I canceled my other appointment, I showed up Monday only to be told that they couldn't do it and don't know when it could be done by. Even better I ended up with a screw in my tire from going over there, now I have to get my brakes/rotors done AND now my tires fixed... I left this shop with more work needed than I went in for... Don't tell me you can do something then make up excuses when I show up. YOU told me to be there, I showed up and YOU failed.

Stepping in before the holiday and seeing 12 clipboards (1 clipboard for every car) you can tell a service center by the amount of work that comes into the shop. I forgot to mention they changed my transmission coolant hoses without asking me, they used regular rubber hoses, which get eaten up by the coolant, Definitely poor craftsmanship probably using cheap parts, & poor professionalism, wouldn't recommend this shop to anyone,

My dish satelite does not connect to TV's. My macerator toilet does not function. My dash was not put back together it fell out on the floor on my trip out. The new porch awning has 2 large holes where it is attached to the coach over the doorway. I dropped the coach off on the first of November 2023, and it was returned to me in July 2024 with the original problems with enhancements. The awning was the one item that could not be addressed, but as I had extended the warranty, the thought was to have them fix HDMI remote control. The macerator toilet. The microphone for the dashboard bluetooth connection. Replace all the slides and porch. Friendly staff always, but nothing appeared to get done.

On my way home with my car it stated breaking down they fixed the fuel pump which went bad, but they damaged the drive shaft & transmission mount. Granted they fixed the problem, but they also caused two other problems with their repairs. They didn't have the parts or knowledge to work on my kind of car. I called them on my way home & they said to bring it back. At that time I was two hours away. They said to let them know what my mechanic said was wrong with it. I called them to let them know the issue & they never returned my call or offered me any money back. Lesson learned not to just trust anyone with your car especially if it breaks down out of town.

Had a truck driver wreck out around 5am. These criminals "rescued" the truck and trailer from its…read moreside but as it was going back to their yard, their tow truck fell apart! Well since our truck still had a universal joint in tact they took ours off the truck. Left our damaged reefer at a circleK and still had to call another tow company for help. Best part was....Noone called to notify ANY of this transpired! We had no clue anything happened until our driver was discharged from the hospital. The line items from the tow invoice were outrageous to say the least, especially for the BS charge for storage when we were told we couldn't get the truck off the yard until Monday morning business hours. Saturday afternoon, a 29K tow bill was agreed to verbally on the phone between the owner and our driver (who was standing next to the Broome tow driver) bc he refused talking directly to the owner of the truck for whatever ridunkulous reason. Wait theres more! Wouldn't you know, come Monday morning....40K NOT 29K later...we were able to bring the truck and trailer (pulled separately might I add) home. So here's the warning folks: after reviewing each line item we were invoiced for, ive decided there is a special place in hell for people like them. Just make sure if it's necessary to be serviced by Broome Service Center, ask ahead of time for a lube job so your rear end isn't hurting like ours You've been warned!!

I finally decide to call and they tell me the pistons i brought need to be replaced. I would have gladly bought new pistons if i would have known but noone called. The man on the phone says "i dont know who you talked to but we dont install used parts". I reply "i talked to you and you could have told me that when i dropped everything off". When i get there nothing is ready. Crank is not installed, no piston rings, no rod bearings, no main bearings. They cleaned my parts ground my valve seats and diddnt put anything together. I got boxes of loose engine parts and they charged me $663!! Are you kidding me? What kind of mickey mouse operation gives you a dixie cup with your valve keepers upside down in a box of loose parts??
