I found out about this place right before I came to Laughlin to celebrate my Mom's 90th birthday. I was missing the brewery that was at Colorado Belle, so I am glad this place has arrived. Plus it shares the same name that my nephew, who is a craft beer fan, calls himself! The place was pretty empty, but it was a Monday right after NYE. So I guess that is expected. Lots of chairs on top of tables and limited places to be seated. Made the experience feel dead. But, it was nice and pleasant for my Mom. Not too noisy or crowded. I ordered the Hatche Chili Burger and it was absolutely amazing! My Mom ordered the nachos and they were.....let's just say interesting. They had portobello mushrooms on them and some weird tasting beef. They were ok at best. Not bad, just a weird combination and flavor. They had Dogfish Head 90 Minute IPA on tap which was amazing! I sampled the Brew Brothers Laughlin which was a Lager, I believe. Whenever craft brewers try their hands at a traditional Lager or Pilsner, I wish they wouldn't. It still just tastes like regular old domestic crap beer. lol! No offense! I then tried the Hop Valley Viva Hop Vegas Hazy IPA and it was absolutely amazing! I wish I could have tried more, but that would have been a recipe for disaster! lol! All in all, check this place out. Our waitress was amazing, BTW. I wish I could remember her name, but she was very friendly and attentive. She was a brunette, hair in a ponytail or bun, I believe. Worked January 5th during the evening. I just want her to get the credit she deserves.

So this spot has t been open to long. It's a Smoked Meats Menu Brewpub! Sorry I cannot classify this a a Barbecue Spot for various reasons. Our Server Jose was fine. He did an ample job. However when we asked for more than a few items " we don't have that right now" was the answer???? Even some of the signature cocktails on the menu. If you are not ready to open... then don't... but whatever. The ambiance is on par for a Casino Sports Brew Pub. The food was just so so. The Brisket was dried out. The Cole Slaw was dry as in No dressing. The Prime Rib was uh I guess the word dry works. The flavors are lacking as well. Drinks are a little more $$ here than neighboring properties too!

Had a really great experience here. The food was honestly so good--everything came out hot, fresh, and full of flavor. Honestly though, Ceara made the whole experience. She was the only one working and still managed to keep everything moving perfectly. Super friendly, super on top of it, and our food came out way quicker than you'd expect for one person handling everything. You can tell she really cares and works hard. Definitely a spot worth going to. Big credit to Ceara for running the whole place and still making it feel easy and enjoyable!!!

Stopped in Friday night for dinner. There was no wait so that was nice. Food was good. Service was okay. I'm only doing 4 out 5 stars because it took a while to have my water refilled and our plates were not removed when we were done. The restaurant is very clean and I would go back.

Overall I would recommend this place. We went twice during our stay. First night hubby had the burnt ends. He said they were ok. A bit dry in the middle. I had the bacon cheeseburger. That was really good. Second night we went with pizza. I had cheese and he had meat lovers. Both of us enjoyed those a lot. One pizza could feed 2 people. We had the brownie for dessert and it was also very good. We got seated right away. Overall, recommend this place!

With at least eight other eateries inside the Tropicana at Laughlin, you'd probably do better at most others. Okay, it is what it is... a casino fast-food 'brewpub' whatchamacallit. Expect weird named appetizers, sammiches and entrees with a fairly large and decent array of menu items. The likes of the Onion Ring Tower, Macho Nachos, Papa Don's Pizza, the Reubenator and Joyce's Meatloaf. Our selection when stopping in consisted of some very typical, run of the mill Chicken Wings, Chicken Apple Salad, some roasted Brussel Sprouts, Chicken tenders and a can't go wrong draft Kiltlifter. Service is pretty good and relatively fast as they want you back on the gaming floor ASAP or sooner. And no, they don't comp beers in the casino. This is not a bad place, especially when considering the lack of somewhat better or decent eateries on the strip. And where most of the eating establishments are casino owned! You will definitely find better from local establishments though. Caveat emptor.

Service was the best. Bit if you are a grown man don't order the burnt ends plate. It looks more like a child's plate. Especially when the pickles on the plate are bigger than the meat. Try something else.

We made reservations a few days in advance for Saturday night on Labor Day weekend. It was fun taking the boat over from AZ and we ended up getting a really nice table with a view of the river and goat island. The midges on the ride over and on the window were a little gross though as there were so many of them. Not sure if it's because of the season because we have never seen them before. The price is pretty reasonable for a 10 ounce serving of prime rib. It was a little salty, but they cut the roast to your preferred temperature. The buffet salad bar was OK. I really enjoyed the potato bar and the bacon dressing. I didn't think the mushrooms were very good and I preferred the creamy horseradish to the spicier one. My husband really enjoyed their desserts. Their soft serve reminds me of McDonald's soft serve ice cream. Service was good and drinks were included. They did a good job at refilling our drinks and gave us doggy bags for our leftovers. Fun, novelty experience.

They kept telling us that reservations are highly recommended. We got lucky to get a spot just for the 2 of us. They have a big selection of side dishes and salad toppings to choose from. The place gives off old semi fancy in the 80s-90s look. They only offer prime rib, chicken cordon bleu, or salmon. Of course we both got the prime rib! Each person is $27.99 with everything included and drinks. Everything tasted great and we saved room for dessert as well. Service was great and very friendly. They gave us doggy bag to take home our leftovers and horseradish. It has a great view of the river too and perfect way to end the night!

I also ordered an appetizer of their chips. Both were delicious, the juicy burger meat between the fluffy bun and the crunchy, fresh chips. They were delicious, and I will absolutely order these things again. When I came in, I was sat down very quickly, even at one of the busiest times of the day. I learned that you go get your own soda, so I didn't have to wait for a waitress to refill my drink. I was asked my order and the waitress serving my table was very polite and helpful, routinely checking in to see how everything was going. Nice people. Inside gave you that kind yet tough bar attitude. Taxidermy animal heads were quite abundant, and so were their TVs. I watched a bit of the soccer game, so I got something out of them. Everything was clean, comfortable and made for a fantastic experience. Overall, this is the place for burgers and pizzas. They have amazing food, quality service and a good feeling around. The frustrating part is that this is one of the few places in Kingman where you can grab a beer and a burger together. I genuinely like the atmosphere, the beer, and the location. When this place first opened, the Beast Burger was incredible. My server today was excellent. They were attentive, friendly, and did everything right. They deserved the tip I left, and I specifically wanted to speak with the manager to compliment them. Unfortunately, I waited quite a while to speak with the manager. When I finally did, he seemed so disconnected that when I said I wanted to compliment my server, he asked, "Who?" There was only one server working the entire dining room. That interaction left me feeling like great employees aren't being noticed or supported. The bigger issue, though, is the food. I've been here multiple times, often when there were fewer than five customers in the building. I always order my burger medium rare, and every single time it has come out well done. I've almost never complained about burger temperature at other restaurants, but this has happened here consistently enough that it's become the reason I don't want to come back. I want to like this place. The beer is good, the location is one of my favorites, and the server today was fantastic. But the lack of teamwork and leadership, combined with consistently overcooked food, has made me decide I'll probably go somewhere else for my burger and beer. I truly hope management invests more in supporting the staff and improving consistency in the kitchen, because this place has the potential to be great again.
