I went to Cheesecake Factory on Mothers Day with 3 other Mothers. We have done this for the 3rd year. We especially go for the brunch to get the Lemon Ricotta pancakes. We was very disappointed this year. The pancakes had no lemon flavor and barely any ricotta. The texture was a little doughy like could i've cooked a little longer. The syrup was very watery . We also had the spinach, mushroom and bacon/sausage and cheese Omelet. Had a side of home fries and toast.which was tasty but normally better. The omelet dish looked really good when came out. The service was a little slower but it was a holiday. Where they sat us was not a good location. Weird when a restaurant doesn't want to make reservations for large parties, just parties under 6.... Overall, it was good but there were some things to be desired such as refilling drinks and waters among other small things. This location is a little tired, where there's some food stains on the walls that have never been cleaned or the faucets didn't really work well. I understand why it has lower ratings than it should if it's based on the food alone. read more

If a manager is reading this, know that you're probably losing thousands of dollars a month in revenue; This is about the tenth time I have called over the last few months , wanting to place an order and pick it up: I have been placed on hold each time, to the point where I hang up & have to call back, of course ultimately I don't keep calling back & give my business elsewhere; I cannot understand why the person who answers the phone cannot take the order (& simply pass it on), it seems that the area of the bakery there's never anyone there to take any phone calls, your restaurant is losing a ton of business (& customers), such an easy fix and it's been this way for months, obviously I will not be attempting anymore to order from you guys. read more

TLDR: You're here because you want a menu thicker than the bible. The food is gonna be average across the board and the portion size was smaller than I expected. I didn't get a chance to try the cakes, which is where I feel that they would've rebounded. Steak Frites: The steak was tiny and almost well-done even though I asked for medium. Flavor wise, the steak was fine. I was hoping for a taste closer to a "low-end" steakhouse, but I ended up with "just make it yourself at home" kind of vibe. They thought the compound butter would hide the imperfections, but it didn't. The fries were actually pretty good. Crispy, seasoned, and parmesaned enough that I tasted it til the end. The one big sin for me is the lack of a Bearnaise Sauce. Steak Frites has always been a 3 part meal (Steak, fries, and sauce). Losing the sauce pretty much means that this isn't Steak Frites and it's a shame. Service: It's a bit weird. The staff were using the right words, but you could just feel that they didn't want to work/be there. I get it, work sucks, and we gotta pay the bills. I bit of tone change will go a long way. Other than that, it's alright. Waters were more or less topped up, and we got everything we needed within a reasonable time. Ambiance: Dim, spatious, with a healthy dinner rush noise. It was served with a garden side salad which featured warm, limp spring mix and absolutely nothing else. My daughter ordered the veggie burger. It actually was pretty tasty. However, it was greasy and heavy which kind of defeats the purpose of ordering a veggie burger in the first place. Going in we planned to order desert. Namely cheesecake. My favorite go to will always be the Shrimp Scampi pasta, it is always delicious with the bistro pan fried shrimp!! The service was great and our server was very nice but it was a busy day for him. Not sure why the low rating. This is as good as I remember. They have a pretty big menu with wide selection of food which likely has something for your party. Their food is good but not "gourmet" but then they are priced decently (not much more than a diner). The service is great. The lemonade is also great and is free refill. The decor is nice, upscale and comfortable. You can make reservation for up to 6 people on their website. They didn't let us make a reservation over the phone. We were expecting a long wait but we did not have to wait when we got there before 12 on a Saturday. The kids (5 to 7).years old also enjoyed the food. read more

When served my drink I was not even offered a straw for my drink. Then when getting my steak I was left with just a butter knife and I had to use my own pocket knife to cut my steak. All along she kept saying there was a kick to the sauce, but she also said it was good. After finishing up half her plate, Victoria came by and told us my daughter has been eating the wrong dish. We were like what?? We insist she could just finish the dish, since it was more than half gone. We offered to take the pasta home, not wanting it to go to waste, but Victoria said she needed to take it back and let the kitchen know we were served the wrong dish. My only complaint ( which falls into the category of an act of God in the form of a polar vortex) was that many things were not working soda machine, hot drinks and the heat to a small extent. The Cheesecake Factory rarely disappoints and that was the case on our visit this past Saturday. There are plenty of options on the menu and I went with the steak tacos. They were delicious! Who doesn't love Cheesecake Factory?! It's the house of yummy cheesecakes! I know they have a hugeeeee menu (menues), but I always seem to go with their Green tea, and bacon bacon burger. The service at the bar is absolutely terrible. I've really tried to give this place a chance. First time I sat at the bar I was not greeted so I walked out. Similar story about the second time I went here sat at the bar no one came so I walked out again. Decided to give it a third shot because I thought it might be good for happy hour. I sat at the bar, wasn't greeted for several minutes, but then finally a bartender came over. Gave me a menu. Several minutes went by again. I ordered my drink. Several minutes went by. I received my drink, and it was a glass of wine that was turned and was basically vinegar. I placed the food order, but it was never rung in so I decided just to leave again. Where do I begin? Took over an hour to be seated when I was told 40 mins, ppl were walking in & were being seated before me. Server was absolutely terrible. My daughter was unsure of what she wanted so instead of waiting he puts everyone else's orders in so now our dinner comes out before we get drinks & apps. Had to ask twice for bread which came after the dinner. Cancelled the app at this point. Tried taking my wife's dinner plate when she was still eating then next go round took her glass of wine she wasn't finished drinking but left my empty glass of beer the entire time we were sitting. DEI hires killed this place for sure. Piss poor service & in desperate need of training. read more

Horrible experience. Went there for a family dinner (4pm Sat May 16). Eight of us. Service was almost non-existent. Not a single smile from any of the staff. Took them forever to bring the food. Everyone's meal was below mediocre. When we sat down, they brought two small plates of rock-hard super stale bread. Worst of all, my sweet 7-year old grandson got food poisoning from the bow tie pasta that he ate there. Non-stop vomiting and nausea lasted for almost two days. I was checking another website and noted that a number of Cheesecake customers who ordered pasta with cheese dishes got food poisoning. It was my suggestion that we all go to Cheesecake Factory. Salads were very good. Bar area was a bit of a disgrace. When we sat down there were only 2 other people sitting there but it looked like a disaster area - bar top was strewn with dirty plates and glasses. As bartender made drinks, he splashed syrup and drinks on counters behind the bar but didn't clean up so they accumulated and it looked kind of bad. He mixed drinks over the ice bin, spilling drinks in there. Glasses, when washed, were immediately stacked, creating little greenhouses of moisture inside - again looking dirty. read more

One of my friend has a birthday ritual to celebrate each year in Cheesecake factory. We went in as a group of 25 including kids. Cheesecake said they cannot help us with a reservation, so we ended up waiting for 1.5 hours and did a quick tour in the mall. Once we were seated, the service was good and the server were prompt to take our order since everyone were starving at that point. We ordered plenty of appetizers - wings, stuffed mushrooms, glazed cauliflower, tex mex rolls, lettuce wraps, avocado rolls and more. Everything tasted delicious. For entrees, being a large group, we ordered plenty of food. Some of the favorites were the spicy chipotle pasta, lettuce wraps and baked salmon. We enjoyed the food, and the kiddos enjoyed their lemonade and finger snacks. The portion's are good to share for two, and the flavors were consistent throughout. The experience was not good at all. We made reservations but weren't sat until half an hour later. We are pretty certain the hostess forgot about our reservation while we wait as we saw people coming in without reservations getting seated ahead of us and she turned to us after 20 minutes and asked if she could help us..... despite us checking in with her at our reservation time. We placed our order and waited about 45 minutes for our dinner to come out. My chicken was hot but the pasta was cool with a dry/hard layer on top and the mashed potatoes were dried out, cool and hard on top as well. It became apparent that they probably spent quite awhile under a heat lamp until the chicken came up in their cue to be made. It shouldn't have left the kitchen that way. The sauce I requested on the side didn't come out. I requested my sides be replaced. After 20 minutes was told they were making fresh pasta and was given replaced potatoes, basically making me eat my dinner in odd random order- chicken.... then potatoes.....finally the pasta arrived and the sauce came at the end of the meal. It was for the chicken that I ate nearly half an hour earlier. I was told they had to remake the sauce too bc someone dropped it in the kitchen? It honestly ruined my dinner. The meal should have just been redone so I wasn't forced to eat that way. Ultimately, I found a manager who listened to my concerns and offered to remove the cost of the meal. When then bill came, he forgot to remove it. So I requested the bill be adjusted and it was. It was an awful experience start to finish. We typically don't eat here when shopping at the mall and I regret deviating from our normal dining routine. I don't know what the point of making reservations was, nor the point of being served in such a weird way. We won't be back. read more

Didnt bother to look through the reviews since Cheesecake is a staple. The service here was intensely terrible and all staff is complicit in it. The hostess was brash and even though our wait for a table was shorter than expected we were sat in a section already filled with two tops. Our server never introduced himself, he said ill be with you in 5 mins. The shock had me repeat "5 mins?!" I have never heard a server say this before. After 2 minutes i see nothing in this servers hands, roaming around unbothered despite the crowded room. He comes back and tells us three more minutes...so we make sure to have it all ready. At this point after giving the order together--we wait about 15 mins for bread. The drinks took some time but with good company I cant give an exact measurement of time. It was an interesting experience. But I will say that when i asked the server for things he would get them, no attitude just like he needed the direction so I wont go so hard just bc its not just him, it was everyoneee working there just felt like they werent working.... The bill came and the manager had to adjust, it took about 20 mins and no apologies directly from them about all this lack of. Anyway, the food was good as you can expect in most Cheesecake Factory chains. But please management, customers are already paying over the top prices for things like never before, we want an experience and its not a good feeling when you're basically pressured to tip 18%-22% every outing. I frequent this cheesecake factory, and usually come 1-2 times a month. Horrible experience this time around. The bartenders didn't greet me, they just stood around laughing and talking to each other. After minutes of staring at them and waiting, I had to ask if I could place my order. I place the order, and I understand that it was busy. But after waiting for half an hour, to receive the Miso Salmon that I did....the fish was unseasoned with sauce on top. I can't understand how a crispy piece of fish drenched in sauce could taste so flavorless. The meal was overall unappetizing but I had to eat it because I was starving. My waiter didn't check on me once, not even as I packed up and left. I wish I had never paid for this meal. I'm so unhappy. read more

The food selection was a wide variety for all dietary eaters ranging from $9-12.. the drink selection was average that range at $9, but the drinks taste watered down..
