My 8oz filet was about 2" thick, cooked perfectly rare, seasoned well and an excellent cut with no gristle. The Asparagus was cooked perfect, still slightly firm to the bite, no stringy pieces and had a balsamic drizzle with cut cherry Tomatoes and small mozzarella balls. The atmosphere was nice, inviting, and comfortable. This was a fantastic dining experience from the wait/bartender staff, to the kitchen. Kudos to the managers of both areas. She ordered the spicy tofu bites. I'm not usually a fan of tofu, but they were surprisingly really good. I had the Adrian's Mistake cocktail which was well balanced and a little on the strong side. She had the Right Of Passage which was good and had a light fruit flavor and you could definitely taste the mango. The one man show Brandon took great care of us. It was slow at this time of day so we got a chance to chat with him quite a bit and service was fast. They have a weekday happy hour from 4pm to 6pm. Although we didn't specifically order off the happy hour menu, three of our items, including both cocktails were part on it. I give it 4.3 stars but rounded up to five stars. I'm sure the ambience is much better in the evening when it more lively and dark outside.
