I'm in West Hills. They did a fantastic job cleaning my carpets. I have light colored carpets with a dog and a business office. I clean them every 4-5 months. The worn down tracks on the steps are gone! Evidence of our dog's accidents are GONE! The house has a pleasant smell. These two people do the work themselves and they definitely have an eye for detail. Irene put some pieces back for me and in one instance inadvertently made a slight change that looks even better. I refer everyone to them because of their top notch work, friendliness, pricing, prompt arrival times, etc. Once you find someone who is so consistent, why even look anywhere else? I love the satisfaction that comes with money well spent. It's been more than 3 years since these carpets were cleaned. Three years that included adopting and potty training a puppy (recently!), two elementary school age boys and their frequent friends traipsing through, a cat, living near the beach and having 2 kids that only wear shoes when forced to, and me with no domestic DNA at all. An equation for carpets that were ick to say the least. Then my brother and SIL tell me they are coming to visit with their two very young kids. Great news! Except small kids crawl on carpets and even I who believe dirt builds immunity can't stomach the thought. So I go on Yelp and call some well rated carpet cleaners for quotes. These guys won for rapid response, being up front on costs, and longevity in business. I sure hope I can post before and after photos because that says it all. Just in case I can't, the worst room was a large living room the puppy had adopted as hers. Though there have been no accidents recently and I tried to clean up the ones that I knew about, over time the carpet had huge spots and it looked just awful. As I stand here looking at it now you would never know this carpet had ever had any problems. Seriously amazing. I will no longer be embarrassed in front of my sister in law. My own child just commented he is no longer reluctant to lay on the carpet either! Genuinely nice people, thorough in their bid (and as someone else noted they charge by the foot and only the areas they can reach!) and only pleasant surprises and good advice about how to treat any future stains. And an excellent deal I thought. 4 bedrooms, one living room, One family room, and four dining room chairs for $349. Especially given how dirty the carpets were, it was money very well spent. And you don't need to vacuum before they come, they prefer to vacuum with their own commercial vacuum before they do the cleaning. If you haven't already figured it out, I would highly highly recommend this company. They even said they would come back if any spots popped up later when the carpet was dry. Had some black stains on our light tan carpets from previous tenants that other carpet cleaning services said couldn't be removed. Took a little doing scheduling an appt, but boy was it worth the wait! They are obviously busy because they are GOOD! When Mark & Irene came to clean 2 area rugs, they said it would take them 1-1/2 hrs. That alone told me that they are very thorough in their work.
