AI takes your order at the drive through...which is fine, but the hyper chipper voice and upselling is mildly annoying. It was also abundantly obvious that AI took my order because the woman at the window uttered maybe 3 words to me, but was QUICK to hand me a wireless terminal to provide a tip, which I reluctantly added 15%. If I'm honest, she seemed pretty annoyed with the whole process. I got home to discover that approximately 1/3 of my sandwich was missing meat. Never again and do not recommend. read more

The Firehouse Italian is one of my favorite sandwiches. The ingredients work very well together, although I hold the onions. The pickle spear is a nice compliment to the sandwich and I added barbecue chips and a Coke Zero. The Captain Sorensen sauce is a great addition to the sandwich and the chips. Highly recommended. II visited firehouse sub today 11/18/24 at 3:15pm check number #159 I placed my order drove up and when the lady handed my food and closed the window I told my boyfriend please ask them if they can give me another side of cucumbers. There was no one in sight that we could see so he honked his horn at that point the same worker came back to the window with a major attitude look on her face as he proceeded to tell her what we wanted she just rolled her eyes and slammed the door and then came back with the items. when she opened the window I asked what is your name? she just shut the door again not giving any information and just walked away. THIS IS ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS! Bad day or not don't treat any body like that! Its customer service know the field your working in. I've visited this location numerous times and never experienced something like that. My boyfriend got down to ask for a manager but was told there wasn't one there and the lady name was Norma. As I was in the parking lot she was on her way to her vehicle so I guess I was interrupting her leaving on time? I love most Firehouse subs I've ever been to. I've also worked for a firehouse in Garland for about a year. my sub was mostly correct but the girl taking my order offered a pickle spear & jalapeños, I said yes to both. I did not receive a pickle spear or jalapeños on my sub. not a big deal but pretty disappointing when I know exactly how easy it is to add those things. I mean the pickle spear is expected and she even repeated the jalapeños on my order. Again not a big deal but c'mon put some effort into it. Wild to offer things, repeat them in the order, then not give either of those things. GET IT TOGETHER read more

They got half my order correct. One sandwich was correct. The second sandwich was supposed to be a roast beef with everything except mayo. I got bread with roast beef on it and that was it! No veggies and mustard. This was a mobile order. I would suggest checking your order before leaving the store. These guys are usually spot on, not today. read more

Waited for our order for 40 minutes. The order was wrong.Then waited another 10 minutes for a 2 star meal The staff are in another world. This happend on July 18th around 1:00 pm. We walked into a packed house and had to wait for a little bit for our order to be taken but the guy taking our order was great and very cheerful. We paid for what we thought was 2 medium sandwiches, 2 bags of chips, and 2 medium drinks. When our name was called, there was only 1 sandwich. When I mentioned that there should be 2 the manager just looked at me and said there's only 1 on the ticket. I informed him on how much we had paid and said there should be 2 sandwiches and his response in the most annoyed tone he could possibly manage was "well do you have the receipt?" I had told the cashier that we didn't need it so he had thrown it away. The manager argued with me over the sandwiches and walked over to the register, reprinted my receipt and put it in my face and asked if it looked right. He was incredibly rude, rolled his eyes numerous times, and had the snarkiest attitude when asked what his name was. I'm not sure what Joe Huntzinger offers to Firehouse Subs other than a superiority complex and a bad attitude but I wouldn't recommend this place if you value customer service or if you'd like a general manager who takes pride in what he does because Joe obviously does not. read more

Have eaten at all of the Firehouse Subs locations here in town. Food is always consistently good. Service has always been good as well. Our visit here today was the best thus far at any location. The crew engaged in some nice conversation while we waited for our subs to be put together. The food was excellent. Ordered a double meat Club and was very pleased with the amount of meat on the sandwich. I think that Jimmy John's double might be a little bigger but the quality isn't quite as good.
