I have come here now for the third time and this time was for my birthday. Service has never been great but this time it was disappointing! Of course the wait time to be seated is half hour but for this delicious food it's worth it. Once seated, we were not offered water and half hour later someone asked us if we wanted to order drinks. The ice teas came about 15 minutes later along with the bread, but the waiter did not bother to ensure them to be made as ordered ( one without ice, one without lemon). We ordered our food. A half hour after ordering the waiter informed me that the "batter" that the omelettes are made with have dairy. I was surprised at that because I thought omelettes are made with eggs. I had to change my order to a salad but the chicken on the side as i am vegetarian. It took about an hour when they brought our food and came with an omelette. I asked if it was made without dairy and without speaking a work the food runner took it back. 15 minutes later the salad came with the chicken pieces in the salad. They took it back and 10 minutes later i had my food. I was very disappointed at the experience because when we ordered the ice tea i let them know it was my birthday. The waiter asked if i had the app and signed up with rewards program. Of course i didn't know that things had changed with birthday greetings although i came to this chain often. There was no happy birthday wishes for me and i heard the staff sing happy birthday at an other table when we finished eating. Unfortunately this waiter did not receive a tip because tips are for excellent service. We wrote on the back of the check the reason for no tip. I love Cheesecake Factory and their food, but this was the 3rd and last time i stepped foot into this establishment. I hope that this review paints a good picture of what to expect if you come here. Called to make a reservation for our group of 14. Was told they do not take reservations for groups over 6 people. Really? Thought the purpose of a reservation was to to get seating for a large group. Lost the business to another restaurant who were happy to take a reservation. We have been to this location multiple times and it continues to disappoint. We at least were offered bread this time. The food took a very long time (only 2 people) and when it did come out it was flavorless and the sauce was watery (Louisiana Chicken Pasta). Would not recommend this location at this point. The place has gone downhill. We used to love it, but the past two experiences prove to us we will never go back. The hostess was crabby and rude. Then the dressing for our salads never came. We asked for help three times. Finally, our server came over and said she was in the restroom. We asked for a manager and all he said is he was disappointed in the hostess because "she has been here a minute". He had no interest in helping us. With all of the new restaurants, competition will be much more difficult for them as many new restaurants have opened. To treat regulars so poorly, especially locals, is brutal. Hope you enjoy your lack of service as we tell hundreds of locals to support all the other restaurants around you and to never do business at yours. I was a "rewards member" and that only means you can make a reservation online. Rewards members get no other perks for being a loyal customer. I removed my name from the list due to the never ending emails. I called to make a reservation and was told I was welcome as a walk in but they don't not accept reservations unless you sign up as a member. What a terrible way to treat people who do not want to be bombarded with useless emails and only want to dine at this location. Cheesecake Factory is always a winner in my book. The menu is huge and the Lunch options are a great update - more reasonably sized portions but same delicious taste and quality. The Mexican-style tortilla soup and the chicken piccata were wonderful today. And our waitress brought the cheesecake (white chocolate raspberry truffle ) with a candle & decorated for my daughter's birthday without us having to ask. read more

This particular location decided to arbitrarily reduce portions. My clubhouse reduced 50% from what CF has always done at all locations I've ever visited and my wife's salmon dinner. I want to start this off by saying I am a Cheesecake Factory lover, my boyfriend and I go at least once a month. We are on vacation and decided to try this one, and this was by far the worst experience I have ever had at a Cheesecake Factory. Our server was very dismissive and rude. She barely came to our table at all. We never received any bread and butter. She told us the bread would be out shortly, then didn't come back until our food was ready (and never mentioned the bread again). Neither of us got a refill on our drinks, or even asked if we would like a refill. So we had to eat with our drinks completely empty. The food it self was very mediocre, I was not impressed. Also, there was something in my food, and all we got was a "sorry" when the bill was handed to us. I would've asked to have the food remade if she would've come back to our table, but she was nowhere to be found until it was time for her to give us the bill. I declined getting a box (because who would want their food boxed up when there was something in it??). I was so frustrated by this entire experience and just could not wait to get out of the restaurant. Ended up picking up some Wendy's on the way home instead. Always one of my favorite restaurants. We've been to many Cheesecake Factory's over the years and they never disappoint. I was invited to attend the soft opening today as the staff were in training. We were greeted by the hostesses outside as well as inside. There were an abundance of staff present today so attention was given to every detail. They provided a limited menu to choose from which was great since they had lots of options. We started with the quesadillas. They were excellent. For drinks we had the iced mint green tea. It's so good. I'm very happy to see this on their menu as the CF in Ohio had discontinued this drink. It's so refreshing! For lunch I had the Cajun chicken littles and my husband had the orange chicken. Both were excellent and the portion sizes were large. The orange chicken wasn't hot, but the manager came over and apologized and made him a new dish. The second dish was piping hot and delicious. That's how they learn so it was no big deal. For dessert we shared the lemon raspberry cheesecake. It's absolutely amazing, my favorite!!! The decor is exactly what you would expect from a Cheesecake Factory. Our server Jennifer was excellent. Overall a great experience and we can't wait to go back. This restaurant is in Estero which is closer for us than the one in Naples. So we will definitely be back!! read more

We ordered take out online and followed the pick up instructions to call the number on the sign where we parked. Called 10 times - no answer. Went in to get food and they said "oh that number doesn't work"!?! Really!! Then why have the number on the sign? Food was mediocre and pricey ($63 w/tip for a salad and chicken entree). We chose to take out because both of us had surgery this week and wanted the food delivered to the car as promised. They obviously don't care if it is hard for you to get into the store. Four of us were excited to try the new location! It's beautiful inside! Fresh updated decor! As always, the food was very good ! We ordered the spicy chipotle chicken, fish and chips, the barbecue burger, and orange chicken entrée! There were no complaints among the four of us, the french fries were very good! Everything was so fresh and hot! We had joined the rewards program, so each couplehad a slice of cheesecake to go . We tried the pineapple upside down cake and the lemon raspberry cheesecake. The lemon raspberry, when was better in all of our opinions ... the pineapple upside down Cheesecake was still very good, but it was more like cake with not much cheesecake between the layers! So, if you were going looking for cheesecake, this isn't a good choice! read more

Let's start with checking in we where advised there will be a 40 min wait we where like ok. Time went by and past 40 min we approached the staff and they advised they are waiting for a table, another 15 min went by now they advised the table they where waiting on are taking longer to leave and I was like you have over 100 tables in here surely you can seat us somewhere party of 4. Another 10 min passes by and Ya we get a table after waiting over one hour. Then we are seated. Server Nick very nice and polite took our orders. I asked for the Angel Hair Pasta w/shrimp. Let me first explain I ordered this because it has the less sauce advertised as my tummy does not do well with to much pasta sauce. Out came out starters, drinks and then main course. My meal looked like it was pasta drowned in soup as you will see in the picture provided and also take a look at the ingredients of the meal. I was like ok let me try to separate the angel hair from the sauce . I tried but it was so soaked in it. I brought this to the server attention and all he could do was say do you want me to bring back to the kitchen to remake. At this time my tummy was feeling the sauce and I asked if i could have it to go. Well to my surprise he came out with a small container with angel hair and sauce on it, I was like OMG. I remained silent which was not like me but I was like I will do his another way and that brings me here. Basically I $24.95 for a dish that was not provided as advertised and the chef should be addressed by this. Estero Cheese cake factory will not be a future restaurant for us to visit. Place to take out order at the cheesecake factory on a Friday night. My email said the order was going to be ready at 6 o'clock. I was not handed my food till almost 630 so the wait was disappointing. However the food was fabulous and the ladies at the cheesecake counter were delivering really good Customer Service, they were friendly they were helpful they were nice, so it was a great experience. My family,wife, daughter and two grandchildren, came for a birthday celebration dinner a few weeks ago. The server was attentive but the food was mediocre at best. The charged me personally for two $14.00 cocktails when I only had one and when my wife ordered an Prosecco she was told it was too warm to be served and was offered a split of champagne. Never told the price difference and was charged $44.00 for two. For the money, dinner for 4 adults and a child portion, and a couple of cheese cake portions, $250.00 before a tip. The dinner portions were loaded w fillings(rice, lettuce etc)disproportionate to the main dish, ie, meat, sushi. We will certainly never go back there. read more

The people greeting people and seating people with their reservations, struggled and made errors with our reservation. Once the management resolved it, we were seated in the back curved booth. Very comfortable. Our server was excellent. Big smiles, very accommodating for such a busy time. We were pleased with the food. Large portions and delicious and served hot! The manager came by our table as well. Erin was a great server. We took our cheesecake desserts to go. They do need more benches for customers waiting for their table. I love the Cheesecake Factory! However this location specifically I would not recommend. I have gone twice since they opened and unfortunately the service has been HORRIBLE both times. Horrible as in we waited an hour just for our beverages to come to the table. The second time I went thinking the first time was just a fluke- SAME EXACT THING. This place was CROWDED on Sunday afternoon. We were lucky enough to know someone at the bar and she moved over so my Mom and I could sit down. I looked at the menu online and had my heart set on a Cobb Salad. When we looked at the menu we saw there was a lunch portion so we both got that one. It was HUGE and delicious. But the highlight of our visit was the bartender KATE. She had hustle. She rocked that service bar with skill! SO many specialty drinks were being made. She made sure we were taken great care of at the same time. Not only was she helping us but was also directing the employees. She got management involved when they were needed as well. I received a call 12 minutes after I left asking if I was still there. I said no, credit my card for the order. I was then offered the food for free. I declined the offer of cold food and warm cheesecake. I won't be wasting an hour of time again. UPDATE: The charge went through on my card. Now I have to dispute it. They can't even do that right. FINAL UPDATE: Received call from rude female who claimed she was a manager. Provided her with 17 digit order number. She insisted it was 16 digits but kept adding wrong numbers to it.
