad it the truck was awesome! Best thing you could do while killing time before the airport.

This hidden gem is worth visiting. Smaller list on the menu so each can be perfected, and that they are. The theme is German food. The food is competitively priced and taste is amazing. The service is great and doesn't take long to get. Come give it a try!

Wonderful food truck serving snacky German food, perfect to wash down a beer with! Everything was fairly priced and the food came out within 5-7 min. We tried their pretzel and schnitzelwich - the pretzel was perfectly soft and paired with delicious grainy mustard and beer cheese. It was good enough for us to get two more to go! The schnitzelwich was also a hit - the schnitzel is perfectly crunchy and a great textural and flavor balance with the soft pretzel roll and crisp pickled red onions. Would definitely recommend checking this out if you're hanging at Live Oak brewery and feeling peckish!

The ambiance is marvelous! They have steins everywhere and the decor is pretty neat! I would love to come here during an evening to see how different it is! They had 2 staff working on a Saturday afternoon which is understandable! After a twenty minute wait we were seated and the server came and took our order. He was very nice and helped us order since we couldn't pronounce much on the menu. We got a decent amount of food for 4 of us! I got the Brie with cranberry sauce it was a 4 out of 5. I did not know it would be fried which is why I took one point away. My friends got the potato salad and it was delish! It came warm and was very flavorful! They also got a pitcher of Ratler beer which tasted just like juice! It was delish! My friends got the soup and the Reuben. All were pretty tasty! My husband ordered the Bretzel which was delicious. Then we got two slices of cake. DO NOT SLEEP ON THE BEE STING CAKE! It was divine and I plan on buying a whole one for my birthday! It has almonds, honey, Bavarian sweet cream and Bavarian sweet bread it is phenomenal! I cannot recommend it enough! Each slice was $7 but so well worth it!

Keegan was very attentive and thoughtful, and made the whole experience so warm and welcoming. Definitely the best server in town. The food was incredible - the sausage sampler is a great starter with a variety of good flavors, and the venison burger is one of a kind. These also might have been the best fries I've ever had. If you go, try them with the chipotle mayo or garlic aioli sauce (shoutout to Keegan again). The atmosphere is great - open but very comfortable. I loved sitting in the bierhalle. I will definitely be returning.

Fortunately, we were still able to get a table in the café without any issue. I'm giving 4 stars mainly due to the service. Our server seemed quite disinterested, and when we asked about the drink menu, it wasn't clear whether he was unfamiliar with it or simply not inclined to go through it with us. Either way, the experience in that area wasn't great. We ordered the Rueben fries, and Texas schnitzel and both were amazing, the food came out fresh and hot and we had zero complaints. The gravy with the schnitzel was so flavorful and the green beans were cooked to perfection. For dessert we ordered the hummingbird cake and wasnt let down by our choice. With better service this would have been a 5 star review for sure.

Small dining room with lots of cozy decor from Germany. Very welcoming atmosphere, from the time we walked in until we finished our meal and left. Probably the most authentic German food we've had in the US, we lived in Franconia Bavaria for four years in the 80s. Complimentary bread (also authentic) served when we sat down, and we could hear the schnitzel being pounded out in the kitchen when we ordered. Everything came out in an appropriate time, and our server was very friendly and checked up on us all the time. Even upsold us on a dessert (which we had to get to-go, as we were stuffed) by bringing the torte out for us to look at, hard to pass up after seeing it lol. Highly recommended!
