California or Bust. Amazing sandwich!! Right off the Atlantic City Expressway -stopped on our way to the shore. Hubby's breakfast was more than he could finish. Scrapple and home fries were cooked to perfection.

You've probably been driving past this place and didn't know it existed, but you're missing out on a real treat and treasure. Located on Berlin Cross keys road, nestled in a small shopping mall, next to a nail salon and a nondescript market is the Breakfast Nook. (Heavens, that's a long sentence) What a lovely treat in the middle of nowhere. We went on a Saturday morning, and were able to find a seat, but after a little while the place kind of got crowded. This is understandable for a Saturday morning. The prices are reasonable. I included a menu in the photos. I ordered a bacon egg and cheese, on a jalapeno cheddar bagel ($6.50). My friend got a steak egg and cheese on a multigrain bagel. Steak is $4 extra. So their total came to $10.50. here's the big plus. They have Endgrain coffee from Pitman! They also have a variety of pastries that you can order with your coffee. I had an iced cold brew coffee. This had a decent enough kick to help me write this review. My suggestion is to bring a book here, have some coffee and a nice breakfast sandwich, with your significant other as a starter to your day of shopping or whatever. The folks are very pleasant. You won't be sad that you chose to go here. I highly recommend this place as a little oasis of enjoyment in the middle of nowhere. 5 out of 5 definitely

Food is always amazing. They are also so friendly here. They have paintings in the back that are not just nice to look at, but they are purchasable. Love this place

Awesome amazing such delicious food, I guarantee you'll go back as much as possible! The service is personal! They even support local artists! Buy a painting while you are waiting! I love it! My son has gone back four times since he had breakfast with me!

Great and friendly service. That's what I loved most about this place. Food was perfectly seasoned. Portions are just right. Waffle - it was just okay. Steak and Eggs - I loved this. I recommend trying out this dish. Omelette - quite good. Big serving. Potatoes were good too. I do hope they add more pastries or menu items. But overall, it was a good dining experience for us. I would recommend trying them out.

This is a great spot to have breakfast or lunch! Stopped by for breakfast today as I passed through town with my family. My daughter enjoyed a cinnamon roll and we had two bagel sandwiches which were fantastic. The coffee was good, the staff was great! If I lived in the area I'd definitely be back.

Two years after my original review, I still cannot call and order ahead. I don't understand why this restaurant hates phones.

Do you know that feeling when you start anticipating an experience before you get there?…read more Well this morning I was imagining a crusty chewy onion bagel with veggie cream cheese that provided a perfect flavor match perhaps with some veggie snap amidst the velvety cream cheese. Mmmm couldn't wait Well my dreams fell flat ... totally ... First no onion bagels so I ordered a poppy seed. Second it was the most abysmal looking poppy seed bagel almost absent of poppyseeds. I am looking at my uneaten half and counting seeds ... 1, 2,3 ... NINETEEN totals poppy seeds on half the bagel. Third, the bagel's surface was let's say "flexible" to the touch. Yea ... no bagel crunch to the bite almost soft but still bagelish chewy. But, I did order a poppyseed bagel, right? Fourth, that "veggie cream cheese" had a rather unique taste with absolutely no crisp veggies in the mix just a collection of veggies colorful specks that hinted at the original source. Do they use dehydrated veggies dust to create their Veggie Cream Cheese? Truly a mystery and about a quarter of my bagel ended up in the trash. Don't sit near the door on a cold day because you will sense the outdoors. I will take the blame for this one since I chose my table but I needed the space. The coffee was good ... service friendly and prompt ... and they were busy, which means people not resembling me like their "bagels." So two stars for what I was missing. I do know there are other locations nearby so in the future if I want a "real" bagel or a poppyseed bagel with poppyseeds and veggie cream cheese that tastes ... well I know where I won't go.

They had seasonal flavors like blueberry cold brew and banana flambé lattes. Very cool! They also offer some food options such as bacon, and bagels with spreads. The coffee spot is next to some cute seating and is definitely a good spot to sit and chill while you sip. I ordered the iced Blonde Hawaiian with oat milk and my mom had the hot s'mores latte. She also ordered a bagel with cream cheese. The Blonde Hawaiian was delicious! The toffee nut with the coconut and vanilla was sweet and yummy. My mom's s'mores latte was good, but she did say it was a tad too sweet for her liking so if you're not into sweets maybe ask for less syrup. Bonus points to Rise N Grind though because I watched the barista use a mini torch to roast a marshmallow for my mom's drink. It was adorable and such a nice touch! She really liked the bagel and said that they were very generous with the cream cheese spread as well. All in all, I definitely recommend Rise N Grind, and I look forward to coming back to try the banana flambé coffee!

Stopped by after seeing some great reviews. This place is a coffee truck in the Berlin Mart. When I…read morewent there was a line that I thought was not going to take long however I was wrong. Being that they are popular they definitely need another full coffee station. They have a partial coffee station next to the truck that serves regular coffee and cold brew. It was too hot to stand in the line and it was not moving fast enough so I opted for the partial coffee stand. They had regular cold brew and a banana flavored cold brew. I tried the banana flavored cold brew which was pretty decent. I enjoyed the flavor however I was not a fan of the almond milk they used. I also felt the cold brew could have been a little stronger. Next time hopefully I'll get to try a curated coffee from the actual truck. The staff were pretty friendly and theres a little area to sit right next to the stand. Great for shoppers to grab a pick me up.
