My fiancé ordered the lamb chops and I got a beef dish I don't remember the name of. Food tasted as good as it looked, but we did wish the chops had more of the veggies or something more filling added to the plate. My fiancé was still hungry after he finished, but my meal was so large I split it with him and I was still full. The desserts looked a little sketchy to me in that they seemed to have a lot of components but ORDER THEM! The banana dessert really didn't have a strong banana flavor, but it was mouth watering. But my salmon salad was amazing! It had a perfectly cooked plant of salmon, with fresh spinach leaves, segments of orange and grapefruit, diced beats and a delicious horseradish dressing. It was served in a bowl, nothing to look at , but so tasty. It think serving it on a plate would have shown off the ingredients better. We had to wait a bit to get our check, too. If you don't have much time, I wouldn't recommend, but if you have time, please try The Bay. (A third member of our party had to leave after ordering her wrap due to a family emergency.
