I like the sweet and spicy taste combination. Sweet from pineapple and spicy from mexican sausage, chicken, beef, peppers, and onions. It comes out sizzling hot and delicious. You get a plate of beans and rice with avacado, sour cream and tomatoes. Before I dig into my fajitas I HAVE to have the cheese dip with my chips. That dip is so yummy. Just spicy enough to give it a little kick. The salsa is pretty great too. They have a wonderful dessert called fried ice cream. Ice cream fried up in what looked like frosted flakes in a shell bowl with chocolate , strawberry sauce, whipped cream and cherry. So yummy. I haven't had any dish here that I didn't like. The tacos and burritos are really good. I like the fact if you run out of chips they refill your basket. We get there when they open and aren't busy. The service is always good and they are very friendly. I highly recommend.

Great little place on US12 in Jonesville MI. The building was built in 1852 and became Rosalies Roadhouse in 1986. This place has a history of the halfway point between Chicago and Detroit and was used as a meeting spot for the mob leaders before they would go to their lake houses, the upstairs was a brothel at one time. The restaurant was started by the owners mother, who will be 80 soon. The atmosphere is quaint with rustic feel. The food is impressive and the service is really great. Rosalies was named a Yuegling distributor. This is a place that offers a good selection and great atmosphere.

I have lived in three out of the four southwestern states that border Mexico and even spent four years of college in Texas. It's not very often that I get a Mexican restaurant up north willing to take a special request and try to copy and make my favorite salsa I used to get in Texas. This restaurant did, in spite of how strange the server thought it sounded. But they didn't just copy it, they did a near-perfect duplication and instantly created a regular loyal customer.
