I don't know for sure, but I do not think the food is cooked at the restaurant and perhaps microwaves are used to reheat the precooked food. Service (4 stars) Bartender was extremely patient while waiting to take our order. Recommended one of the in-house beers. Atmosphere (4 stars) Seems like they have a decent local following.
