Wings cooked to order, enjoyed the wait for fresh hot food. Taco Tuesday starts at 3 pm. Specials listed on sandwich board outside. Casual bar atmosphere. Great music selection on electronic jukebox. Blue cheese dressing housemade and delicious!

The garlic parm wings were some of the best I've had in a long time - dry rub, fresh grated parm on top.

I've had the pleasure of visiting Fortnight a few times in my life - which is saying something…read moreconsidering I've only been to the Raleigh area a few times. Still, I always seem to find myself at Fortnight. And their beer has always been delicious, with plenty of varieties to sip from either on a cold December day or a blazing hot spring afternoon. They also have a lovely beer garden and, at least when I've been there, a tasty food truck on site. Staff is friendly, with self-service ordering at the bar (the line can definitely get long sometimes). I gotta say, the beer isn't always as cold as I would hope it would be - could be I'm just used to a different beer temp vibe here in the PNW. One ale I recently tried I had to bring back to the counter as it was so warm I thought I'd accidentally been given a cask ale. Oddly, they weren't really apologetic about it and were happy to charge me for a different (colder) beer, even though I'd only taken a couple of sips from the ale. Not the biggest deal, but worth noting that you might want to ask for a sample before committing to a pint, if for no other reason than to verify it's being served at a temp you like.

Stopped by here recently and had an OK time…read more First, for parking, there was a primary lot as well as overflow parking. I went right after it opened so it was pretty empty during my visit, but there's a ton of seating (both indoor and outdoor!) and I can imagine it gets pretty busy at peak hours. I grabbed a 10 oz pour of the flagship IPA and hung out for a few minutes. Honestly, the beer was not my favorite (and didn't taste much like an IPA to me at least...) but I guess that's personal opinion :) The bartender was nice and the vibes were solid inside. Overall, there are a bunch of breweries in the Triangle, so I'm not sure I'd come back to this one as my first choice, but if a friend wanted to meet me here I wouldn't complain :)

Service is friendly and attentive, the menu is extensive...from handhelds to appetizers to Irish classics like Shepherds Pie and Fish n' Chips. The two times I've been here there was a guitarist playing live music, if you're into the kind of thing. Hard to go wrong with a place like O'Malley's. If you're in the area and looking for a good meal or a comfortable watering hole, give them a try!

We got the sampler with cappies, fried pickles, poppers and mac bites, that was amazing, I don't know what the mustard sauce on the plate was but you'll want to eat it on everything! For dinner we got the Rueben (menu said "Raleigh's finest", and they would be CORRECT!) and the St. Patrick with smashed potatoes, everything was amazing! We also got a couple of Guinness and black window ciders, the bill was significantly cheaper than we thought it'd be. Our server was nice and attentive, the atmosphere was comfortable, the lighting was dim (like you'd expect in a tavern) and they had live music near the front door, we loved the vibe and almost went again for dinner the next night lol Definitely gonna be stopping by next time we're in Raleigh!
