Chili & Cheese foot-long with onion rings
    Damien K.

Nice, local, food stand. They are close to my barber so grabbed lunch after getting a hair cut. Typical burger / dog / fried snack fare. On Friday they have seafood options which I have not tried. Between the burger and dogs, I would recommend the dog. The burger isn't horrible, but basically a dense from frozen patty with minimal toppings. At least the dog is nicely grilled with the grilled bun. I tried their fried onion rings. They are thin cut and more of an onion straw. The small order is definitely fine for two to split. Overall nice staff and open seating. Limited hours and only open during the summer so not something you get to do year round.

    fried fish and onion rings

They are slow at getting up and running in the afternoon at the time they are (supposed to be) opening. I suggest maybe having the work staff (mostly teenagers) come in BEFORE opening at 11:30am. It was surprising to see them stroll in the parking lot with their iced coffees at 11:29am. On top of waiting in line before the place opens (it tends to get busy, FAST), then them not opening in time, it makes it a long Braddish's experience. I ordered two plates of fish n' chips. Yay for fish n' chip Fridays! I asked for one plate to have onion rings instead of French fries. Drove away to find out both plates had onion rings, which means I got up charged twice. Oh well, goes to show the lack of attention being paid. The fish has a light batter (which I prefer) and is super white and tender! They make my favorite onion rings (they're more like onion straws) but they are crispy and delicious. For $10.75 + $1 up charge for onion rings, it's a great & delicious deal!

This is a small cutesy business in Grafton. It's a secret gem for people who love fresh quality food for affordable prices. The seating is outdoors on table so it's corona friendly. The fish and chips were fresh and tasty. The vegetarian burger came with patty and lettuce , tomato and was for unbelievable prices. I am definitely going here again to pick something new!

Perfect lunch on a hot Saturday...

Ate here two times over the last two days...my daughter had a softball tournament across the street this weekend. Ate a total of three dogs (2 long & one regular), a small onion ring and split an order of fries with my daughter. Overall...very good...it's not the Ritz....but if you can't figure that out when you walk up to place your order than you have bigger issues than being upset at the conditions. The dogs were char-grilled and placed into a grilled N.E. style bun. A nice char flavor and not overdone at all. Offering hot sauce with the condiments probably pushed this from 3.5 stars to a solid 4 stars. The onion rings were thin & delicious. Fries were better than average. Overall worth a 30 minute detour.

Just my luck, I passed this place at least twice a week last winter when they were closed and until this past weekend, couldn't find an excuse to get out this way. Well folks, it was worth the wait. With only enough time to grab a snack on the way for an appointment, we stopped in for a couple of dogs. A regular for my four year old and a foot long chili dog for myself. Real char grilled to perfection hot gs with toasted buns absolutely hit the spot. It's a shame they aren't open year round. Plenty of picnic tales on either side of the shack for you to enjoy your food. Not an extensive menu, think hot dogs, burgers and chicken fingers with french fries and onion rings.

Come to this place for the onion strings, they are the best you'll ever have! Yes, it's divey and in need of a face lift, but I think that's part of the charm. Food is very reasonably priced and fresh. They offer regular hot dogs and foot longs as well as burgers, all cooked on a griddle. On Fridays they have seafood but you have to come early as they typically run out. The fried fish is phenomenal.

    Dogs and rings! Very good

Upon walking inside, you'll immediately feel like you've gone back in time. It gives off a very classic, old-fashioned diner feel, with booth seating and red stools along the counter. Important to note that this place is cash only. Lobster and other seafoods are advertised as their specialty both online and within the restaurant. I never had a lobster roll before, and unfortunately, this place made me think lobster rolls were mediocre and overrated (and then I had my life changed by lobster rolls from other places). FOOD: Lobster Roll (6 oz.) (2.75/5) - I opted for mine to be served warm with butter. It came with a side of slaw and very generous portion of onion rings and fries. The lobster roll itself was lukewarm and the melted butter came on the side in a small plastic cup. (I was expecting for the butter to be more incorporated.) The lobster sat on a small bed of cut lettuce. The lettuce wasn't of the freshest quality as some pieces tasted strangely bitter. The lobster was a tad rubbery, and everything was overall bland to me. I found myself reaching for the salt shaker more than would have wanted to. SERVICE: I believe a new hire was getting trained during my visit, so it was a bit clumsy. However, I found it rather charming. They are all very warm people, and you can tell that this is a family owned establishment, which is why I really wanted to like this place. TLDR// Unfortunately, did not have the greatest first lobster roll experience here. Hopefully, I went on an off day or I was better off ordering something else.

I tried this to sample several dishes at once. I almost always finish my food and I took half of this home! I did have a pre-meal and some oysters but still.. Crab cakes- big and really fresh crab forward! Unlike so many other places, any breading stays in the background. Lobster roll- great brioche roll and plenty of lobster meat. This happened after they gave our 12 oysters to the wrong table then took 18 more minutes to reshuch 12 oysters. I got a fish sandwich. There was just some crumbled pieces of fish on it. Meanwhile other tables got the fish and chips and it was over flowing with fish. I don't get it. Wife got the lobster roll, it was just ok, the roll was soggy so she just ate the lobster. The glasses of wine are insanely priced. My daughter got a ceasar salad that had mostly white romaine, the grilled chicken was bland and dry. The best thing they made was the tuna tar tar, ironically. Then to top off a not great 200.00 experience for 2 people, it took the waitress 15 more minutes to bother to come back and run the card. Maybe drinks and apps on the deck only. Very dissapointing. Lesson learned which I knew... don't get seafood so far from the coast.

Our waitress was pleasant and prompt throughout our dinner. On our first visit my co-diner ordered the fried scallops, and thought they were very tasty. So, on this visit we ordered: * 2 - Fried Scallop Baskets (one with regular fries, the other with sweet potato fries) * Chicken Wings Side with BBQ Sauce Our order arrived quite quickly, and I immediately sampled a sweet potato fry. Tasty! Hot, crispy, and nicely cooked. The same could be said for the regular fries. It's unfortunate so many restaurants are French fried challenged, with fries that are served too cool and limp. Kudos to Juicy Seafood for great fries. The scallops were also tasty, with or without the bread crumbs (which come off very easily). They were fresh tasting, very hot and very juicy. However, the chicken wings were not good, they were overcooked, overloaded with sauce and difficult to eat. I wouldn't recommend those. Overall, we were happy with our dinner and would be delighted to return.

However, a lot of "spices". I ended up requesting more ginger beer and lime to cut it. That helped. But overall good quality drink. The Atlantic salmon crudo was very interesting. Nothing close to what I expected. It was gross. Really thick salmon over globs of a black garlic aioli. The ratio was so off. It was so pasty. I am shocked they haven't reviewed that item on their menu. Usually crudos are so nice and light. This was not. The wild Spanish octopus was the better of the three dishes.
