I came here to Grand Canyon Brewery Distillery for dinner and it was amazing. Everything was nice about it, nothing wrong. I ordered the Canyon Burger without pickles. I also ordered an appetizer of their chips. Both were delicious, the juicy burger meat between the fluffy bun and the crunchy, fresh chips. They were delicious, and I will absolutely order these things again. When I came in, I was sat down very quickly, even at one of the busiest times of the day. I learned that you go get your own soda, so I didn't have to wait for a waitress to refill my drink. I was asked my order and the waitress serving my table was very polite and helpful, routinely checking in to see how everything was going. Nice people. Inside gave you that kind yet tough bar attitude. Taxidermy animal heads were quite abundant, and so were their TVs. I watched a bit of the soccer game, so I got something out of them. Everything was clean, comfortable and made for a fantastic experience. Overall, this is the place for burgers and pizzas. They have amazing food, quality service and a good feeling around. I hate leaving bad reviews because I work in the service industry, and I know how hard the job can be. I usually give restaurants the benefit of the doubt. The frustrating part is that this is one of the few places in Kingman where you can grab a beer and a burger together. I genuinely like the atmosphere, the beer, and the location. When this place first opened, the Beast Burger was incredible. My server today was excellent. They were attentive, friendly, and did everything right. They deserved the tip I left, and I specifically wanted to speak with the manager to compliment them. Unfortunately, I waited quite a while to speak with the manager. When I finally did, he seemed so disconnected that when I said I wanted to compliment my server, he asked, "Who?" There was only one server working the entire dining room. That interaction left me feeling like great employees aren't being noticed or supported. The bigger issue, though, is the food. I've been here multiple times, often when there were fewer than five customers in the building. I always order my burger medium rare, and every single time it has come out well done. I've almost never complained about burger temperature at other restaurants, but this has happened here consistently enough that it's become the reason I don't want to come back. I want to like this place. The beer is good, the location is one of my favorites, and the server today was fantastic. But the lack of teamwork and leadership, combined with consistently overcooked food, has made me decide I'll probably go somewhere else for my burger and beer. I truly hope management invests more in supporting the staff and improving consistency in the kitchen, because this place has the potential to be great again. read more

I come into Kingman every so often for work and this place is always on my go to list. The beer options are always fantastic, the pool tables are maintained well, and the service is always at the very least decent but usually it's pretty good. As far as the food goes you can't go wrong with the fried pickles (some of the best I've ever had) and the burgers easily hold their own but keep in mind it's bar food don't expect a high quality dining experience but as far as bar food goes it's top tier! All in all this is one of my favorite spots to visit whenever I'm in town and would recommend it to anyone local or just blowing through town looking for good beer, good food, and good people. read more

However, we did get a side of Mac and cheese and it was probably the best we have ever had!! We go to breweries all over the country and we enjoyed the selection. But just like other reviews have said, the service was not great. We were not greeted and ignored for nearly 20 minutes after walking in. Delicious and Wonderful! This place is awesome! Three of us had lunch here last week on our way to New Mexico. The food is super delicious and the beer is super tasty! The chicken quesadilla has got to be the BEST we have ever had! The chicken was grilled and super tasty! Normally restaurants just put boiled chicken inside, but not this place! They either grilled it or barbecued it and added tasty spices and grilled onions. What ever they did it was WONDERFUL! We would come back for the chicken quesadilla in a heart beat! Great spot to have a couple drinks. My boyfriend and I stopped here for lunch. Seemed like the bartender/server was by himself. Took a little while which was understandable. I got a pizza with fries from the kids menu and angry orchard. My boyfriend got a bacon cheeseburger and an old fashion. The pizza came out first. After a few minutes the fries came out. Once I was done with my pizza and a couple fries the cheeseburger came out afterwards. At that point my boyfriend wasn't as hungry since I did share my fries and the pizza. Pizza was a 6/10. We stopped for Sunday lunch while on a road trip. My parents had been here before and loved it but they changed everything. We had to get our own stuff, (napkins, condiments, even salt because it was empty). The only thing our waitress did was take our order and she even got that very wrong. We waited 15 min for our beer, and when we approached the bar, the bartender was sitting and talking, ignoring her tickets. When our beer was finally poured and left on the counter, we eventually just got it ourselves. The only people that did well were the food runners. When paying, our waitress showed no remorse for her mistake in our order and charged us for a soda even though we just had waters. We had already waited so long for service, we just wanted to get out of there. Only good thing is the food was good, though it is expensive for the small amount you are getting. Due to the horrible service, we did not provide her with a tip. If she had tried to correct her mistakes, we would've left a tip and better review. I never plan on coming here again, and I will never recommend this place to anyone. I hope someone sees this and corrects their behavior for future customers. read more

No one greeted us at the host station, had to ask the bartender where to sit. We grabbed our own menus and found a table and sat there for 15 minutes before someone said they couldn't help us yet, another 10 minutes go by before she takes our order and tells us to help ourselves to the fountain drinks. Our onion rings came way before our food. There were flies to fend off while we ate. We were done and waited 30 minutes before we managed to flag down the waitress to pay our bill. We were just passing through town and decided to stop here for lunch and we're glad we did! The place is quite large and has a lot of different seating areas to offer. The two beers I tried were both pretty decent and well priced and both of our food items came quickly and were delicious! This is part of a small chain of breweries so is much bigger and elaborate than your average local brewery, but really fun for the visitor, I recommend you look into it if in the area. This was our second visit to Grand Canyon Brewing Distillery. This spot has a great vibe, with table games upstairs, plenty of TVs to watch a game and open views of the distillery. We sat at a table attached to the bar as we wanted to catch the Knights game. We asked the bartender if the TV could be switched to the game and he said yes. It took a couple of reminders but eventually he switched it. We started with drink, a beer for my fiancé and a blackberry gin drink for me. They have a great beer selection and I've enjoyed both of my craft cocktails that I've tried so far. For dinner, we shared an order of onion rings and each had an entree. My fiance ordered the Hot Chicken sandwich and I opted for the Caesar salad with chicken. The onion rings were sooooo good! They were perfectly battered with a crispy exterior. The hot chicken sandwich was flavorful, but my fiance didn't really find it that spicy. My salad was Avery generous portion and the chicken had really great seasoning. Sometimes restaurants skimp on flavoring the protein in salad but I appreciate that they didn't skip that detail. Oh my goodness, we came in for a bite to eat before we went to the theater, Next Door. The bartender ignored us for 15 minutes, finally brought us something to drink and took our order. Food came in about 25 minutes. It was very good, but they failed to bring us silverware. Nobody checked on us for 15 minutes at which time we asked for silverware. If you can hold it, don't go in the bathroom, it smells like an outhouse in there. Needless to say, we will not be back. This is the kind of service we've gotten here in the past. read more

We ordered two salads, fried pickles, a pulled pork sandwich, a hot chicken sandwich, and a beer. The salads, beer, and fries were good. The chicken sandwich was fine. Unfortunately, the pulled pork was awful-mostly fat, served half off the bun, and in a sauce that didn't taste good. When we arrived, we were told to sit wherever we wanted, but almost all of the open tables were covered with dirty cups and plates. Those tables weren't cleared until we'd been there for over 20 minutes, which wasn't a great first impression. I do feel bad because it seemed like they were short staffed, but only one employee was really hustling. The server who brought our food also mixed things up, calling a wedge salad a Cobb and the Cobb a "regular" salad. The atmosphere was nice, and our server was nice enough, but the service was very slow. The women's restroom also wasn't clean. I really wanted to give this place more stars because it has potential, but overall, it fell short. read more

Passing thru on the way to Vegas a buddy and I stopped by for a bit of lunch last Saturday. It is a friendly, inviting interior with hunting vibes (such as elk horns, a stuffed bear, etc) all around. The place was clean and had decent choices mostly burgers, sandwiches and a few salads. The food was well prepared, tasty and the server was cheerful and helpful with our questions. Came here for the second time on our way home. This place is great. Having experienced other places on this strip, they have the best customer service. Our server James was very attentive and made sure to check on our table regularly. I didn't take pictures of everything, but their fried zucchini was a delicious starter. The chicken sandwich was also great- the bun was soft and the chicken nice and crispy. The onion rings were perfectly crispy and delicious. Recommend the watchtower beer, I even took a growler home. Got there and it was pretty much self seating and once you're settled, they'll give you a fountain drink cup and you can self-serve sodas at their fountains. There's some branded merch you can look through while you wait for the food. Took a day trip from Vegas and stumbled upon Grand Canyon Brewery. Upon entering we were immediately met with a warm welcome from Andrew at the bar - the interior and ambience is a pleasant surprise to see in such a small town. High ceilings and taxidermy bears make this place feel like an escape. The beer selection and food menu is unique and has something for everyone. Was offered samples of the house-made prickly pear vodka and prickly pear IPA and they were both delicious and balanced in flavor - definitely a must try. Ordered the mahi mahi sandwich and it was delicious. The customer service is the shining star here - Hunter and Andrew are the best bartenders, they take care of their customers and consistently check in with such humor and positive and authentic vibes. The pulled pork was well cooked but would have tasted better with a little more smoke. The bottom but was pretty soggy but I turned it upside down and got by. The cheesy fries were okay but came out at only slightly above room temperature. They has a live band and the drums, guitar and bass players were pretty good. Joe was our bar tender. Great guy from the Pismo Beach area of California. We hit it off immediately. Point of Order: This used to be the iconic Rickety Cricket Brewery; however, they have changed hands. The building vibe is still the same! Just new beer and new menu. FYI, Rickety Cricket moved about a hundred yards up the street and now does just beer and pizza. We ordered the Cesar chicken wrap with fries and a slice of supreme pizza with the Overnight IPA, brewed in Williams, AZ. Food and beer were excellent! This place is great for groups as well as small parties. I was driving on a car rally through town and we made Kingsman a stop which was a pleasant surprise when we found this locals spot. I'm glad I did because my wife and I had a great stop for some tasty beers and solid mixed drinks on Memorial Day. It was quiet and the service was excellent- especially the cowboy bartender who quickly found our penchant for sarcasm and dry humor. We will be back the next time we are in kingman. read more
