So happy to have this come to Cocont point. Parking lot was full and restaurant was hopping busy. Great service, food was great but the portions are huge! Only negative is that all the prime parking spots normally reserved for handicapped parking are reserved for "take out" and were empty the whole time. What a waste. This is Florida! Understaffed which resulted in: ordered half bottle of champagne and he was too busy to go get it and no one else would go. Cancelled but he did not ask what we would like instead. Had to try and get his attention to order drinks and appetizer, as well as everything including flat ware. Food and service not at the level for a $154 bill for two. I went to this Cheesecake Factory with my family. Unfortunately, it was a bad experience all around. The wait time was expected but the service was bad. We saw our waitress when she took our order, someone else brought our food to the table, and the waitress was never to be found again until it was time for the check. No refills, no asking what else we may need, nothing. The food was mediocre and we all got different meals, most of them were not hot as well. I won't be going back to this location. read more

Do not come here if you have a larger group/party trying to celebrate an event. We were a party of 9 trying to celebrate a birthday with fun evening of food and family. We were told we would have to split up the party into 2 tables. They suggested two tables, ON OPPOSITE SIDES OF THE RESTAURANT. They showed no interest in trying to accommodate us to make this work. Never had a restaurant ever ask us to split up a party seating before. Ridiculous. They lost our business to Texas Roadhouse who were very accommodating. 2 other large groups were told the same and Cheesecake Factory seemed to have no problem losing all this business. read more

This was the first time I'd been to a Cheesecake Factory so I had no idea what to expect but I had great experience there last night! You'll want to log onto their website and make your reservation- it was pretty crowded even off season on a Thursday at 7pm so our party of 6 definitely needed one. I had to join their perks club to make the reservation but but it was quick as well. 6 adults fit comfortably in a big booth with room to spare. It was a little noisy at peak capacity but not awful, we adjusted. The food was very good & they are large portions. Leftovers are perfect for next day lunch or late night munchies. Gordon Ramsey would be pleased with this kitchen staff- this menu would be crazy hard to master it's so expansive but they made it look easy. Everything came out together, fresh and hot. The table bread was delicious as well. I'm unsure about the true ambiance of the place as I didn't really get a look around but there was a sizable bar area with lots of tv and tons of outdoor seating (great here nov-march). We've gone to the cheesecake factory in New Jersey for many many years. We're so excited to see the cheesecake factory open in Coconut Point Mall. We are sad to report that it was probably the worst meal we've ever had a cheesecake factory. We ordered the small plates. Mine was the lettuce taco that was supposed to come with two different sauces. The tacos came with no sauces, and when I asked for sauces, it was literally 15 minutes before I got them the chicken was cold my poor friends, hot meal was cold, because she felt funny eating alone. Always liked the cheesecake factory until I went to this one. My friend and I ordered from the skinny menu. She got the chicken lettuce wraps and I got the turkey avocado sandwich. Her lettuce wraps came with no dressing and we had to flag down the waitress to get some which took a while. My turkey sandwich was not toasted and the bacon was cold as if it been sitting around for a while. It was also very dry - there was no mayonnaise or anything on it. It had one small slice of turkey and was the size of a slider so if you're hungry don't get this. Her lettuce wraps had a very small piece of chicken about an 1 inch long. I've eaten at the Cheesecake Factory all over the US. Love the atmosphere the food the design of the place. I ate at Estero restaurant Sunday afternoon. I wanted a seafood pasta which a white sauce which I think I've had there a few times before. I was going to do Olive Garden and get the shrimp and chicken carbonara but thought I try this place. Not good at all. I ended up with the pasta carbonara and added shrimp for $10. Expecting at least a half dozen shrimp. I got 4 small shrimp over cooked like rubber. I wasn't in the mood to complain. I should have stuck to my original plan and did the OG. The pasta really wasn't very tasty. The service was great. But the food was a disappointment read more

We waited 45 minutes for our drinks, we were told they only had 1 bartender.the waitress would disappear for 30 minutes at a time as they gave her 4 more tables to cover yet there were 4 people greeting and taking reservations. This place deserves 0 stars. They messed up our orders three days in a row! When I finally walked over to speak to the day manager Shaylen to tell her about the past three days her first response was, " do you always order food around this time?" ... like what would the time of day have to do with anything! All she did was defend their mistakes instead of apologizing. I called the "general manager " Mike later that evening. After holding for 16 minutes, I began to tell him about the situation and how his day manager responded. He acted like he was doing me a favor speaking with me. When I asked him if I was bothering him he rudely responded. I then told him I can see the problem starts with him and works it's way down and he hung up with me. I called back and he refused to take my call!!!! Mike you're a piece of shit!!!!! My wife has four stores right next to them. We have 2,000 to 3,000 customers walk through our stores a week.
