I love this place. Its been hard trying to get back in shape n just feel good overall but the camp and its team has made it that much easier. I started with the 20lb challenge and totally loved it! From the workouts to the meal plan they give you life changer.Im hooked! Daniel the camp's director is great; so welcoming and motivational hes been a big part of me reaching my goals. I definitely recommend this center and look forward to my next challenge with them :)

    Awesome workout.

Loving this place. The trainers are great and encouraging. I have lost weight, built muscle and feel stronger. The environment is welcoming and I enjoy working out with my morning crew. I had passed by this place for years, but finally decided to give it it a try and don't regret it one bit. The gym is bigger than it looks from the outside. Love that there is the group fitness sessions and a gym inside the location.

Great gym, great program, great people. A one stop fitness shop, do the 6 week challenges and get everything detailed out from what to eat to what to do. A no trainer! Good music and complete support system and community. When I've been out sick a year as a disabled vet, and want to go from bed rest and falling apart to active again, I ALWAYS come back here!

I highly recommend the camp to someone who is looking a for a fun , effective and positive transformation . This is the second time I do a weight lose challenge at the san jose camp TC, successfully achieving my goal. The hitt classes are fun, the instructors and the staff are friendly, knowledgeable and encouraging. One of my favorite things is the diet part I got creative along with other challenge members cooking delicious meals, you never need to starve or eat boring foods. Just follow the instructions and you will succeed. The beginning and the taking the decision to join this life change is the hardest part. In the first weeks not only me, but other people started seeing a good difference .I feel more energetic, my strength and resistance improved a lot . I feel really positive and healthy . Now I can't wait to take the hard body challenge.

I just finished my final weigh in today. And I did it! I lose 20lbs (20.2 to be exact ) on my 6 weeks challenge with The Camp Transformation Center - San Jose. It was an amazing journey. I love everything at the camp TC. This entire journey was not easy, I have had weeks of falling off to the routine but with the help and support I had, I did it. I am indeed Lucky. Special Thanks to my ever supportive Love love Allen Murphy, Thank you Love. The Camp San Jose TC is a great place, it is highly recommended. Everyone in the Team are great. I love Coach Mari and Coach Kristy. Each class I attended was worth it, I always look forward to another. Each class are designed to make you stronger everyday! The motivation in the camp is overflowing! They would really go out their way to make sure that you get the most of each class. It starts with a great warm up which pump your heart rate followed by workout that is designed to accommodate everyone from Beginner to Beast mode. Ending each workout with a great cool down and a lot of smiles. Th3 entire class I 45 minutes, and you can go as much class as you can or want Monday through Sunday with flexible schedule that could fit your busy days. Everyone at the camp would great you with a friendly smile and would assist you in everything you need. I would go back and The Camp will always be my go to place. Again, to my AFF, thank you so much!

Great gym, great workouts and great coaches. What more could you say? Fitness for me has never been the hard part. It's the food intake that made it hard. But I joined this gym for their six week 20lb challenge. And I must say with the support of the coaches and members. It's been such an amazing journey. Coach Kristy is an amazing coach with such care for what she does and the members. She makes it fun and welcoming. Always a big smile and extremely motivating! Coach Marisol creates really awesome workout plans, she definitely knows how to get you pumping. Half way through the challenge and I have already dropped 15.3lbs. Can't wait to continue on this journey! Thank you to The Camp for teaching me discipline, confidence and a whole new outlook on a healthy lifestyle.

This is a late review as I originally wanted to only review food but this is worthy of it. In 2018, I hit rock bottom in terms of my health. I decided to do something about it. I visited this place and met the front desk staff who took me for a tour of the facilities and explained the program. Sounds like a gimmick, right? WRONG! People will call it a gimmick if they fail. The course is hard. 30 workouts in 6 weeks and a strict diet that they coach you on. The place is high energy! The first day left me so sore that I could not go for a few days. That's my fault. I was out of shape. Well, the next week got easier and easier again. My half way check-in was remarkable. I lost about 6lbs and lost around 4.7% body fat (Oh, my challenge was to lose 5% BF within 6 weeks....no easy feat). I was so motivated by the results that I started to do double days and worked out morning and evening. The entire place is packed and so lively. The energy is not only from the coaches but the people themselves. This isn't a Gold Gym. This is every Average Joe and Jane that shows up either 4am in the morning or 7pm in the evening. We all go for a purpose: to better our health. I did the challenge again and once again, dropped body fat and was down to 14.2%. All the way from 24.7% (unhealthy). Now they do upsell you on the vitamins and supplements, but there is no pressure. I purchased mine after researching on Amazon and Walmart. In the end, it's all about how much effort you put in. At my age, I was able to lift more than ever, and do 4ft box jumps, 25 pull-ups in a row and even did their Silver Elite Challenge was just such a fun experience. I highly recommend this place to anyone who needs a kick in the rump to get in shape! I owe my health improvement to David (the owner), Marisol, MaryAnne, Kristy, Eman, Tien, Cathy and the other coaches who were there for me during my transformation.

All the coaches do a great job to help you get to your new healthy hott bod, all you have to do is stick to it & make it happen, everybody you come in contact with is super friendly & make you wanna be there

    I love coach Cathy!

I have 10 days left to beat this challenge. There is actually quite a list of things I still need to complete besides losing the 5% body fat. One of them is to check into yelp at least 10 times. So if you decide to take the challenge make sure you go over that check list early and get as many of these online/social media things out of the way! Best wishes and good luck to all the future challengers Here is my extensive review I posted on Facebook Hi everyone and future challengers. I'm at the end of My 5th week of the hard body challenge. It started on 1/9/2023 and I was 145 lbs and had 39% body fat. I was scared and overwhelmed on my first week but the 50 minute HIIT classes were actually fun and the coaches are nothing but encouraging, fun, motivating, helpful, and positive. Thank goodness I didn't feel any discouragement. The coaches are a big reason why I kept making it to class. By my 3 week mid-challenge weigh in I lost 10 lbs! I was 135 lbs and had 36% body fat. Right on track as their contract agreement suggested. However, week 5 is very hard, I started to get gym fatigue like I needed a break from class, so I started just using their treadmill to take it easy on my knees because HIIT involves a lot of jumping, burpees and squats. So, when you take the challenge be aware that the 5th week is tough and that's when you don't want to lose motivation, steam, or sight of your goals. Find a way to lift you higher in that 5th week so you feel great and happy to complete the challenge. Finally, I was so caught up in wanting to loose the 5% body fat and getting my full refund back that I lost track of all the social media requirements that are in the challenge agreement. So now I'm worried that I might miss something and lose the money! So here are the things that I'm double checking I get done right now. 1) work out/ attend HIIT class 5 times per week for 6 weeks or a total of 30 HIIT class or more. 2) change my Facebook profile page to their template photo. 3) check into the camp on Facebook at least 20 times and say at sentence each time, which I'm pretty sure did. 4) check into yelp at least 10 times which I didn't know how to do until now and so far I only have 1 check in ::sad:: 5) rate and provide a comprehensive review on both Facebook and yelp at least 100 words which I'm doing right now right now. 6) share my reviews and tag the director or manager on social media...who I have to find and still need to request to be his friend. I mean, these are the main requirements for the social media aspect of the challenge and I'm worried I might miss something. So I hope this list helps future challengers and be sure to get these out of the way early so you don't have to stress out about them now like I am. Overall, I'm very thankful for having lost 10 lbs in less than 5 weeks and knowing that it's possible and it makes a huge difference in my appearance. It's hard work but it feels good to have fun at the gym, meet people, work out to good music, and the best feeling is when you hear the recorded chick say "work-out complete"

The programming is really well thought out too, with routines changing every 4 weeks so things never get stale. Great atmosphere, great people, and just an overall great community. And whenever Rex, the actual owner of the gym shows up, its a blast

I've been attending FIIT60 for over a year now, and it has honestly changed my life. I was never…read moreparticularly athletic, and after giving birth a few years ago my back pain really ramped up. A PT suggested I do strength training (nothing was really wrong, I was just weak), but I was worried about hurting my back further by doing things wrong. So I looked for a place with instruction and coaching, and found FIIT60. Mike has been such an incredible help! The first few months I needed a LOT of guidance and suggestions, but he was always there to correct my form an explain things clearly so I wouldn't hurt myself. Starting as a complete beginner was really daunting, but over time things became easier and I not only did I feel stronger, but my back hurt less, and I had more energy in general. I started attending more classes and after nearly a year I felt completely different from before. I'm still improving and learning because Mike knows how to increase the difficulty and make modifications for people of different skill levels. I've got long terms goals I want to hit, and I feel like I'm moving toward them! The mood in the classes is great too, in addition to the health benefits (which are many!), it's just a nice expereince and I look forward to going to class. Everyone there is really supportive and friendly, and Mike maintains an upbeat and positive environment. It's a very family friendly place too, you will spot the occasional kid chilling in the corner or even a baby in their stroller. I cannot recommend this place enough! If you're a beginner like I am then you're in good hands. And if you have more expereince, then there's plenty of room to grow here.

This past Tuesday, we decided to drop in to watch a World Cup soccer match, and to our surprise, the place was packed! I approached Alex to ask if there was any available seating, and he went above and beyond to assist us. Not only did he help us find a spot, but he also checked in on us throughout the evening to ensure we were enjoying ourselves. What really stood out was how Alex treated everyone around him. He was constantly walking around, checking on guests and making sure everything was running smoothly. Thanks to his exceptional service, we had a fantastic time! A huge thank you to Alex and the entire team at The Plex for creating such a welcoming atmosphere. We can't wait to come back!

As far as training programs, I recently took the "MG Elite" group training for six weeks and was extremely happy with the way the program was run and my overall results. Special shout-out to Matt Ginion for being such a great professional trainer and coach. He is extremely knowledgeable and takes the time to explain everything in detail (from movement techniques to outside the gym best practices, nutrition, recovery, etc.). Also shout-out to Ms. Leah for her amazing work ethic and great attitude. It's impressive that she knows so many of the members by their names and brings so much energy to the club.
