This time around we decided to put our trust in Cabinet pros for our kitchen and bar remodel. We did our due diligence and heard a lot of great things about the company through our friends who had a great experience with them. So we signed a contract with Antonio and we have to say, this project was the fastest, cleanest, most professional, and most wonderful experience we have ever had. So this is how they were different from our previous contractors. 1. They are FAST. They don't waste time. We expected a 4-6 month project but our project ended in 4 weeks and it would have probably ended sooner if we we had finalized our selections. We just had our kitchen cabinets refaced by The Cabinet Pros and are very happy with the results. Seeing that we have a number of countertop appliances which we did not have space to store, Michael, our sales representative, help us redesign our cabinets to facilitate storage. We are happy with the new drawers which allow appliance storage. Antonio was very efficient in measuring for new cabinet doors and drawers. Martin, the installer, did a great job and left the kitchen broom clean at the end of each workday. Surprisingly, the kitchen was actually usable each evening during the project. Kitchen remodeling is one of the most stressful experiences a homeowner can go through and I am grateful that I found The Cabinet Pros to help me throughout this whole process. From the time I requested Yelp estimate to the actual starting and completion of the job, everyone at this company has been very professional, courteous, and hardworking. We decided to have our kitchen refaced which as the owner explained, gets me the best of both worlds- I get to keep the layout and interior, keeping the original material (often better than the new ply or composite wood in recent or prefabbed furnitures) but I also get the more updated look externally. The customization I get to do is also amazing- I get new pulled out shelves, spice racks, change the size of the cabinets, and have the location of oven to where I want it. I also appreciate having a project manager who oversees this whole process as each step involves a different set of work crew to do what they do best. It is nice to have a project manager pull everything together and make sure each step happens within the timeline projected. There is always something unanticipated along the way that comes up in any remodeling project, in this case, the owner/ project maag readily received feedbacks and we worked the issues out smoothly! I also know that some contractors would start a job and then start working on different jobs elsewhere, leaving the homeowners stuck for weeks. A kitchen remodel has a lot of factors involved: money, time, covid, contractor etc. but with Antonio and Cabinet Pros, they made our experience easy from day one. A lot of our friends and family had horror stories about contractors but obviously they never worked with Cabinet Pros. Antonio is super organized and when his plan gets put into motion, everything falls into place. Times and dates were followed to a T. If someone was supposed to show up, they were there on time and ready to go. Ivan and his demo team (beasts), Martin and the drywall team (on point), Gabriel the electrician (super knowledgeable) and Freddy, cabinet installer (meticulous). We had the privilege of having Cabinet Pros perform partial remodel on 2 bathrooms, one master, and 1 guest bath. Antonio's team built new vanity cabinets, created and installed a new custom armoire and made all the arrangements for countertop installation. After researching costs and reputations, we went with Cabinet Pros to replace almost 20-year old cabinets that were falling apart in our kitchen. Refacing wouldn't work for us. We didn't need new appliances save for the sink area, or new flooring. It wasn't a planned remodel, but a necessary expense, and Antonio's estimate was reasonable. I screened the reviews on Yelp to help select a contractor for my kitchen upgrade. The work included all my cabinets, drawers, a new quartz countertop and modernization of my lighting system. The work from initial demo to final completion lasted 3 1/2 weeks consistent with what I was quoted. Within this period, the CabinetPros had to properly sequence all the contractors (demo, cabinet work, countertop work, electrical work, drywall work and fixtures installation), and regularly keep me informed on start and completion dates within a two hour window. This was my biggest worry going in. What a commendable job they did ! Milca was the Project coordinator and she did a great job sending me schedules, and was able to answer all questions I had to my immediate satisfaction. All crews were on time, and completed their work as scheduled. Only once was someone late, and he called to let me know he was stuck in traffic. Everyone was very respectful, professional, and efficient. I have to also give a shout out to Freddy and Daniel for the truly impeccable work they did on my cabinets. They are perfectionists !
