It took over 20 minutes to receive our order. The server came by twice to apologize for the delay. The potatoes were almost blackened, which the server said she thought was from seasoning. Actually, it was because they had been fried and refried and kept hot so long the insides were mealy and dry. Uneatable. The sandwiches were not hot enough, so the bacon was still cold, and the cheese was not melted. The coating on the ' French toast' is some kind of cornflake product. It's sweet, so maybe a frosted flake. We left the potatoes and took the sandwiches home. The next morning we fried them in a skillet to heat them through and melt the cheese. It was my birthday and I really wanted a slice of birthday cheescake. I went online and made a rewards account and started ordering. I tried to add my birthday reward to my order but it was not letting me. I called them about it and got put on hold. I have been lucky enough to visit a handful of Cheesecake Factory locations and I have always received the same great customer service. This location was no exception. We stopped by for dinner on a Sunday evening and it wasn't busy. The hostess quickly greeted us as we walked in and she asked us if we wanted to sit inside or out. We opted for outside on the patio. We sat down and looked at the menus. We knew we wanted an appetizer, a shareable entree, and of course some dessert. Our server came over right away and she was friendly from the start. We ended up ordering a crab and artichoke dip, the pasta napoletana, and a slice of banana cheesecake. Omg the artichoke dip was to die for. It was warm, cheesie, and gooey!! It was served to us with toasted bread and mmmm it was the perfect combo! Our pasta was pretty big and definitely enough for two. It was a combination of pepperonis, Italian sausage, meatballs, mushrooms, bacon, and onions! The best! Our cheese cake of course was delicious! It was our first time trying out the banana one and I think from now on it will be our top pick! The server was friendly throughout our entire meal and she was very attentive! If you've been to a Cheesecake Factory, then you already know that the food is great. The macaroni and cheese burger never disappoints me. The menu is huge, so if you have picky eaters with you it's not a problem. So many choices that are all delicious. The atmosphere is great. On the downside, this particular location often fails me when it comes to wait times and service. For instance, I brought my boyfriend for his birthday. He asked for his burger plain and dry. It came to the table with mustard and ketchup. This wasn't a huge issue until we alerted our waiter to have it replaced. They brought back the same burger just with the mustard and ketchup smeared and wiped off the same bun. By the end of our fiasco, both of our meals were cold. read more
