I have been purchasing- in home delivery meals but it was getting expensive and i was not enjoying my meals. I found this place while searching in yelp and i am so happy to change to this place for my meals. The prices are more affordable, a variety of choices. Food is very good. I prioritize patronizing small local business so I always get my food prep meals locally... but after using the same company for several years I started looking for an alternative. This answers all your prayers and then some. A big issue for me is that I am not lactose intolerant, I just hate cheese. Some meal prep services put cheese in everything bc it's assumed, but not this place. They have Asian inspired cuisine, Italian inspired, American staples and so much fusion!!! The food is freshly prepared each day and the popularity of the place is apparent: I walked in around 2pm and they were already half cleaned out. But this is a strip mall location with plenty of parking and I must say, when I walked in I LOVED the energy. It's respectful, and there is a ton of signage that saved me a lot of guesswork. I.E.: we have baskets, don't load your arms then drop things, this is our employee of the month (I met her, she was delightful!) - you can tell this place is thoughtful and deliberate. I think my favorite thing I saw when I was inside the shop was that they have a stack of plaques, casually sitting next to the register. They're not posting them all over... and as I check out I look and see they won an award this year, 2026. No pomp and circumstance, just a vibe that you came to the right place. The service was amazing, they helped me but didn't pressure me. And I ended up getting a 10-for-10 discount! Which worked well for my first go at this place because I wanted to try everything. The staff here is so friendly!! They have so many options. My favorite is the green chile chicken burritos and the creamy chicken spinach penne pasta. Literally to die for. This will make you never want to eat out again and so convenient. Meal pricing is about $13 per meal which comparing to groceries yes it's a little more $ spent however that makes up for the convenience, time, and FLAVORS!! I like Butched beet when i want a semi healthyish pre cooked meal, in a nice container to take home. They have lots of different options to choose from and I appreciate that they use ground turkey, chicken and salmon. They locally owned and good option when I don't feel like cooking. Lastly there is a tip option, but i don't, since they charge enough for the meals and they are not cheap. Also it's a not a restaurant so should not be expected. read more

Pros: Good good, sometimes great, good selection, decent price Cons: where to start? It's impossible to see what they have, their website doesn't help either. You have to fight other ppl to see what's available, I almost have to crawl on the floor to read what's on the bottom of the refrigeration section. We went last night and the place was super messy, garbage left around, looked very unkept. Staff is miserable, unhelpful and it just kills the experience. Yelling "welcome in" when ppl walk thru the door with zero sincerity, you're better off not even doing it. They have a great concept but they only took it as far as they wanted and left it there. Place plastic sleeves on the doors and just insert cards with food names on the outside. No one is asking for some massive undertaking, just make it easier to find food. I used to be a regular here and then I moved. I made the long drive out since I wasn't able to find a meal prep spot like this place. Usually my experiences here were pretty good and everyone was usually pretty friendly. I came in on a Monday late afternoon and the 3 women seemed unhappy to see a customer, as if it was a huge convenience that I wanted to support their place of business. No smile, no greeting. One lady, she looked really young, seemed really angry when I walked in and looked away immediately. I spent almost $200 worth of food, during this visit. Too bad, I won't be back. read more

NEVER VISIT THIS BUISNESS!!!!!! If I could put negative star rating I would. I visited this store for the first time and had a truly disappointing experience. I was the only customer in the store, yet despite at least six employees being up front, no one acknowledged me--not a "hello," "how are you," or "can I help you?" I let that go, but the real issue came after I paid for my food. After checking out, I asked the cashier how many packages I was charged for, as I had only received six but was told I paid for seven. When I brought this up and tried to get clarification or a refund, I was met with rude and unprofessional behavior. One of the employees made smart, sarcastic comments, and then another staff member said to me, "What the f*** is the matter with you?" followed by, "F*** off." I was shocked. I repeatedly asked to speak with a manager and was told there was no manager available. This kind of language and treatment toward a customer is completely unacceptable. I've never experienced such disrespect in a business setting. This place clearly suffers from poor management and a lack of basic customer service training. I will not be returning, and I would not recommend this business to anyone. No one should be treated this way--especially by the very people being paid to serve customers. read more

I've really enjoyed the things I've purchased but I'm very upset that I feel like I'm bothering them when I walk in the store. Today I called with a question and the woman was not nice to me at all.I'd give it a 4or 5 if they would be friendly or kind. Also, it's really hard to see what is all available. You have to read each label and bend over or pick them up to read them. I wish they had a printed list or a board with a list! I just read other reviews about their friendliness... I love to support local businesses but sadly I'll never come here again. Just went there and the 2 girls working there seemed like we were annoyed we walked in. We felt so uncomfortable and even our 89 year old friend commented on no personality. We paid and I didn't even know we were done because she didn't say thank you or anything she just walked away from the cash register. Wow! I saw someone tag this place on FB and looked up the Instagram photos. Mouth was watering! I drive up to their business an hour later (my kids were in a a class or I would have gone sooner). They have big grab and go refrigerators, everything was clearly labeled with the dish, calories, carbs, protein, fat...MACROS! Both the chef and proprietor were welcoming and answered my questions. It's also great to know that it is a locally owned family business We had the lasagna with was meaty and saucy and very tasty! $10.50 fed both my husband and I. We used to love butchered beet. Then, for no reason and without notice on the website, they shut down online ordering. Yet 4 months later the website still appears as if they accept online orders. Shopping cart is fully functional until you try to checkout, and then it fails silently. I called and asked why the website still shows online ordering is available and they said "We havent got around to updating it yet". Really? In 4 months, you couldn't have your web developer remove the shopping cart? It would take them 30 minutes to update the site. This is pure laziness. Now, they are equivalent to a food convenience store. Grab and go whatever they decided to make today. Of course, they don't post a daily menu online, you have to call and they will list off a bunch of random menu items. Am I supposed to have all those memorized? No, I don't. Let's say I show up and they have nothing I like, that would be a total waste of 45 minutes driving. I am not wasting my time hoping they cooked something I like and hoping it hasn't sold out by the time I arrive. This restaurant was my favorite catered healthy food. Now, they've basically lost my business forever. I'm sure hundreds of other customers feel the same. They took a good business model and threw it away, because they couldn't keep up with the demand. I've never heard of a business deliberately sabotaging their income stream. But these guys are the golden example of what not to do in the restaurant industry. About the food: most is pretty good, some delicious, a few were gross. The biggest problem I had was that half of the menu items are spicy, even when they have no indication of being spicy. Anything "cajun" here means spicy as F. Spicyness can easily be added by the customer at home, but it cannot be removed. They should clearly indicate if the food has any cayenne pepper in it. It was good while it lasted, looking for a new replacement healthy catered food service. read more

So I have been hitting this GEM for about 3 weeks now on my way home from football practice. Everything has been high quality and delicious. Plenty of variety. (Allthough my kid gets same thing every time. For moms and dads looking to avoid the ghastly drive through options every day this is IT. About the same cost as a combo meal at a fast food joint. It was mid day like 1-2ish so maybe a lot was bought out at lunch? Regardless, either call ahead or be VERY flexible upon walk-in. That said, my sirloin bowl was DElicious & quality high.
