    Snapper Piccata/side of spaghetti

This restaurant is a great little place that's convenient to a lot of areas in Marco. Nicely decorated and the tables are spread out nicely so it's very nice to carry on a conversation. The staff are all very friendly and helpful. We were able to change tables without any problem. It's not a large place so be sure to make a reservation. Also leave some time to find a parking space because it is a little crowded. So on to the food! Delicious!! Nice wine list and the wine special was a real treat. I also had specials for dinner too. I had the snapper piccata which was delicious and my wife had the Eggplant Rollatini. Nicely cooked and presented. I was even able to substitute a side of spaghetti instead of mashed potatoes. I would definitely go back.

Wonderful servers! Excellent frutti di mare. The servers kept my 1 year old entertained and Nelly even made him a paper boat.

I went to The Boulevard for my first time last night and it was truly a wonderful experience. We ordered wine for the table and for my meal, I ordered the Linguini Marinara with meatballs on the side as I am vegetarian. The pasta was cooked perfectly and it was very tasty. My fiancé said he enjoyed the meatballs as well. Although I really enjoyed my meal, I want to call out that my service was what really took the cake for me. Our waitress, Nell, was one of the best I've ever experienced - she was so welcoming, out of this world kind, and willing to do whatever she could to give us a good experience. Several time throughout our meal when we asked about modifications, she said "absolutely - anything for you" which wasn't at all necessary but absolutely appreciated. Nell took our meal from great to exceptional and I truly can't say enough good things. Thank you for an awesome first experience and we cannot wait to come back! Special thanks to Nell!

Great night at the Boulevard where we had a lovely Italian dinner while on vacation on Marco Island. Our amazing waitress, Gina thoroughly entertained us with her knowledge of the food and area since she lived around the corner and had been working here for the past 8 years. She advised us on the best entrees to order on the menu. To start, a warmed crusty bread basket was brought to the table gratis and we had the calamari appetizer. All the entrées did come with a salad or soup. I enjoyed the pasta e fagioli and the sausage and peppers entree with enough leftover for another meal. Paul had the lamb chops and our friends had the barramundi entrees. We did indulge in the NY style cheesecake and decaf cappuccino. Everything was delicious and fairly priced. This is a traditional white tablecloth venue - just lovely and classic. We were there at 7:30 and it was very quiet. It was surprising but the seasonal crowd is expected to arrive within the next month or so. I am sure this place will be hopping then. We are so happy we chose The Boulevard for one of dinners. We will be sure to return on our next vacay here.

This is one of the better restaurants on Marco Island. Located in a strip mall on Collier Blvd it is easy to overlook. The dining room is pleasant with a good number of outdoor tables as well (adjacent to the parking lot however). We had a very enjoyable meal with great food and service. The menu is diverse and we were further surprised with how many additional appetizer and entree specials offered in addition to the menu. We thought the portions were large and fairly priced, especially when compared to some other venues on the island. The menu leans strongly Italian with some classic dishes as well as a few with a twist. We completely enjoyed an old school veal parmesan over pasta, but there are modern creative dishes as well. The only negatives here for us is that they don't have a full liquor license and only serve beer and wine. Additionally, the parking lot is not big enough for the restaurant. It is tight, with many "compact" only spots and there are cars everywhere trying to figure out where to park and trying to back up etc... Do yourself a favor and park somewhere else, anywhere else and walk over. Don't use their parking lot! Plenty of talent in the kitchen and a very hard working and friendly staff. Give this restaurant a shot!

Love this place! Always go when I visit my grandfather, they treat him like family there. The food is always amazing! The specials are great. Highly recommend if you're in Marco Island!

After my experience on Thursday, February 12th, that's over. At 6:05 PM, I placed a small online order (mozzarella sticks, a calzone, and a sandwich) through their website, as I always do. Estimated pickup: 29 to 34 minutes. I arrived at 6:41 with my wife and kids in the car. Food wasn't ready, but "five more minutes." Fine. Five turned into twenty. Twenty turned into forty. During that time, I watched the staff take phone orders and quote every customer "20 to 25 minutes," no matter the order size. When I asked what the holdup was, the staff, who were genuinely doing their best, explained that new kitchen staff were struggling. My son was starving, so I left to grab him food elsewhere and came back about 30 minutes later, confident my order would be waiting. It wasn't. At 7:35 PM, ninety minutes after placing a three-item order, nothing was ready. I asked the staff why they were still quoting 20-minute turnarounds when the reality was 90+ minutes. I suggested they pause online ordering to let the kitchen recover. They told me the owner, Jared Grifoni, has instructed them to keep online orders on and to continue telling customers 20 minutes, despite knowing the kitchen is nowhere close to meeting that timeline. That's not a bad night. That's a policy decision to mislead customers for the sake of revenue. I requested a refund. As it was being processed, two of my three items finally came out. When the staff asked the kitchen about the last item, the answer was: "I have no idea when we'll get to that." I left at 7:46 PM, one hour and forty-one minutes after ordering. To be clear: the staff on the floor that night are not to blame. They were put in a no-win situation and handled it as well as anyone could. The issue is ownership making a conscious choice to overload the kitchen, deceive customers about wait times, and let the staff absorb the fallout. When I arrived, the restaurant was nearly full. When I left, it was almost empty. I won't be adding myself to either count again.

Wish we ordered another one as it wasn't enough for us (4 people). As this was a take out order, there was a big issue. The app gave options to add for an order. I ordered a spaghetti marina and thought I "added" garlic and oil. But when we received the order, it was just pasta, garlic and oil. Wtf?! Why the heck would anyone order a spaghetti and only want garlic and oil? The option was NOT clear. I thought it was in ADDITION to. So for $20 I got pasta and garlic and oil. No marinara. It's NOT spaghetti! This was a take out order so the experience might not be the same if you eat at the restaurant. When the table became available, another couple was seated there instead. I overheard an interaction between employees implying they intentionally chose not to move us because we were already sitting at the bar. In other words, the table we were told was ours was knowingly given away. What made the situation worse was the lack of communication afterward. No one updated us or acknowledged what had happened until I finally asked about the table. At first, I was told the previous guests were taking longer than expected, which was not true. After I questioned that explanation, staff admitted the table had likely been reassigned by management. My biggest issues were the lack of communication, being misled about the situation and the complete lack of apology or acknowledgment from the manager, who was visibly checking on other tables while avoiding ours. Mistakes happen, but honesty and communication go a long way. Neither was handled well here. Otherwise, the food was delicious, but unfortunately it was hard to enjoy with our poor experience.
