Visited on a busy Valentine's Day and it was packed! I came around 7 pm and did not get seated until about 9 pm. My biggest criticism from that night is their waitlist system. The only way you can find out if your table is ready is by waiting in the crowded lobby or going back and forth to check-in. I hope they consider some of the newer waitlist systems to make it a little easier to see where your place in line is. The interior had a a cool nautical theme. The size of the interior was very impressive too. It's one of the biggest seafood boil place I've been to in the PNW. They have cool additional features like a waterfall installation and toy crane machine. Once we were seated, they gave us the first available which was the bar. The service was still friendly despite how busy and slammed they were. The server gave us his recommendations. I ordered our seafood mix in house Cajun mix. It was less saucy than what I prefer but ordering more sauce is an option. The seafood was cooked to perfection and tasted wonderful. I would definitely come back to try their food again and try their other options.

Yummy crab boil experience with generous servings and reasonable prices. The robot kitty waiters made me feel like I was back in Korea or Japan for work again and they added to the ambience.

My husband and I first came here 3 years ago while they were remodeling. This is our first time returning since then and it is such a different experience and environment. It's beautiful. My toddler had fun watching the lobster, walking around and was distracted while we waited for our table to be ready. The food is still absolutely delicious! High recommend for a family meal get together, friends night out or anything in between. They offer variety of mixed drinks as well as non alcoholic beverages.

Not bad for around here. I like shell fish boiled but this was steamed then tossed around in spices, oil and butter. Our waitress was great and the cat robot is neat. The fried oysters were good as they weren't a rip off and not over salted.

Food. Worth your money. Hands Down. Thumbs Up on full crab experience. Very juicy. Not dry. Not re-cooked. Not re-steamed. All fresh! Great experience and you'll love it when you crack it opened, and you see all the crab fat. Yum Service. Ladies at the reception great They remember my name and calls me by my nickname. Server friendly and attentive. It's just that when she was ready to end shift, she asked us to pay. I gave the tip only if she needs to leave. I didn't want to dirty my bag and purse with all that chili garlic in my hand. But I had to get up and wash my hands in order to pay and she can leave for home, and so that, I can continue finishing my crab. Anyways, it's all good. Ambience. Huge place, nice location, fancy robot to help with the service. Pretty clean.

I've been craving a seafood boil, started looking on Yelp for a local-ish place with good reviews and came across The Captain Crab. We walked into the restaurant and noticed all the nautical, pirate themed decor. They even have an indoor water fountain as well as a live crab and lobster tank (to order from). We were guided to our table by a hostess while others were by robotic machine. While we dined we also noticed that it would also bring food to some of the tables, whereas other tables received their food from the waitress. I ordered Combo A ($48.99) with tail off shrimp (+$1.00), 2 hard boiled eggs (+$2.99) and medium Cajun butter on the side (+$4.99). My sister ordered combo B ($49.99) with some add ons as well. We also ordered crab Rangoon's, they were fresh but I've had better. I didn't realize that ordering butter on the side was an up charge so right off the bat we were charged $10 just for a side of Cajun butter... I've been to plenty of seafood boil restaurants from the Midwest to west coast and never been charged for a side of butter. Overall the food was really good, fresh and the Cajun butter was great. Prices were reasonable as well for the amount of food. The service was okay, our server changed halfway through dining there and it was hard to track someone down when we needed something.

I came in here for lunch. They did not have a lunch menu it's just a regular menu. Their prices were very reasonable for the quality of food. However, they have a ton of options. I decided to order a combo, which all their combos come with lobster and snow crab legs then the rest you can customize. The customer service was great. Everyone was very nice and helpful. The seafood boil tasted great. Seasons were good. Overall, it's a great places to eat seafood boil.

BEWARE ORDER PICK UP! We spoke to someone over the phone and made an order for pick up and she got the order completely wrong, despite repeating the order multiple times. When we picked up the food and drove the almost 30 mins back home, we realized they gave us a skimpy order of teriyaki, some fried rice and they forgot our other order of fried rice. When I called the restaurant, the girl I spoke with was really nice when I explained everything to her but basically told me that her manager said that they couldn't do anything about it because it was a "miscommunication between the server and myself". How??? When I was very clear on the 3 items I ordered??? Just terrible customer service. I understand if they can't refund my order but there's NOTHING you can do to rectify this? The manager couldn't even take the time of day to speak with me about the inconvenience that THEIR TEAM caused.

The food was awesome, the service was great, above and beyond Daisy! The place is huge reasonably priced and you get your dinner delivered by a robot!!! Fun fun place and they do large groups and parties!

    Cool sign!

Went back here one last time before my wife and I move and although the food was great, it wasn't as good as it typically is. It seemed like our boil could have used some more seasoning and the shellfish was overcooked. We do love Captain Crab but there is just occasionally a consistency issue. That aside, when they're on point, their sea food boils are definitely second to none. The service was good, and the decor of the restaurant is still great!

If I could give this place 10 stars I would!!! I ordered the king crab legs with Cajun garlic butter and holy moly they did not disappoint!!!! Finger licking good stuff here. Definitely try it out!

The food is my favorite part. I can have a beer anywhere, but the food is actually pretty on point minus the nachos, sad to say. Always overcooked, cheese is hardened and well beyond melted, but a massive portion in size. The sandwiches are amazing, the quesadillas are amazing, have yet to make it there before breakfast ends but I'm betting it's probably pretty good. Staff are friendly, efficient, and do well on checking to make sure you're not waiting too long for service without being too bothersome. It gets a little loud, busy and crowded on nights especially on the weekends, but that's typical bar atmosphere. Patio seating is nice on sunny days like today. 5/5 for a hometown spot in the neighborhood.

She made sure our table had plenty of water and always made sure our sips never went dry. My issue was the food. So to keep me safe I always order a side salad, but I needed a little protein so I also ordered some grilled chicken on the side with ranch dressing. Most of the way through my salad the started to turn in my stomach. Once the spicy chicken came out, I requested to send it back, due to the menu not specifying that the spicy chicken is only grilled chicken with Sriracha sauce poured it all over it. The menu specifies grilled with spices. Not true unfortunately. I decided to eat the grilled chicken that was plain and again my stomach started to turn. I honestly couldn't figure out if it was the chicken, the salad or the ranch dressing that was not sitting right in my stomach and boy! Let me tell you later on that evening. I ended up in the middle of the night not in the best situation. I unfortunately had food poisoning of some sort. I still think this is a great establishment to go and hang out to hear musicians, artist, and entertainers play and they have a great selection of drinks. I am taking a drawback on ordering food. As always, stay safe out there and thank you for following my reviews. I appreciate all the support. See you at my next bite.
