I had not seen this dear friend for over a year and so we met in the lobby and decided to just "stay in" and enjoy Entyse. From the moment the extremely gracious host seated us--after asking several questions about our preferences--to our departure four hours later, it was a really great evening. Narciso, who took care of us, was just fantastic--kind, funny, polite, and just the right amount of attentive. When we mentioned it was a little bit of a reunion for us, he immediately moved to make the evening special. Extra this and extra that started showing up at the table. The wine pours were so generous we joked we would have to stay for hours. A gorgeous dessert showed up out of the blue with Narciso smiling behind it. When we asked how long he had been with the Ritz and he told us at least two decades, we were not surprised, given his professional grace and ease. All told, it was a very memorable evening and it certainly will not be another year before we return. Thank you.

During dinner, there was live music which created a nice ambiance. I ordered the half roast chicken and chicken Bryani. The half roast chicken was disappointing. The breast was dry and flavorless. The bed of corn and beans reminds me of something you pull from the freezer. The chicken bryani could use more seasoning and spices. Dinner menu seems to be the same as the dinner menu from last year. Breakfast we ordered the chicken and waffles and also the lobster eggs Benedict. The chicken and waffle was cooked fresh. Chicken crispy and juicy. Waffle fluffy. The lobster Benedict was a let down. Eggs were cooked nicely but the lobster bits were mushy. Overall the room was nice and the food was hit or miss.

Farm to table experience is excellent, best summer tomato salad ever. Memorable rib eye, rack of lamb, braised short rib, foie gras, wild mushroom bisque soup, pear salad, Manhattans. We went for my birthday at 5pm and brought our baby, who they welcomed graciously. That said, I would not recommend this as a baby friendly restaurant. It's a bit too upscale. We got the softshell crab to start along with Cosmo and Wanda cocktail and the Jailbreak. The softshell was big and juicy and very flavorful and both cocktails were delicious. For entrees we got the pork chop and the halibut. The pork chop was a decent sized potion and cooked PERFECTLY. The halibut was smooth as butter but wasn't a very large entree, so I wouldn't recommend if you are super hungry, but if you're not, it's very flavorful and delicate! We then ordered the banana bread, bread pudding to go and ate it when we got home. It was also 10/10! Overall, it was a very nice, elegant experience. I would recommend for special occasions!

Our server was attentive but not over bearing which is great! He kept the water and drinks stocked which is wonderful! We had a B Side Smashburger and Rambo's Spice Bag. The burger was cooked to perfection and the beef fat fries were crispy and fried to perfection! The Rambo's Spice Bag was great. I did not mix the curry into the bag and shake it up like you are supposed to. Instead I chose the dipping route. The curry was good, chicken was juicy / not overcooked, and the fries were crispy! Overall this is a solid spot for happy hour. The meals are a bit pricey but delicious and well worth the price if you are willing to spend the money. Would return for the Rambos Spice Bag.

But after a few visits and exploring more of the menu, I found myself less impressed. The ramen was a letdown--great protein, but the noodles were rubbery and overcooked. It felt like a waste of money considering the price point. On the plus side, parking is easy--just pull into the lot by Mom's Organic Market. Service was friendly, and I do appreciate the clean, open kitchen. But with all the hype, the experience didn't quite live up to expectations.

Cute long and thin restaurant with a gorgeous bar and view into part of the kitchen. It felt relaxed even though they had a good crowd. Attentive, friendly service from our waiter. My eggs benedict satisfied me - prepared just right. The accompanying salad: I always love French salads- they always seem dressed just right and appear so lightly and intentionally constructed. I also ordered the pain perdue French toast. It was light, crisp, tart from the orange and sweet. A very nice accompaniment to the eggs benedict. Wife wasn't feeling the best and so her ordering decision: French onion soup and the pate maison didn't end up being a good decision for her although I tried the pate and enjoyed it. Enjoyable meal.

So, a friend has always been a fan of this place but just hadn't been in many, many years, so she opted to celebrate her birthdate here. The location has plenty of parking available with very kind and welcoming staff. Our party was quickly seated and greeted by our waiter. For starters, we had the Salad Maison and the La Cachat, which was very appetizing. My friend had the Potato Crusted Salmon, which was my favorite dish that we ordered. It was cooked and flavored perfectly for my taste buds. Another dish that a guest from our party had was sea bass (Loup De Mar), which I also enjoyed. This dish also was big in portion size. My dish was the Steak Frites which was cooked medium, however, it wasn't as juicy or flavorful as I desired. I also took the opportunity to try the Ridoir which was strong yet tasty. Overall, we had a great experience.
