However, it was clean. Service for Good Friday was terrible. Simply not enough servers for the amount of people. It was slow the other time too, but not as bad as Good Friday. Service was okay once we were able to get someone. The kitchen was backed up as well, so it took a long time for our food to come out. Food was good. Although I found the batter this time to be too doughy, but pleasant enough. There also was a burger which was delicious. Fries were tasty and thick cut. I will definately come here again to try out more of the food. I think this will be a crowd favourite for a watering hole.

Food was great, the fries here are amazing, crispy on the outside and tender and soft on the inside,,, never been frozen and fresh as can be!! The CBH donair was honestly really good. The meat was super tender and full of flavour, and the wrap itself came together really well. The buffalo chicken wrap was also a standout -- perfectly cooked, really flavourful, and not overly spicy which I appreciated. The dry ribs were a classic. Nothing super unique, but still very tasty and well seasoned. Same with the hot wings -- no complaints there, just a solid, classic wing. The only disappointment food-wise was the brisket poutine. It was a little sad and felt quite dry, like the elements didn't really come together the way a good poutine should. Unfortunately, we also found a small piece of a broken toothpick in the poutine, which could have been really bad if it hadn't been noticed. That said, the staff handled it really well. Our server was very kind and quick to address the issue. She checked in regularly and still managed to have a friendly chat with us even while the place was busy. The manager, Ethan, was also very apologetic and handled the situation professionally. He even took one of our wing orders off the bill so we only had to pay for one, which we appreciated. As for the atmosphere, the decor is definitely a bit dated. The tables have visible wear marks and the carpet looks pretty used. But it still has that classic sports bar vibe, and there's lots to look at around the restaurant which adds to the atmosphere. With an expertly drizzled combination of chocolate and white chocolate sauce on the plate. I wish you could have eaten it! Don't let the outside fool you, once you get inside you will see that it is renovated and a lot bigger than it looks from the outside. Daily karaoke starting at 9pm with the exception of Mondays. Wing specials every day as long as it's dine in. All the food on the menu is super delicious. The pizza is especially to die for. Very crispy crusts and also they do not skimp on the toppings.
