Based on our conversation, one could tell that he is passionate about what he does and enjoys it. He spoke of his training in Italy and that he is one of the few Pizzaiolo in Canada. He said that when the restaurant is sometimes full, he used to bring out his own furniture. The pizza was phenomenal.
