This place was a pleasant surprise! I was excited to see a new eatery come to the Towson mall. I've been here two times now and have had pleasant experiences. Other places in the mall have very high wait times and this place, from the times I've been, has been able to sit us very fast! They offer simple, but delicious options. This is a good place if your shopping in the mall and are hungry, but want a quick, quality meal that isn't from the food court. Our service was ok! I wouldn't have expected an experience this positive from mall food! We stopped in for lunch, drawn in by the huge selection on tap. My "beer guru" boyfriend was really excited about the variety, and I have to agree. We both ordered drinks that we love and were also offered a sample of something we'd been talking about by our very, very helpful waiter. We both got the happy hour cheeseburger and fries which, at $6, was definitely a good value and tasty to boot. In short: huge drink menu, standard, but yummy bar food, and a GREAT waiter (sorry I can't remember your name, dude!). My partner and I went here this evening around 5:30pm and we sat at the bar. I am disappointed that I did not get the bartenders name (she was a slim African American woman), but she was EXTREMELY nice & attentive. I ordered a margarita and my partner ordered their "rise & shine" (which came with a piece of bacon, how cool right) and the bartender made them perfect. We ordered the boom boom wings and the pretzels with beer battered cheese; absolutely delicious. The wings were cooked perfectly and the pretzels were cut up into nice size pieces with just the right amount of butter and salt. I would recommend this to everyone! read more

First time here, started out with low expectations due to a not stellar experience at another location (not this chain of restaurants) nearby. HOWEVER, the bartender Michelle exceeded our expectations and was efficient, courteous, and attentive. She may have been the only bartender for a plethora of customers, but she definitely made us feel like we were her only ones. Not much of a bar guy, and I was prepared to give this place 2 stars out of the gate due to slightly lackluster service and cold Chips & dip. The pretzel was also sub par, very rubbery, not fresh at all. That said the rest of the meal we good, the beer batter stuff was really crispy, we had all three options and everyone liked what they got. Also the fries where really good. Last of all, I have to give them an extra star for having Star Wars playing on one of the screens! We will likely be back. read more

My new favorite restaurant! The food along w/ the atmosphere was amazing! The chicken tacos and southwest chicken flatbread are now my go-to's, however I will eventually try everything. Worst dining experience ever. Was with a party of 4 adults (5 including a child). Arrived around 6:15 pm on a Friday, and it was busy as to be expected. However, the server, Destiny, was so inattentive, that being in the weeds is not a valid excuse. She said she'd go look for a chair for our 5th member (the child) because only a high top for 4 was available. She never came back about that, and we had to go ask a table for an extra chair. She didn't come back at all for a very long time, so when she finally did, we ordered all drinks, apps, entrees, etc. at once because if not, we'd be waiting all night. Nonalcoholic drinks arrived after awhile, but ironically, the beer took maybe half an hour even though her other table received their beers promptly. When we flagged her down and asked about it, she blamed it on the bartenders like 'I don't know what's going on with them...' When she brought the beer over, it wasn't the correct one, and it was half foam. Our appetizers of hush puppies and chips and salsa never came. So it was a surprise when half of our dinners (3 burgers) arrived. We told the runner that we never got our apps. She asks what they were and goes to retrieve them. How does chips and salsa and fry side take 40 minutes?! 2 of the burgers were made incorrectly (the bacon and pork belly were on the wrong burgers). Waitress says she'll have the kitchen remake them, and it's no big deal. We just needed clarification on which burger was which. What seemed to be the manager comes back 60 seconds later with our "new" burgers. They just swapped the pork belly and bacon, which we would have willingly done- no need to lie about making new burgers. So now, we still have 2 entrees missing (kids meal and tacos) and decide to just cancel them because service is so slow. The place emptied out after Happy Hour, but we'll never be back. The staff needs some serious training, and the food was average at best. read more

Beer selection is great. They always have a good selection of sours on tap. Happy hour is a great deal. The staff works as a team and they are very accommodating. The bartenders know what they are talking about when it comes to recommendations of beer. There is always a welcoming and chill atmosphere. Took forever to get a second round of drinks, she took our order standing 4 feet away at the tablet and got most things incorrect. Fries came out ice cold. I can't imagine this place is going to be around that long. First off, let's get this one out of the way - it's in the first floor of the mall. It opens out into the mall as well as out front to the sidewalk/parking lot. The atmosphere is odd to say the least. The "Patio" is a few tables/chairs on the sidewalk outside the mall. Don't be fooled into thinking they have some outdoor seating area. The beer selection is decent enough, it seems like there's been some thought put into it and the prices aren't atrocious. The food is pretty blah, a lot of it seems like it's frozen stuff that's been dressed up. Service is pretty bad - I sat at the bar for about 15 minutes while the bartenders chatted with each other and with some people they seemed to know. It also seemed dirty - the bar hadn't been wiped down in a long time and nobody made an effort to when we finally got served. If you are looking for a place with inattentive service, lukewarm food, servers drinking and management not caring, this is your place. While sitting at the bar it was great to see an off the clock server taking shots and serving food/drinks, it was also wonderful to watch a glass mat fall on the floor, they picked it back up and stacked cups on it (beware of your water glasses). We didn't get the food we ordered, that was quickly removed from the bill, but the shots we ordered were never even rung in. I like this restaurant. The towson location....its-cool to be able to have some drinks and walk them off in the mall if you need too lol. It's connected to the mall so you can enter from inside the mall or enter directly from outside. I've gone to happy hour once and remember liking the sliders. I didn't try them but there are 2 beer battered chicken sliders with fries on the regular menu for only $6. Great deal! Although, it's over with today the Cinco de mayo taco special was really good.
