In the end, I paid $64 for a style that consisted mainly of curls done with a curling iron. Not only did the process feel rough on my hair, but the curls fell out almost immediately after I left. The results were not what I expected from a professional blowout and were something I could have achieved at home. I contacted the salon to request a refund, as the service did not meet reasonable expectations. Unfortunately, the interaction over the phone was also disappointing. The employee I spoke with was dismissive and unprofessional, Not even a sorry...Id say the same lady who did my hair. While I was eventually refunded, the process took nearly two weeks because management was unavailable. Based on my experience with both the service and customer support, I will not be returning.
