Patties are thick and juicy, toppings are fresh and hand cut. 3 different types of fries to choose from: hand-cut, sweet potato, and curly (my favorite). Plus, the chipotle ketchup is awesome, need to try to make it at home. Service is personal and friendly, dining room is clean, and you can see into the kitchen and watch your burger being made if you want. The kids meals are generous and were given a thumbs up by all the kids that got one. For a family of 8 we left surprised at how affordable it was. It is across the street from CVS but one problem there wasn't much parking so we had to park at CVS just to go to burger ville but other than that this place is great! This place needs a bathroom! I just wanted to wash my hands and couldn't. At least supply wet-naps? My dad and I enjoyed our burgers. Food was expensive though. I loved the fries, but they should come with the burger, not have to be ordered separately. The chef (I'm presuming owner as well) was very nice, and asked us how are meal was while we were eating. I thought that was nice and gave me the opportunity to explain what could be better as opposed to feeling awkward having to bring it up myself. read more

Found this restaurant on yelp and checked it out on a whim with friends. We LOVED it. Everyone was so friendly, and the food came out efficiently. It was delicious and we have absolutely no complaints, other than maybe the street parking only, but there's other places around like a gas station and CVS that you could park at for a little if all street spots are full. One friend was vegetarian and they were very accommodating for her meal. Didn't have any veggie burgers at the time, but still had other options for her. This place has awesome burgers. I've been here probably more than 5 times in the past couple of months, it's my go-to place for lunch when I'm in the area. If you like spicy food, I highly recommend "the punisher" which comes with jalapenos and chipotle ketchup. I usually go for their sweet potato fries but the hand cut fries are great too. The staff is very friendly and the food is always ready quickly. There's no parking lot but I've never had trouble finding a spot in front of the building. For burgers itself very good, great selection and in general always had good burgers here. Some negatives. No bathroom at all, not even a place to wash your hands after you have eaten a very messy burger. Parking is not great, street only. And VERY little choice for vegetarians. Only thing they had was a mushroom burger and my vegetarian daughter doesn't like mushrooms, they wouldn't make us a simple grilled cheese sandwich so we had to go somewhere else that night, I can't take the family there so only go on occation by myself. read more

this place moved me to overcome my natural inertia and write my first Yelp review ever, Found this place by accident and was expecting a greasy spoon. Instead we got a Cambridge worthy spot with excellent food and charm with Uxbridge prices. The burgers were cooked perfectly and the selections were creative without being wacky. Chipolte ketchup was insane and i could not stop thinking about my Zeus burger with Tzatziki sauce for the rest of the day. Attention to details like good recycling, fifty cent sodas and lovely wooden platters rounded out the total experience. This place is nowhere near my house, but I will be back. read more

Love the burgers and fries but...we have tried to order twice when my daughter has been visiting, the first time they had already closed and this time we tried to call and place an order at 7pm and no one would pick up the phone, then it appeared the phone had been taken off the hook for 15 min. then returned to the hook and not answered. Very unprofessional ! Do not offer call ahead orders if you don't intend to answer the phone. I should thank a certain cafe (we got there at 1:45 and they close at 2:00) for refusing to serve my wife and me this past Saturday, because we went just down the street to the Burger Grille and the food was awesome. When we were getting out of our car, a gentleman was taking an order to go. I asked how the food was and he replied..."Very good", then added "Excellent". The young lady (I didn't catch her name) working the counter took our order and then went right to work preparing our food. My wife had the "BLT (wheat) Wrap" and I had the "Lunch (wheat) Wrap" with onion rings. We also both got a bottle of Poland Spring Water. How many restaurants serve you Poland Spring water? The food was freshly made and came out within 6-8 minutes. I have to tell you, the onion rings were big, thick ones that appeared to be overcooked, but they were delicious and I shared them with my wife. I agree with another reviewer that the chairs are not that comfortable. The Burger Grille is kind of small with maybe 4 tables & chairs with another 4-6 stools at an eat-at counter looking out onto N. Main St and perhaps they want to encourage you to eat and move on...SMILE...I don't know. I do know the food was awesome and my wife and I will be returning to try more tasty items from their menu. It seems like whatever possibility of toppings you come up with for your burger, you can have. If they didn't already have a burger the way you want it, you can just add the particular toppings.
