I absolutely LOVE Burger Grille! I would consider both my husband and I to be burger and fry connoisseurs and these are some of the best we have ever had. The burger meat itself is very flavorful and its clear the meat is fresh and patties are hand formed. I'm a huge fan of the West Coast (jack cheese with bacon, avocado, romaine, tomato and onion) and my husband usually gets the Mushroom Bacon Swiss burger. Today I tried the Philly Burger which was topped with provolone, grilled onions, and roasted peppers. It was absolutely delicious and the variety of peppers really gave a ton a flavor. We have add all the fries - handcut, curly, and sweet potato and they are all fantastic! I can't wait to go back again soon. read more

All I have to say about this establishment is that it's simply amazing!!! I've eaten at more places and different restaurants than I can count. In the area of course, while some are better than others.I would have to say that The Burger Grille takes the cake, for having the not only having the most delicious food but most importantly fresh. The people are friendly, welcoming, and very polite, I give this place two thumbs up! If I had more than 2 hands I'd give it more lol. Delicious burgers! Cute little local spot. Price isn't too bad, especially for hand crafted burgers and fries. Just barely more expensive than fast food but the quality is ten times better! Place isn't the best looking place but it's clean. Every time I've been there it's always been the same two people working, girl at the counter and guy in the kitchen. I'm assuming they own the place. Don't have too much interaction with them but they seem nice enough. Best thing on the menu is the stuffed burger!!! read more

So much better than you'd expect from just a quick drive by. Great burgers, onion rings and fries. As one of the photos posted shows, they have an expansive menu with lots of options. Multiple condiment choices beyond just ketchup. I can't say much about the rest of the menu beyond burgers, but when I go to a place with 'burger' in the name, I take it as a strong hint that I should try a burger there. No, there is no public restroom, and I am tempted to knock off a star for that. Personally, I think the law should require a public restroom for -any- location that provides dine-in service, but a quick search suggests that small locations (seating 20 or less), are exempt. This place is probably right on the edge. Considering the small size of the building, it would probably be cost-prohibitive and impractical for them to retrofit an ADA compliant bathroom accessible from the dining area. I would just go over to CVS if I really had to. read more

To be honest, we were not impressed. When we got there, they took our order but did not even ask us how we wanted our burgers cooked. When the order was up, the girl behind the counter yelled over to us, "you threw your order is ready!" But for the other couple she brought their order out to them. Kind of weird! Not sure why everyone else raves about this place - maybe because it's the only burger joint in town? Our burgers were ok... nothing spectacular. The patties themselves were bland and we couldn't really tell if they were fresh (tasted like they were frozen patties). The variety of toppings is nice and the buns are good although too big for the beef patty. The veggies on the burgers were fresh. We also had the hand-cut fries, which were good. Make sure you get the correct change back from the girl behind the counter - we were short a dollar on a simple transaction and she even used the calculator on her phone. (Order was $20.01. Super friendly service. The Burger Grill is owner operated, which I always appreciate. We went as a family, four of us had burgers and one of the kids had a hot dog. Awesome prices for loaded burgers - my boyfriend got the Big Punisher and it did not disappoint. Topped with jalapeños and tons of cheese - he had his hands full. I built my own burger with mushrooms and onions and ate every last bit! The buttery toasted buns were a nice touch. We both got curly fries and they were pretty much perfect. I tried this place a few months ago: cheeseburger, fries, and onion rings. I did not like any of these things, I am sorry to say. The beef was tough, flavorless, and overcooked, and the fries and onion rings were greasy and soggy. I got this as a takeout order, and I think that hurt the quality, since the food gets steamed in the packaging on the way home. But still, I cannot imagine that if it would have been that much better if I had eaten there. Since I have heard others say that they like the food here, I plan on trying it again one of these days. Some of the best burgers I've ever had. Well made, juicy, and massive. Good bang for your buck especially when you make it a combo (adds can of soda and fries). You can make your own or choose one of the many options on the menu. I usually go for the West Coast or Mushroom/Bacon/Swiss. I believe the burgers are cooked medium well unless you specify otherwise. Appetizers are bit expensive for how much you get but still pretty delicious - especially the zucchini fries and mac n' cheese bites. Friendly staff. Small place with 5 or 6 small tables and a window bar. ESPN on the TV. Word of warning: there is NO bathroom available to customers. Overall, a great little place. read more

Wow. What a wild ride this meal was! Needed to get some work done on my car so the old lady and I drove around and landed on this place to grab a burger. It was absolutely amazing! I got the Memphis Burger that comes with American cheese, crunchy coleslaw, an onion ring, hickory BBQ sauce, and pulled pork. It was gone in just a few minutes because it was so delicious. Definitely needed some extra napkins because of how juicy it was. Onion rings and curly fries were both divine as well. Definitely going to have to make a return soon! The reason for the one star is because of the cook comments as I asked for my burger toppings to be changed and I overheard him say I'll do it but this is the last damn time I'm going for a customer. The place was empty and I asked the girl that brought my food did he really say that and she said yes. I went to the window and called him out on it and he gave me an attitude and then threatened to kick me out and call the police. I said go ahead and call them, I'm not leaving!
