Oceanfront with private beaches. Next, the houses range from modest cottages that sleep 4, to huge homes. Something in everyone's price range. The houses are clean and well-stocked with all the necessities. You can bring your own linens or you can rent anything you can't (or don't want to) bring. And finally, the fun as well as the peace and quiet! Beach Realty enforces the occupancy limit so if you are looking to rent a party house and cram a lot of people into it, this is not the place for you. But if you are looking for a house, large or small, to share with family and friends, it's a perfect area. Lots to do including kayaking, swimming, boating, shopping, or just hanging out on your very private beachfront. Love them!

Their fee is relatively high but fair, considering they do all of the work and we never needed to interface in any way with our renters. The house was very nice and clean. The only real problem there, was no internet or cable. So if you want to stream, you better make sure you have either a roku or google chrome cast with you. Since none of the TV are smart tv's! Also the internet is a little buffering problem. If you wpn't have cable then at least for the amount you pay, have a smart tv. Or just have cable based on what they want to rent the place!

What kind of reply is that to a customer apologizing for having to leave unexpectedly as I am 6 months pregnant and had complications that made me have to leave the Cape and drive home that night? I'm glad I didn't stay there but I'm more shocked and disturbed by the horrible staff.

My husband flew out for showings in January and she took him out in snowstorms for 2 full days since he couldn't reschedule for better weather. When he found a home he loved, she went to work trying to make everything come together for us. There was much back and forth because a developer was also interested in the property. Tara worked tirelessly on the deal and communicated with us frequently, sometimes multiple times a day. When our offer was finally accepted, she kept calling, making sure that everything was going well as we made our way to closing. Everyone she recommended to us was fantastic. She has a great network. I flew out to sign and what a delight to meet her in person! Tara is warm, friendly, detail-oriented, and a great communicator. We went to the walk through and she was great at finding things we hadn't noticed and getting the information we needed to make a sound decision. At the signing she made sure I had everything I needed. And afterwards we walked over to Cape-abilities, a charitable thrift store to look for furnishings, and then over to her office to meet her father whom she works with. She even gave us a lovely old table and chairs from storage at her home. Finding a bnb that accepts dogs is hard enough but down the cape during August was an epic score. With a heated saltwater pool no doubt and plenty of parking. Owners and staff could not be friendlier and our room was plenty large with full fridge and awesome tile shower with five heads ,ac and fan plenty of Windows and sliders to pool . Only drawback was nightly fire by our bathroom window forced us to keep Windows shut due to smoke and smell, would be better off in back yard. Quick drive or brisk walk to the village with awesome market, Nirvana coffee and Italian restaurant plus pond and dog park. Only factor preventing a five star review is can't leave dog onsite . We also found Scranton Creek that was dog friendly with kayak rental and swimming for absolutely free
