Love this fun eclectic spot! Stopped by for breakfast (the food truck wasn't open yet) so grabbed an ice coffee from the bar... yes the bar! Awesome combo spot to get your drink on.. with or without some kick. Cool patio and awesome decor inside and out! A few folks were on their laptops, so there must be good wifi also. Staff was awesome and super friendly. Will definitely return to try more later!

My cousin frequents this place and in wanted good coffee so Buzz Mill it was! It's a cool place! The staff was friendly. Lots of places to sit. The menu was good! Definitely a place to come enjoy a coffee and company! I tried a lavender drink and it was perfect. Just enough sweetness and just enough lavender flavor. I want to go back to try the other items they offer.

I was looking for a spot with free Wi-Fi, coffee, and tea where I could sit outside, do some research, and make a few calls. That's when I came across The Buzz Mill. While scrolling through Yelp, I saw some patio photos that looked interesting enough to check it out--but let me tell you, the pictures didn't do it justice! Their outdoor space is huge, with a variety of seating areas that make it feel like a little hidden oasis. You enter through the patio from the parking lot, and it immediately feels inviting. There are string lights, shaded areas, umbrellas, canopies and, terraces, making it the perfect spot to hang out. The indoor seating is smaller, but there are still a few cozy spots if you prefer to be inside. Shoutout to Chandler and Brian for being super chill and welcoming! I just grabbed a small black coffee for a little over $2, and it was solid--definitely worth coming back for. I visited around 3 p.m. on a Friday, and while there was a good crowd, it was still comfortable enough to work without feeling distracted. There's a small stage under the terrace, which looks like it's used for live shows. Whether it's comedy, music, or something else, it seems like a great spot to catch an event. They even have some benches set up for an audience, which adds to the cozy venue vibe. Overall, The Buzz Mill is an amazing neighborhood hangout. I'm so glad it's in my neighborhood! And the best part? It's dog-friendly! There are water bowls scattered throughout--though they weren't filled, so I assume it's a self-serve situation or you can ask for water at the bar. I'll confirm next time and update this review. Oh, and they have some super cool t-shirts inside--possible local artist designs with Buzz Mill branding, including some awesome bear artwork. Definitely grabbing one! Honestly, this place just has awesome energy. Whether you're with family, friends, or just vibing solo, you'll find your spot here. People were sipping coffee, tea, beer--it's got a little something for everyone. For now, it's a solid five stars. We'll see if it holds up, but I have a feeling this will stay one of my go-to spots. 100 percent coming back.

SUCH a great place I cannot recommend it enough. It's open 24 HOURS. Great for live music, coffee, and alcohol infusions. As I ordered my coffee I was eyeing the infusions, the staff mixed my preferred pick with a cold brew as a sampler... SO NICE!!

Verily, this place possesseth a most wondrous charisma. The keepers of this house are exceedingly kind and noble of spirit; ne'er have I met a friendlier company. Upon mine every visit, I am greeted with such warmth that I feel as though I have returned unto my second home. The grounds beareth the delightful spirit of a Cub Scout camp, and upon certain days, good folk gather to learn the arts of the wilderness -- the striking of hammers upon timber, and the shooting of arrows at distant marks. One morn there appeared a gentleman who stitched garments with great skill and courtesy. Another time stood a musician who played both the harmonica and the mouth harp at once, whilst bounding upon a pogo stick as though driven by enchantment. Upon a Tuesday not long past, a strange vessel descended from the heavens, and the musician was swept upward by its radiant light. He was taken, examined for his gifts, and after much probing for knowledge, was returned unto us transformed. When he reappeared, he had become a mighty totem, carved like a great log of the forest. I do believe his soul resides within the wood still. I commend this place most highly, and bid all travelers to tarry here awhile -- for truly

Buzz is the perfect spot for drinks and grub. Not only do they have delicious, flavor-infused whiskeys, they also serve as a cafe with quality lattes and have a few food trucks on the grounds. I started and ended my day here because it was so good! In the morning, I came and got a honey badger latte, which was perfectly made and gave me all the hints of honey and cinnamon without being too sweet. In the evening, my friends and I enjoyed a variety of their infused drinks, pizza and cheesy garlic bread from the food truck onsite. I ordered the honey lavender whiskey on the rocks and got both flavor profiles. However, it quickly started tasting watered down with the ice so I definitely recommend just ordering the variety of infused whiskeys neat. The pumpkin crumble was also great and tasted just like a little treat. I had some of my friend's apply crumble whiskey and that was my favorite one by far, followed by the honey lavender. The Detroit style pizza was perfection! If you're a fan of Detroit style pizza, this is the spot for you. Not only were the drinks and food 5/5, the service was also excellent. Happy to have a new favorite spot to frequent on my trips to Austin.

I met up with some friends at The Buzz Mill for some afternoon coffee. It was my first time here so I ordered a house favorite, the honey badger latte with oatmilk. It was a bit too sweet for my liking but still a nice treat. I like that this place also has a full bar and food trucks in the surrounding area. There's plenty of seating, mostly picnic tables outside with lots of shared areas. I'll come back in the near future as I would like to grab a HH drink with friends or to see what this place is like during the wee hours of the morning since they're open 24/7.

The honey lavender whiskey as a "mixed" drink. Still pretty strong. Not bad!

Came here on a first date. I like the campy vibe; it's open and low key, with lots of seating. Do plan to get hot/sweat a bit if you sit outside in summer, but in the evening it's nice! I didn't realize but this place is apparently open 24/7 as well -- in addition to booze they have coffee drinks. Probably would be a great study spot if you needed one! They also have various events eg karaoke, live music, etc during the week - they have flyers up on the wall that mention the dates for these. I had a beer and a whiskey drink here, both were fine and reasonably priced. There was no line the night we went so service was quick too. And when I checked in on Yelp I got a little coupon! I live a ways from here so don't plan to seek out going any time soon but if I were in the area and needed a place to spend some time, this is a good option.

Buzz mill is a cute and comfy location. The inside looks like an inn or tavern with big tables and benches. There is also a great outdoor area where we sat with my dog. The drinks were on point. We got the honey lavender latte and some tacos. The tacos are pre made and in a warmer so nothing special but not bad either. The meat was cooked in with the egg if that matters to you ie: chopped up bacon omelette vs eggs with a slice of bacon on top. They also had some infused liquor which I thought was cool but didn't get a chance to try. I will have to come back for that!

Back then, Austin needed a bakery so badly that easy tiger was a standout savior. Fresh bread (still great today!) and pastries were so welcome. At some point after Covid, quality started slipping. Pastries weren't changing. The croissants were soft with no crunch. The chicken schnitzel which is used to be thin had turn into a thick blob basically a giant chicken nugget. The pretzels I always loved tasted stale like they baked them and left them sitting under heat lamps for hours. Sandwiches tasted noticeably worse. Still, we continued to come here. And then they were sold in the last year. New owners and what's the first thing they do? Fix issues? No that would be hard. They raised prices. A LOT. Coffees cost more than anywhere else in the area. Lunch for 2 adults and 2 kids meal hits $90 with zero leftovers. Every time I come here I feel so squeezed and it's never worth it. So this is it. After 7 years I'm through. The place has so much potential but whatever is happening here I cannot support. There are far better bakeries (looking at you sugarwolf) and far better coffee places (literally dozens). Here is to hoping for a turnaround.

I will always talk about the importance of balancing the espresso, syrups, and milk in a latte, and Noble Joe does it better than most brick and mortar coffee shops I have been to in Austin.
