Containing approximately 9,400 square feet and 300 seats, this establishment opened their 108th location off of Greene Blvd. in Beaver Creek, where my partner, his family, and I came for dinner last Sunday as first-timers. Cheesecake Factory is a unique and casual dining restaurant offering more than 200 menu selections, including appetizers, pizza, pasta, seafood, steaks, salads, sandwiches, and more. Being the weekend of a holiday, we were greeted by the host and informed of a 45-minute to an hour wait. Our table was at the back of the main dining room with views of the ceiling's architecture and its colorful vibe. The menu has something for everyone, and we decided on Parmesan Herb Chicken, Jambalaya, Avocado Tacos, and Cuban sandwich. Complimentary Sourdough and Pumpernickel Bread started our meal. Of course, the cheesecake is the star, and some of us opted for Dulce de Leche Cheesecake and Coconut Cream Pie to go. Everything we had was hot, fresh, and absolutely delicious. The quality was consistent, and the portions were healthy sizes. Our server, Shania, was attentive to our needs and helpful with questions about the menu. The price is comparable to the area. Props to Shania for being a quick, top notch server!! The waters and sodas were aways full!! The bread and butter was quite tasty. We all ate it. I ordered the beet and avocado salad. I liked how everything was chopped into small pieces but I wasn't a fan of the yogurt dressing so Shania brought me thousand island which was very delicious. They stopped serving my favorite orange dreamsicle drink, so I decided to try a moscato, which was pretty average. My step son said the Cuban sandwich was outstanding!! My husband ordered the jumbalaya. He was underwhelmed but he did eat most of it. I went with the teriyaki salmon bowl, which came w rice, mushrooms, peppers, peas, and onions - quite good (possibly as good as the salmon bowl at red lobster). I used my free birthday desert and went with the Reese's peanutbutter cake/cheesecake w carmel drizzle. Overall, it was worth the $119 plus tip that we paid, and we will return. read more

I had an order delivered to my home recently and I really enjoyed the meal. I ordered the Double Smash Cheeseburger with a side green salad with blue cheese dressing. The order also came with two mini loafs of bread, one white and one wheat. The items were placed in a colorful plastic bag. Both the double smash cheeseburger and the green salad were in plastic containers. The double smash cheeseburger came with a small container of thousand island style sauce and a small container of pickles. The double smash cheeseburger was charred well. The inside of the bun was toasted with butter. The double cheeseburger was delicious and cooked well. It was very cheesy. The small green salad was simple, with a mix of iceberg and romaine lettuce and one tomato. It was simple but very good and I enjoyed the blue cheese dressing. The included loaves of bread were very good as well. Everything was fresh and flavorful. I've never had takeout from The Cheesecake Factory before but I highly recommend. This location is standard to the normal Cheesecake Factory locations. We only had to wait about 3-4 minutes to be seated and our server was great. We started with some cheeseburger spring rolls and some chicken and jalapeño fritters. They did not disappoint. They were full of flavor. I ordered the French dip cheeseburger which was amazing dipped in the au jus. Truly one of the best burgers I have had. Couldn't be more disappointed in this location. The service was really poor. The order was wrong. The bill was also wrong. We sat in the bar area. Our server was put off at questions. She was rushing the experience of a simple dinner and we actually had a birthday at our table. Table of two. We had a question on what was a popular vegetarian dish. She told us some great options and we replied about one dish that sounded good. We asked if it had any tree nuts in it. Apparently food allergies are an issue at this location. She was upset ?? and told us that if one person has food allergies that we need to say that before she works too hard explaining the menu options to the table. Really uncomfortable and rude to the birthday girl but also to any person, not appropriate to complain about her job of explaining menu items to customers OR make someone feel bad for being born with a food allergy! Not sure how to explain this awkwardness of super simple options. Really poor execution of service here. Another question about a side sauce she rolled her eyes at as she walked away and then came backwards and chatted some more about it. One dish, entree, had an additional side that she said was absolutely no problem to be added into the pasta. It was forgotten and she brought it out on the side after we ate. Still charged full price and no apology. We said it's likely we will want boxes and she took our dishes of food without asking. Spilling silverware on our phones glasses etc. I couldn't tell if she was trying to flip tables faster or just did not like working there. It was absurd to have that happen. We ordered birthday dessert. While we were served and started singing she interrupted and asked if it was together or separate..... who does that... We are long time Cheesecake Factory customers. We usually take our food out. Our last order was January 27. We got a larger order than usual due to the snowstorm and freezing cold. Spaghetti and meatballs. This is a great takeout order. Enough for 3 people. Freezes and reheats well. Excellent sauce coating. Three large meatballs. Our favorite. Hamburg sliders. Everyone loves these. There's just something about the sliders. Double cheeseburger. Has two patties but no garnishing. No lettuce, tomato. Choice of fries or small salad. Tasted okay, but nothing special. Didn't look very attractive in the box. Naked other than the cheese. Won't order it again. Child's pizza. Same size as the adult pizza but less money. Pretty good. Our server was very attentive and did not rush us at all while my friend and I visited for awhile before ordering. Had an issue with the pork carnitas in a Baja Bowl (unable to cut the grisly pork at all, even with a knife), but our server immediately addressed the problem (I asked for a side of shrimp instead of pork, but she insisted they wanted to remake the whole bowl). Unfortunately the second bowl took over half an hour to be delivered - not what I expected for such an issue and about 3x as long as when we originally ordered. Forgot to take a picture of the new bowl, but the portion was generous for the Baja Bowls we both got (and I found the shrimp especially tasty). Despite the issue with the pork, I have never had a problem with anything I've ordered there before, so I chalk this one up to an isolated incident - just wish they had rushed the replacement so my friend and I could eat together. read more

We reluctantly went to dinner here since before the Pandemic. It will be another 5 years before we try again. Based on the low utilization of tables, others feel the same way. Highlights: decor, super good staff, and food presentation. Lowlights: food quantity and drink prices. A $17 Tito's Martini? We are not in DC or Boston! (higher than high end restaurants in Dayton). The large order chicken lettuce wrap was fresh and looked amazing - but the super, teeny, tiny six pieces of chicken that were smaller than anything I've ever seen before was a "no go"! Cheesecake Factory Where Time and Common Sense Go to Die We came as a party of 9 to celebrate my daughter's birthday. Big group. Big menu. Big expectations. All misplaced. I ordered my meal and told the waiter twice that I am dairy allergic. Not a preference. Not a suggestion. An actual allergy. My salad arrived topped with blue cheese. Impressive, considering the conversation we had about dairy. I pointed it out and waited for a replacement. And waited. And waited some more. Eventually the salad dressing showed up long after most of the table had already eaten a good portion of their meals. When I finally went to eat the salad, I discovered there was still blue cheese on it. At this point it felt personal. By the time I received a salad I could safely eat, everyone else was finished. Plates gone. Dinner over. I boxed up my untouched salad so I could enjoy it later at home alone like a sad encore performance. I also mentioned it was my daughter's birthday. There was no acknowledgment at all. No candle. No dessert moment. Nothing. But somehow the automatic gratuity was added with absolute confidence. Thirty five dollars in tip for a salad I ate at home. Cheesecake Factory has a menu the size of a phone book but apparently no system for food allergies, timing, or basic birthday courtesy. I've always loved the cheesecake factory and enjoy my time there. This place was no different from the ones I've been to previously. Our waitress, Trinity, was very sweet and helpful with answering questions about the menu. Our second waiter, James (this was due to a shift change) was enthusiastic when delivering the meals and polite for boxing our food for us. The egg rolls were so filling as an appetizer that it could be an entree for a single person. The calamari was good, but it was a bit salty. We ordered the Gumbo and Bang Bang Chicken. The BBCS is a curry dish and I loved it! This was my first time trying it and as a curry lover, I really enjoyed the meal. The gumbo was very flavorful with the creole/cajun seasoning. Ending the meal with the cookie dough cheesecake and godiva chocolate cheesecake was the best way to finish a meal.  For us (party of 2), the wait time for dinner wasn't too bad. We were immediately seated and the food came out in good timing. The entrees may have taken longer to come out, but with the 2 appetizers we had, we were thankful to have a minute to rest our stomachs before trying our entrees. For about half of my life, I avoided places like this, because I just kind of thought it was a place where you came in and ordered cheesecake In the time, since I've avoided this place, because I've kind of come out of that period of my life where I frequented chain restaurants on a regular basis (while still believing that they pretty much just served cheesecake) I have to say I was pleasantly surprised that this place is profoundly misnamed oh, I'm not saying they don't have cheesecake they definitely do But they also have a menu that is extensive enough that you might not be that hungry by the time desert comes in the first place The menu might even be a little too expensive. A Disappointing Visit That Deserves Reflection We recently visited The Cheesecake Factory to celebrate a birthday with a large group--around 20 of us total. This wasn't just a casual meal. It was a special occasion, and we came in expecting an experience worthy of that. Every person in our party ordered drinks, appetizers, entrées, and dessert. The average per-person bill (before tip) was over $60. With that kind of investment, we hoped for food and service that matched the price. Note: I'm reviewing this establishment based on my experiences as a customer and a Doordasher. First, I visited this place in recent years to have a birthday party dinner with my close friend. The service by the waitresses was very good and friendly. They were not phased by the amount of people in our party. However, my food was some of the worst restaurant food I've ever had. I ordered Shrimp with black beans, rice, and plantains. The shrimp were not terrible. They were, however, lukewarm and didn't have much seasoning on them. The plantains were dry and flavorless. I've had better plantains at a Colombian restaurant in Beavercreek. The absolute worst part of the dinner was the black beans. They tasted bad and boy did I pay for eating them later. I got food poisoning for two days after eating those beans. I'll never forget that experience. I guess I assumed the Caribbean flavor in the dish was why the beans were so "strange". Finally, the Oreo cheesecake definitely tasted like 1,000+ calories in a bad way. The Oreo flavor and the cheesecake flavor were lost because of the amount of elements in the cake itself. It ended up tasting like just plain old sugar on a plate. Very disappointing since this place is known for its cheesecake. Now I also want to share my absolutely terrible experience doordashing here this afternoon. I walked into the front door and was greeted by a lovely woman who pointed me to the doordasher's pickup area. I walked all the way to the back and couldn't find it so I asked a waitress. She pointed me to where to go so I followed her directions. When I got to the pickup area, I found two or three bags of orders. I was careful enough to check each one's check to see which one was mine. When I picked my order up and was about to leave, a NASTY woman with short hair. She began shouting at me, stole away my DoorDash order, and proceeded to berate me over "not doing what I was supposed to". She told me I was supposed to stand by the pickup area and WAIT for someone to come help me. I was NEVER informed of this. Not on the app OR by the two different workers I talked to in the actual restaurant. Then, she said she wanted to see that I confirmed the order, which I did already. I did not appreciate this Karen going on a power trip over me and treating me like I was some kind of criminal or something. I will NEVER be visiting this place again, and I will also REFUSE every DoorDash order I receive from this establishment until this rude woman's behavior is put into check. I've never had as bad of an experience as I've had going to this restaurant. I am perfectly capable of following instructions, but they were never given to me beforehand. And this nasty woman was definitely trying to find any way she could to show her "power" over me and try to bully me over having done nothing wrong. I strongly recommend people stay away from this restaurant so you can have a good meal and don't have to run into a Crazy Karen if you walk to the bathroom the wrong way or eat your food the wrong way. This was our first time dining in and eating the food! We have had cheesecake previously but never their food! Our six year old ordered the macaroni and cheese and enjoyed it. We got an order of crab wontons (not pictured) and they were 10/10. You could smell the crab and they tasted as they should and not filled with only cheese as you'd find in a Chinese restaurant! They also did not use imitation crab. We tried the chicken Madeira and steak Diane combination and I'd rate it a 8/10! I think the dish was more salty than needed. I had a reservation that made a week prior but still got stuck waiting for my table for around 30 minutes, Ladies room had used paper towels scattered everywhere. Everyone I came with ordered a water and a soda both of which were not the best. Our server, Trinity, was absolutely incredible with such a sweet welcoming smile and attitude! food was incredible. you MUST get the fried man n cheese balls! Located in an outdoor mall, the whole place shuts down weirdly early (most stores close at 8 on a Friday night?) so this was basically the only place left open. Not that I'm complaining, I like Cheesecake Factory and so does my wife. We put our name in, but saw seats open up in the bar first so we took advantage. Great service, good food as usual. I had ordered a side salad instead of fries but it came out with fries -- the server was extremely apologetic when he realized the error (he wasn't the one who brought the food out, so he found out after I had started eating) and offered to get the correct side. I didn't want to waste the food, so I kept what I had--but was grateful for the server going out of his way to try to make it right. Waiter was terrible. Never refilled our drinks, rude when we asked for something. Didn't ever bring menus back out so we could order cheesecake. We had to go find menus and a pitcher of water ourselves. Then paid bill on line (QR code on receipt) and the manager was awful. Argued with me that I didn't pay. I showed her my text from American Express saying I was charged. She argued and accused me of trying to not pay. Even pulled up the charge on my American Express app and showed her. She charged me again!!!! Then finally went in the back and saw that it did charge me. She did refund me and I got notification of the refund before she came out to tell me. She STILL did not own it was thier mistake!!! She was still trying to somehow make it may mistake even with the printed proof From her I was charged and then she issued me a refund.
