Thankfully, these cleanliness issues only happened to me at our table, and the charming atmosphere still helped make my daughter's celebration enjoyable. The restaurant could improve its attention to cleanliness, customer service, and food seasoning, but I would visit again and give them another opportunity. I asked if there was a way to share some status and they said no that they left a long time ago and that they did have one stop but should be getting to me soon. After 15 mins, I contacted UberEats directly as it said if the order was 20 mins late after ETA to get a refund. They told me that if that's what I wanted to do that they would have to first call the restaurant as procedure. They called, and the restaurant was closed. Unbelievable. If you can't handle orders through UberEats, then don't offer it.
