The staff here is AMAZING along with great vibes and some tasty dishes. Their weekend brunch menu definitely always hits the spot.

It was my first time at this place. It looks pretty cool and they have a lot of beers in their menu. They have a very beautiful place to sit and relax with friends. The waitresses were outstanding. The food came in a timely manner, and we enjoyed what they served us. We had the loaded french fries with brisket, and the chicken quesadillas. The drinks were awesome, and we left with a happy face.

Don't ask why I only took a picture of my food!‍ The interior was nice, as in there was good space between each table. So patrons were sitting on top of one another. The bar was Beautiful all the different options to choose from on tap! (hence the name) I opted for the lunch special All-American Cheeseburger and crinkle cut fries. Everything was nice and hot. If there is on thing I hate more than anything is cold fries. The one down side what we were never offered a refill on our drinks.

We stopped by The Brass Tap for lunch while working on our Nevada Craft Beverage Passport, and overall it was a great stop. We ordered two lunch specials: six wings with fries and a chicken salad. I went with the salt-and-vinegar wings, and they were excellent--nice and crispy, and the dipping sauce paired perfectly. I also tried their signature house beer, Brass Tap Golden Truth, which was crisp, refreshing, and an easy drinker. They're currently in the middle of a grand reopening with poker machines and an additional room, so there was still some construction going on during our visit. The power saws were a bit distracting, so I'd probably wait to return until everything is finished. That said, I'd definitely recommend The Brass Tap and plan to return once the construction is complete.

This was my second stop by the Brass Tap, both times on a football Sunday. The vibe is good and the servers are attentive and quick. The specials for football days are pretty good! Both the cheese curds and the fried pickles tend to hit the spot. This time around I got the Asian BBQ Crispy Chicken Sandwich and it was pretty decent, probably a 7 or 8 out of 10. The only bummer I've had both times I've gone is that we are surrounded by tvs, but only the main tv shows the Sunday night game. Both times there have been 3-4 TVs just showing a DirecTV screen. Not a huge issue but seems like it could be improved.

I met a few friends here for happy hour. The food was on point. The beer was good. They make an amazing spicy margarita. The waiter was friendly and intensive, and the restaurant has a wide open concept and was very clean.

Our group chose this location to watch some football this past Sunday. Really impressed with the amount of tvs with various games airing. We sat inside, but the outside area looked like a fun vibe. They appeared short staffed, but that didn't delay our orders. Our server was attentive and helpful. Even busy, she stopped by on multiple occasions to check on us. They have a lot of beer on tap and offer samples. I ordered a spicy bloody to start off with and it was just the right amount of spicy. I ordered the southwest burrito off of their brunch menu. It was good, I'd rate it a 7/10. We later ordered fried pickles that were good and hit the spot. I'd recommend this establishment if wanting to watch the game or just hang out with your friends.

First time trying this place out. Lots of tv's, nice vibe, great staff. I had the wings, really liked the dry rub brown sugar bourbon, the sweet heat bbq was HOT, which I was not expecting. Lesson learned, but I would definitely return. Food was out fast and it was good. My only complaint is that the music was too loud, but it was a Friday.

My first time to try The Brass Tap, its seat yourself. I love that in a resturant. We sat outside and watched the cars go by. It's a great location out in South Reno. It has lots of TVs to watch all your favorite games. We had an awesome server named Drew, he was super personable and listen to all my stories. We wanted to order off the Brunch menu, but the kitchen said it was too late. I'll have to go back & try the Chicken & waffles another time, so I got the fish & chips! The fish melted into your mouth and the fries were crinkle style. My husband had the Ribeye Steak sandwich with a fried egg on it, Lucky for us the kitchen came through. The steak was super tender and the flavor was amazing! We tried the light beers and super flavorful and we did share a flight of mimosas for $20. I'll stick to the beer in the future. Looking forward to trying the brunch sometime soon when I get out of bed earlier!

We had a coupon for this place so tried it last minute. We were pleasantly surprised! We sat at the bar on the outside of the restaurant. It was a beautiful night so always nice to get some fresh air. We started with the buffalo wings, not too spicy or too breaded. I would love to try the buffalo cauliflower next time! Then we had the hot honey pepperoni pizza. Crust was good, not too thick. Pizza toppings were delicious and flavorful. I am looking forward to trying a few more items on the menu next time!

Only stopped in because I'm waiting on a friend for lunch next door.and was hoping to see a couple of industry friends. Great beer line up, love the in door out door bar patio. Menu looks great Will have to check it out.

Pleasant modern digs with tons of screens attracting a wide age range but mostly late 30's on up. The bar is semi-open air on one side to the patio, with peekaboo views of the Sierras and Virginia Range. Huge beer selection, duh. Slightly better-than-average menu in terms of variety and quality for most beer pubs (full bar and wine too). Service can be spotty during busy periods, requiring patience. Loud DJ music on Friday was a bit too loud--like they are underestimating the average age of their patrons? (He turned it down to a more tolerable level after the HH crowd dissipated.) Happy Hour deals are a bit stingy, but probably because there's not much competition East of the freeway and South of Meadows. Damonte residents too lazy to drive farther should find the place satisfactory. Pizza is probably the best value. I'd say the slightly premium price point for a pub is acceptable for the peekaboo views, especially when the weather allows opening the giant windows. If you are looking for a place for an extended stay to watch a game on a budget, or want something with more character than a new/modern So-Cal vibe, keep driving. Fits well with this area of Reno.

What happened to the theme days? And the hiring standards?…read more I used to frequent Twin Peaks weekly for a multitude of reasons - the wings are the best from a sports bar in Reno, the ICE cold beer, Whisky selection, the great service, and - of course - the atmosphere, but have minimized going to maybe once a month. TP Reno started off great. A great sports bar experience found in any of their locations, nationwide. Now? The food quality is a roller coaster. Gone are the theme days/weekends outside of the way overdone cowboy/rodeo Fridays. Gone are the hiring standards - yes, corporate has standards set. If it were not for some (definitely not all) of the great servers/bar tenders - Danica, Willow, Lucci, Brooke and a couple of others - along with the ice cold beer, and all the TVs, TP Reno would be just another average sports bar... The owners need to step it back up, or this will be just another failed restaurant due to poor leadership.

The food is pretty good, affordable, and tasty. If a big game or sports event is scheduled to be televised, you won't be able to get near the place. So be prepared. Otherwise, the place is huge with plenty of seats. The food is always consistent, with many items from scratch. My suggestion is to give it a try. We took a booth and were immediately approached by our server Lud. The menu is extensive and there is a special menu for breakfast. There were a lot of salad choices but we elected to get their Club sandwich and a Smashburger. We received our food choices from Lud pretty promptly and we both enjoyed our choices a great deal. My Smashburger was two 1/2-pound patties, so it was substantial and it was cooked perfectly for me. I enjoyed the South 40 fries that were coated with a batter of some sort and crisp. Lud came back regularly to see how our meals were. There were TVs on the walls showing college hoops. The building in which this restaurant is located has, in addition to a large dining area, a large bar, and some entertainment attractions, like an extensive arcade for young children and an Extreme Virtual Reality play zone. In summary, we enjoyed the food, the service was excellent and there were diversions for kids for after meals. The only two points for potential improvement were, 1) with a menu with a number of burger options, they didn't have relish available, and 2) my wife ordered the Mac-and-cheese and found it somewhat lacking. It looked like they were using Velveeta cheese rather than a thicker type, like a cheddar. We'll be back soon!

What made the experience even more frustrating was watching another couple sit down at the bar after we arrived and receive immediate service while we continued to be completely overlooked. After waiting with no acknowledgment whatsoever, we got up and walked out. Even as we left, not a single employee noticed or acknowledged us. This wasn't a busy restaurant, so there is simply no excuse for this level of inattentive service. Being ignored from start to finish is unacceptable. A simple greeting or "We'll be right with you" would have taken seconds and completely changed our experience. Instead, we left feeling invisible and extremely disappointed.
