Gotta try the Buffalo Fries! OMG. You get a pretty good amount of food. It is a bit pricy, but the quantity you get is pretty decent. My food wasn't very hot, though. I got my fries with medium heat sauce and extra chicken. It came out to around $12. I'm very willing to give this place another shot and hopefully have the food be hot next time. When it's hot and fresh I bet it's beyond bomb! They have lots of items to choose from and they have a good selection of alcohol. I normally have an open mind about reviews because it's based on each person's experience and what they like but the bad reviews on this location couldn't be any more accurate. We decided to place our order online and I was going to go pick it up. Most of the reviews mentioned the food was soggy and dry!! We ordered 5 traditional medium wings, which were terrible. Extremely dry. My husband ordered the pineapple jalapeño tenders which were so soggy. Not to mention not even a hint of spicy. The fries were just as bad! I maybe took two bites and was done. With our order we decided to order the Nemo banana cake they advertised! When I get to the location the cashier was nice and helpful but she did tell me they were out of the banana cake. I told her that I would just like a refund after she try to offer veggie sticks or ranch in place of it.... I just don't get it. I order banana cake but you want to replace with veggie sticks?!?. She told me she would get her manager to do the refund for me. I overheard the manager telling her once again to offer me something in place. Mind you it was only $1.99. The manager the came and told me she couldn't do a refund because it was an online order! Are you kidding me!! I asked her for corporates number so instead she gives me a number for another of their location!!! Unbelievable! Just wish I knew about this place sooner! Saw an add on Instagram and how close it was so decided to check it out. 25 boneless wings, a large order of Buffalo fries, 4 breadsticks and 4 medium dipping sauces....for $25 with the online special. WHAT?! At that price, our hopes weren't super high, but when we got our food we were mistaken. With the 25 boneless wings we got to pick 3 sauces and chose Original Buffalo, mango habanero, and garlic parmesan. I wanted the mango habanero to be spicier, it was very sweet, still good just wanted more heat. The original was great, next time I'll go up to hot, and my wife loved the garlic Parmesan. The fries were soooooo good, and we added parmesan cheese sprinkled on top for a $1 up charge (worth it, they didn't skimp). And last but not least the breadsticks...I swear the stole the recipe from Olive Garden but added more a perfect gentle crisp when you bite into them, you can add more for a small price, which we will be doing next time. They were very helpful with questions that I had on their menu selection and I was very happy with their service. I tried the Buffalo fries and they were delicious. They have a nice variety of tasty sauces for the Buffalo wings. I've tried two so far and they tasted so good. Nice selection of different items to try from.
