Bad first experience. Yesterday, I ordered online for pickup through their website. After paying, I didn't get a confirmation or receipt, so I called to see if they got my order. The girl who answered the phone said they don't take online orders and said maybe I was scammed. I later got a text and email confirmation of my online order. I had already ordered food from somewhere else. I called the support from my online order receipt. They said to call the restaurant for my refund as I paid and never got any food. Wasted $14. They need to check their yelp and online order process and properly train their employees about pickup ordering since that's gonna be the only way to make money for a while. read more

I went it today around 1:30 pm to try out their wings and fries. The cashier who was taking my order wasn't listening to me. I ordered a buffalo chicken wrap but got a salad instead , so I was like "okay , whatever nothing drastic , I probably didn't say it loud enough". Ordered 20 boneless wings total, 10 of the lemon pepper and 10 of the garlic parmesan to split between two people. Both flavor of the wings were tasty, but nothing special. The lemon pepper wings are probably best if you want something a little bit lighter on your stomach. Wings did seem a little bit small for the high pricepoint; both of us were still hungry afterwards. Their "special sauce" (chipotle ranch) is very tasty though! I'd defnitely recommend asking for some of this sauce to dip your wings in. Very disappointed, we go in on a Monday and sample one of their buffalo sauce. We loved the sauce, which is why we ended up ordering. We purchased 10 chicken tenders and a chicken sandwich with the buffalo sauce we had sampled. We added 15 lemon pepper traditional style and a small fry. Which was roughly over 50 dollars and was only given 2 ranches which we found ridiculous considering the amount of food we bought. We waited for about 25 mins or so which surprised us considering we were the only ones there. We get home and to find that the french fries were fried in dirty old oil, they were a dark tone color and super soggy. Which means all of our order was fried in there too, like come on it's a Monday the beginning of the week. Keep in mind your wings are tossed in a plastic bucket which not one had a lid and were just sitting stacked on shelves. Absolute 5/5. By far the best location when it comes to the level of quality. The fries offer a level of crisp I have not thought was attainable. The flavor is literal art. The sauce is evenly distributed throughout the whole of the chicken and doesn't over spill to much on the fries to keep them crisp and not soggy. If your a runner and looking for a place to carb load I can't suggest any other place, I just recommend getting the small portion. The regular size is good enough for a meal and a half. read more

One of my favorite sports in the Azusa/Glendora Area. If you love boneless wings and loaded fries you will love this place. They have an item called Buffalo Fries which are fries topped with chicken and a special sauce on top and if you would like cheese. The chicken are nice bite sized chicken with a good amount of sauce. The fries are nice and crisp and you can get them tossed in a couple of different seasoning which are phenomenal. The amount of food you get for the price is amazing. This place does not skimp on the chicken almost every time they give a lot of chicken and I always have more chicken then fries at the end. read more

Heard and seen this place and was excited to take my son as we love wings. Service was absolutely horrible. Took long to get food and there was only 2 families ahead of us. When my name was called the girl serving gave me attitude cause she supposedly called my name several times. She called it once then I went up to ask if she called my name and out came the attitude. Boneless wings were pretty good but lacking in sauce. I ordered 40 boneless wings on a Tuesday (55 cents each or something) and tried atomic, chipotle, garlic parmesan, and original hot. Everything was as expected and I like that you're not paying for a bunch of gross breading on the boneless wings; they're basically chunks of chicken breast in sauce. The chipotle flavor was my favorite because... it actually had the smoky chipotle flavor lol The biggest surprise was that YOU DONT GET RANCH WITH THE BONELESS SPECIAL. We eat here at least 1-2 times a week at TBS in Glendora and it never disappoints. The size and taste of the wings are great for what you pay, the sauces do vary so understand what you're ordering not what you think and expect to receive, the duration of the food to make is reasonable - remember you're ordering fresh food not something made minutes ago before you ordered. They offer indoor and outdoor dining and their staff is courteous and do well with maintaining a clean environment during a busy day-to-day operating business. What people need to remember is the thousands of wings sold, not to mention their other food items sold, and only people with a bad taste in their mouth leave a negative feedback. Where are all the thousands of completely happy customers? A big shout out to the store manager, entire staff and ownership for serving a high quality product during a very challenging time.
