I've tried to like this place but it always falls short. Most recently I ordered a jasmine milk tea light sweet, a house milk tea with coconut mango jelly, and an original bubble waffle. The jasmine milk tea had no taste and the boba did not taste like honey at all. They tasted like boiled starch balls. The house milk tea was disgustingly sweet. The waffle had black marks on it like they hadn't cleaned their iron in a while. Don't recommend.

Named lilikoi but no lilokoi flavors? clean and cute little boba shop. friendly staff. service was quick. there was enough space to sit and wait but i wouldn't stay here to drink. the name brought me in and i was slightly disappointed that there were no lilikoi flavors! there was a POG flavor but otherwise i was underwhelmed. The horchatas were ANAZING! such a unique pairing! if anything come here to try them out. unfortunately there is a limited menu. wished there were also oreo cookie staples but those were sadly missing. i would still come back for those horchatas though!

I dropped by Lilikoi Boba for a post-hike drink since it was on our way home. We came by Saturday afternoon around 4 and it wasn't busy. Parking was easy as there's a small lot for the plaza. I was very intrigued by the POG Aloha, since I love pog and have never seen it used to make a boba drink before. I got a large (24 oz) for $5.50, which I thought was reasonable. I generally get my drinks around 50% sweetness, so I ordered it less sweet here. Biggg mistake. It was the most watered down drink I've ever had and tasted more like flavored water than anything else. My friend tried a sip and agreed. The drink served its functional purpose, which was provide some much needed hydration after a hike under the hot sun, but sadly it didn't taste good at all.

We were driving through Lafayette on the way out of the Bay, and stopped at Lilikoi for some boba. I had never gotten horchata at a boba shop before, so I decided to give it a try. I thought the drink was pretty good but not necessarily amazing. I definitely tasted the strawberry with the cinnamon and the flavor profile of the drink was solid. The staff was kind but unfortunately he was the only one working at the time, so he was quite busy and the line got pretty backed up.

    Mango Crema and Ube Horchata

A cute little boba shop. Definitely not a place you can hang out with friends as it is pretty tiny inside. I ordered the Mango Crema and the Ube Horchata. Both with boba. The drinks were both very good, however the boba was hard. A bit surprising, but they seemed undercooked. I definitely want to give this place another try since the drinks were both so delicious! But I really wish the consistency of their boba was better. Also, the spam musubi was a bit disappointing. I'd give it a 2/5. It wasn't saucy at all.

Went here after a hike. My cousin ordered the jasmine milk tea with honey boba and I ordered the ube horchata. My cousin doesn't like sweet things so this was the perfect amount of sweetness for her. The honey boba wasn't that great because it had a chewy exterior but hard center. The ube horchata was ok to me. I saw that the strawberry horchata is on the most popular list after I ordered. My cousin who doesn't like sweet things thought this was too sweet and tasted like drinking milk after you finished eating the cereal. I like sweet things so it was fine for me. The flavor was spot on but since they shaved the ice, it was icey and watered down towards the end.

    1. Quick and efficient 2. Includes a wall for any aesthetic IG photos 3. All drinks, no food, be ready for an abundance of drinks to choose from. Choose wisely which drink you want. Overall this little boba shop is small and easy to find but the drink I had was fairly average and I've had better. The price for a 24 oz drink stands at $6.

    My spilled Kona milk tea

My wife ordered two coffees/milk teas. My wife's coffee was fine, but the lid on mine wasn't sealed at all. It spilled all over the car. I didn't even get a chance to drink it. I didn't even get the pleasure of plunging the straw into the lid. That's how un-sealed it was. COME ON! You think they'd check whether their drinks were sealed or not before handing it to their customers. But alas. I won't be tasting that Kona drink of mine.

Definitely needed in Lafayette, as there is no other boba like places around! This location is located in a small strip mall by the chase bank. If can't find the location, look for the Chase bank and you'll find it. Drinks: 1. House milk Tea {3.5/5 stars,$5} - Not as sweet as one would expect. The more sweet is still not very sweet compared to other locations, so just be aware of that. Still delicious and rich tea. Service: Fast even with one worker! Drink was made in about 1 minute after ordering. The employees was kind and direct. Amenities: Very small interior. No indoor or outdoor seating. Just Grab n go with drinks. So, if you want to chat with friends or catch up, you will need to sit on the stairs in-front of the Shop! But luckily, if that is not your style, there is a park right across the street to enjoy your drinks. Overall: A nice Hawaiian style boba themed shop, with ample drink selections, but sadly no seating.

ube horchata (make sure to make before putting the straw) and the mango crema
    Kristine C.

We ordered the Ube Horchata and the Mango Crema. I think the mango crema tasted a bit syrupy, so I wasn't a fan - I didn't even finish my drink. But the cream on the top was a bit salty so did help a bit with the sweetness balance but I just wasn't a fan overall of this drink. The ube horchata though was pretty good. I would probably order this again if I was in the area but I don't think it was that good to make a trip out here for when I want boba or boba type dessert drink. I'm still a fan of other south bay boba shops.

strawberry smoothie & ube taro milk tea

Lilikoi has been expanding QUICK. I've been eyeing this spot for awhile, so I'm glad I don't need to travel far. I think they're even opening a location in Danville where Koala Tea used to be. I'm big fan of taro but this was my first time trying an ube taro drink. (I know, I know.) For the ube taro milk tea, I recommend 50% sweet if you don't have a big sweet tooth. I like that they include chunks of taro as well, so I didn't feel the need to add boba. Very aesthetically pleasing drinks. We also tried the strawberry smoothie which was nice and refreshing. Will be back to try more of the menu.

I was wondering when we would have more boba shops in Lafayette. Two great things merged into one - boba tea and Hawaii. The founder of Lilikoi discovered the idea when he went to San Francisco at 10 years old. Lilikoi, meaning passion fruit, brings a touch of Hawaii into every drink. Their first page of the Menu is their Signature Drinks (from Herbal Lemonade to Ube Milk Tea and from Thai Tea to Mint Mojito). There's some type of tropical fruit or tea that is carefully portioned and added to each of these items. They also have smoothies (matcha, various fruit, and coffee), and Kona Italian Coffee. After chatting up the employee, they mentioned that they order kona coffee beans from Hawaii to make their coffee beverages. I have came here twice and have tried their Ube Milk Tea (perfectly coconut-y and sweet yam flavored) and their Kona Kokonut Coffee (you can taste the kona coffee in this one). They also were selling spam musubi as a weekly special, which was tasty, although a bit too tightly wrapped. I would agree with others who say that their sweetness scale is a bit high, so ask for modification if you're a regular boba drinker.

Non-caffeinated brown sugar milk w boba
    Elena K.

The go-to spot for Boba in Lafayette. Located in a small shopping area next to cuts unlimited and c2 education (a tutoring business for kids). There is seating for one or two folks while you wait for your tea but this is mostly a grab and go spot. The flavor of the Ube is so good. And they can make the brown sugar milk tea without caffeine. The taste is different but good. The boba itself is great! Staff is friendly. Ample parking since it is also next to a bank. Come here with an open heart and mind and you won't be disappointed.

Fine, but not the best ever. My milk tea tasted chalky and the boba pearls were okay... but not super fresh considering they just opened.
