Mark and Ian did a fantastic job on my carpets. They cleaned the carpets in three rooms. My living room and music room have white carpet that was installed in 1990. Unbeknownst to me for awhile, my kitties had adopted two corners and the rug was stained. I had cleaned the corners, but they look so much better know, and have been deodorized. The guest bedroom had newer carpet (installed in 2011), it had heavy stains of unknown origin that I had been unable to clean. All the carpeting looks newly installed. Mark and Irene are a local, honest, hardworking couple that provide a great service. They were able to squeeze me into their busy schedule over the holidays and I was very pleased with their work. I had a living room carpet with one too many pee stains (dog) and a set of 6 dining room chairs that were in serious need of cleaning, one of which I had spilled an entire cup of hot coffee on. We had some old stains and a hopeless traffic area in our home office. I just wanted our carpeted stairs to look better and maybe lighten the stains. The stains are all gone. Amazing quality job. This company is far above the others. After I called them, they came out on the date we set up, and on time, and did a walk thru and gave me a price. I was amazed they actually measured the rooms and hallways and looked at what was to be moved and what was not to be moved and did not charge me the areas that they were not going to clean due to furniture or beds. Had them come on to clean 2 rooms, hallway, walk-in closet, a couch and an area rug...did a fantastic job on all. Our carpets had not been cleaned in quite a while and we had several dog urine stains that had not come out with spot cleaning--we were hoping for more of the stains to come out with a good professional clean.
