The food is great, never had a bad meal. However, the website states deliver in Manchester and Bedford. We've ordered delivery 3 times to Bedford. The 2nd time they called back and said it was a $20 minimum to Bedford - which I understand so we added a drink to meet the minimum. Today I called and was told it was an hour wait - again, understandable so I agreed however I was then told it is a $40 minimum. Seems like they are making it up as they go. I can understand a minimum delivery fee but $40 seems a bit high and, if you are going to have a minimum, at least post it and be consistent. Disappointing. read more

Was looking to try somewhere new for breakfast so, after reading reviews on here decided to check this place out. Its located on Elm St but as I went early on A Sunday morning found parking right in front of the place. Had trouble finding the front door (You have to go into the Main building) and after being told by the server that a lot of people had the same problem, felt like advising on putting up a sign (Entrance This Way --) in the window... Had a trendy feel to the place and a wide variety of a menu. Decided on a simple Greek Omelette and a large coffee. The food arrived pretty promptly, then again the place was quiet. The rather small omelette came with 'home fries' and toast both of which were relatively cold by the time they got to the table. The home fries were on the mushy side and also had my knife and fork nice placed in them. Think the biggest Pro is that you could sit and have a nice view of Elm over a coffee. The Cons: On the expensive in my value for money ratio, Had to pick my knife and fork out of the Mushy Home Fries, Food on the cold side. Would Pass the next time. read more

I go here regularly for coffee, and have not been disappointed by their food. I do not like dairy, and they almost always have almond milk, and always have soy milk. The only two things I'm not fond of are: The fact they are only open until 5:00 p.m. There's one guy who works here and always seems moody and condescending, and is not friendly at all. Could be a good menu if their sandwiches weren't so soggy. The salads are pretty good - creative and colorful. Breakfast items are decent. They advertise "boosters" to add into their smoothies, so I ordered a Tropical Island smoothie with flax booster and the girl didn't understand me - I guess it was loud in the cafe but I even spelled it for her TWICE and she still didn't understand me. I finally gave up and told her "never mind". Delivery always takes 1hr + no matter how far away you live. But all in all, I still order from them about twice a month so it can't be that bad! read more

Bridge is by far my favorite place in Manchester. I go at least 4 times a week and have not been disappointed yet! Everything is amazing and fresh, from breakfast to lunch to baked good and drinks!! Definitely should try it!!!! I was intimated at first with the huge menu on the wall but I grabbed a paper menu and started to use that til I got used to it. These guys are probably THE BEST lunchtime or early evening place to go. Food is always top notch, service is on point - even in their Lunchtime RUSH - and I capitalized that because lunchtimes in this place get crazy busy! Unless you're planning to eat in, best to call ahead and go in to get your order punctually! The juices they make are delicious! From the Green Monster to the beet red Detox, they're all delicious! (Try the Peanut Butter Power too - it's like drinking a Reeses cup! Their food menu is varied enough to constantly make you wonder if you ought to try.....'that' - and consistent to the point that when you do, you can know you're getting the best. This is my go-to place for breakfast after barre class! The oatmeal and (fresh) smoothies are excellent and just what I need after a great workout. The staff are always very friendly and have everything ready to go pretty quickly. The couple of times I've gotten soup here for lunch... Wow. You simply cannot beat the soups. For a number of irrelevant reasons I hadn't come here yet despite being suggested. So finally I met up with a friend and was pleasantly surprised by what I found. Bridge Cafe is a small, upbeat, interesting place with good sandwiches and what I think is good coffee (I just had a drip coffee, so I can't vouch for their espresso drinks). Prices were a little up but not outrageous. And it was worth it. The sandwich I got, "The Real Deal", was big and filling... and came with a side. So rock on. Best lunch in Manchester. They have a lot of healthy and yummy salads the best one being the goat cheese salad and then a close second is the mandarin miri. I needed a quick breakfast on the go the other day and stopped in for a bagel sandwich. I ordered a grilled bagel with ham, an egg, and cheese. I was pleasantly surprised that the egg was an actual fried egg and not some weird preformed egg patty. The bagel had a perfect toast to it and the ham was tasty without the pre-packed cold cut feel. Had a business meeting there yesterday. The cilantro lime chicken sandwich is my favorite. We sat in a booth and halfway through our meeting, I got the back of my pants caught on a piece of metal sticking through the bench. It cut the back of my pants. When I went to tell the staff about it on my way out, the manager heard me and immediately took action. They had the seat removed and then reimbursed me for the pants. On the spot. I must say the staff is VERY VERY rude!! When it gets busy the staff can't handle the customers. A friend and I witnessed the nastiness of the person who either owns the business or manages it...I have never been told not to come back to a restaurant in my life...to make a long story short. The Bridge Cafe is worth making a trip downtown on the weekends. We have eaten here for a while, and their salads are fabulous. When they make tomato basil (?) soup, I order as much as I can, every last drop they have. When my son wanted to have a casual get together for graduation, I ordered a couple of their soups to accompany our burgers on the grill. Everyone loved them. I love their new addition to the other side of the hallway. I started working downtown a few months ago, and love to come down here, grab some lunch, and return emails from here rather than the office. I heard a customer call one day to complain, and gave kudos to the manager who handled it. His response was exactly what I would want if an order was wrong or just not what I thought. No excuses, and just stated he wanted them happy, and continued to offer whatever would please the woman. She was ruthless and he never wavered. Great customer service. read more
