Chick-fil-A is one of my acceptable fast food places. The first reason is that no matter which Chick-fil-A you go to, it is going to be consistent with other Chick-fil-As. Two, the customer service goes far beyond any other typical fast food places. I cannot tell you how many times I have been at a fast food place that the employees do not care. I can't say that about Chick-fil-A. "My pleasure" is a frequent response that I hear from employees and at least, they look like they want to help. My favorite item is the spicy chicken deluxe with pepper jack cheese with Chickfila sauce and Sweet and Spicy Sriracha or Polynesian. The sauces are phenomenal and if they would make a lollipop of them, I would buy one and lick it all day haha. The chicken breast for the sandwich is always high quality, juicy, and with the best mix of spices for the breading. Chick-fil-A breads all their chicken in store too. Waffle fries are unique and are some of my favorite from a fast food place. Sweet tea is always refreshingly sweet. I will say that if you have a problem with Chick-fil-a's service and quality of food, you might be the problem. However for this Chick-fil-A location in LaGrange, GA, it might be hard to get access to it if you are on the other side of the road. I don't remember seeing a median to get across. There is also one entrance which seems like it can cause traffic backup. Other than that, you can expect the same greatness you can at any Chick-fil-a. read more

Do yourself a favor and just keep driving. Layout of the drive through is difficult to navigate and no clear instruction. I ordered through the app and when met by a staff member, I told them my name and then they never read my order back to me nor offered a receipt. I was missing one item from my order (never received) and then the milkshake they brought out was the consistency of a regular drink. I would have asked for a fresher one but the worker took off in a run once he handed me my items. First time visiting this location and it very well may be my last time. This is the worst Chick-fil-A I've ever been to. The drive through is very confusing. You enter the parking lot at the pick up window with no signs saying where to go. The lanes are not clear marked and they had 10 cars in the 1st lane and 0 in the 2nd. They took the order very slow like 5 mins while I was there and all I got was chicken Mini meal and a drink. They window was slow as hell too. 10 mins to get. I've never waited so long at a Chick-fil-A in my life. The exit was confusing, I got back on the interstate and I realize what ever drink I got was not mine and it was a lemonade sprite mix I think and it was nasty read more

Always friendly and patient. This is one of the busiest Chick Fil As I've been to. They are constantly packed with customers inside and drive-thru. However, they are very efficient and quick to serve. No matter what it seems like the employees are always smiling and happy to take your order. At times I feel like I'm a little slow whenever I order my meals, however they are always patient within the process. No a days, I use the Chick Fil A app to pay and use my calendar items, and this can get a little tedious and hectic. But the cashiers are always willing to bear through your requests and handle your order with a smile and patience. The food here always comes out hot and seemingly fresh. Our JROTC Raiders Competition team called at 8:30 PM and asked if they could handle a party of 36. They told us YES and allowed us to stay over after closing at 9:00 to finish our dinners. Everyone was served within 12 minutes of the first order being placed. They were patient with our kids. We were finished and on our way by 9:10. Thank you Chick-fil-A, Lagrange. Dharma should be employee of the year - she was so kind to my boyfriend and I who joking acted like we didn't know each other from separate cars in the drive-thru lines. My family and I win to Chick-fil-A last night and all our fries were filled up medium way and we had 3 large fries and we spend $50 my sandwich was smashed we waited 30 minutes for our food and chick fillet sauce and they gave the last chick fillet sauce to other customers instead of us and they have no good customer service and apparently no refunds I do not recommend this place. I always come to this location but was disappointed today.. drive thru was quick like always hence the 2 stars but my chicken sandwich didn't have pepper jack cheese even though I ordered it and it was on my receipt. Also, I ordered a chicken noodle soup and upon pulling it out of the bag, it was stone cold. SMH read more

On our way back home from FL and stopped here to get food. My son and husband stopped at the BK beside this Chick-fil-a and thank god they did. I started eating my food and by the time we went across the street to the gas station, I was sick and had to throw away my food. The chicken was GRAY and tasted sour. Definitely do not recommend. read more

I ordered 2 days in a row. BOTH days I was misusing things in my order. Both nights I ordered the exact same thing 1) market salad and 2) 8 piece chicken nugget. First night I ordered they gave me no utensils whatsoever. Second night I ordered they gave me no salad dressing and no sauces for my chicken nuggets. Chick-fil-a has us spoiled never missing a beat. My first bad experience with Chick- fil-A We raced 15 minutes to get there for breakfast and got there at 10:30 on the button and they wouldn't serve us breakfast. And then we went inside to order and had to wait 10 minutes and they got our order wrong. Typically this location has service and they bend over backwards with great attitude but today was an exception. I will update this review after the next visit . read more

Same genuine smiling friendly service, same clean as a whistle restaurant, same great tasting friend chicken made this breakfast visit enjoyable. Breakfast burrito was regrettable though and was more of a mixup on highway 9 than a meal. It was just thrown together and did not work. Stick to doing biscuits and the minis. Okay - we all know that Chick-Fil-A is amazing and a step waaaay above all other fast food establishments, and I'm sure i could find a ton of things to say that reflect CFA customer service at this specific location. However, I want to highlight something that is not necessarily unique to CFA, but it is remarkable about this location in particular: the employees are so kind and patient with their customers. Far beyond dealing with "difficult" customers, on my visit today, I brought my laptop and got a sandwich and just sat with headphones on and witness as a worker saw an older gentlemen come in, greet him by name, showed him to his "usual" spot and brought out his "usual order" while he quietly read his newspaper. In the restroom, I saw as a friendly worker helped an older lady who had difficulty walking and standing upright wash her hands and allow all the customers that came in to use the restroom before her. As I said, the food at CFA is excellent and there's a definite standard that is known and respected across the board for this company, but it was so touching to see that little glimpse of love and kindness from the employees to the customers that might often get forgotten or treated differently because of where they are in life. read more

The access to this restaurant is practically cut off due to road construction. If you're not a local, good luck finding a convoluted route to the drive-thru. The date of my visit was Friday 26 May 2017. So I parked across from the Chik-Fil-A and walked up to the guy with the headset and asked him how I could get some food. "Come back in a car", he snapped. OK - how do I get here in my car - you can see it parked right over there... "Try GPS"... Talk about making a bad situation worse ! Crowding is chronic at all Chik-Fil-A restaurants and the attitude seems to be, Get used to it and get in line... Not me ! Keep your poorly-run sites...I won't be coming to any of them. There is utterly no reason for any employee to act like this and it seems to be an attitude that is part of the corporate culture. Even if they improve access and move to larger locations I ain't going to them. Beware of the Chik-Fil-A at this location. read more

Placed an order via the app at 8:45. Store closes at 9:00. Pulled into the parking lot at 9:00 and made it to the drive thru at 9:01(after circling building and dodging traffic cones). Manager is standing at the speaker and before we even pull up to him, is waiving us past. He then tells us they're closed and not accepting orders. We inform him that we placed an online order 15 min prior and he then says it's too late. After asking if we can get the food that has already been paid for, he says his kitchen doesn't have it. Will not be back. I hope our $17 is refunded as quick as they took it. read more

As usual, Chick-fil-a is great but the manager of this location goes above and beyond. Super nice guy and everyone here is super friendly. If they ever make a mistake with your order, which is very rare, they are quick to fix it. I am lucky to have such an establishment nearby. read more

Livi Stewart, Shift Manager is HORRIBLE!!! She has an attitude, no smiles, and cannot take a simple order. The order was to fill a cup with ice cream and include a cone on the side. For some weird reason, Livi made a big deal about the order and hurried away from us to make the order saying, "all I heard was a cone!" AJ, the employee that was helping us and had such a kind disposition, looked terrified of Livi and I don't blame him. It seemed that many of the employees were staying away from her rushed, mean personality. I have never experienced such rude customer service at a chic fil a! Wow! read more

One of my favorite chain fast food joints. I'm sorry - maybe they put something addictive in this food, but I just cannot get enough of it! No matter the location - it seems that this chain consistently provides good flavor, good service, with great value that I can count on from one state to the next. This location didn't let me down - though it didn't hit a 5 star for me - it's a solid 4 star with cleanliness and everything else that goes along with this chain! LOVE me some CFA! Stopped north bound on our way home from the beach. It's the weekend before the 4th but even with the parking lot full and a line wrapped around the building, CFA never fails to get give customer service. The bathrooms were clean and when I noticed they wee out of paper towels, they immediately went and brought some for the other guests. On our way out, we snagged ice dreams in a cone and my pa-in-law grabbed a milkshake. All perfect and given with my favorite expression; "My pleasure!" read more

I only eat at this restaurant on Lafayette Parkway. I drive out of the way 2 it here. Don't bother with the Chick-fil-A on Commerce. They make the best chicken sandwich best fries and most of all Peach milkshake. I go just for the peach milkshake at least once or twice a week. read more

Sea bass is supposed to be delicate, juicy and tender with a bounce back when you poke it. It is crispy on the outside and tender in the middle. I order it every time I go to bonefish grill, and that's what I expected when I came here. It was grossly disappointing. I honestly don't even think that fish they gave me was sea bass. It was much too thin. It was soaked in an overwhelming amount of lemon. The mashed potatoes and greens tasted like lemon. It was like my entire meal had been marinated in lemon juice all day. Yuck. There was no sweetness at all. It was just bitter like strsight lemon. This "meal" cost me $42. I was back at my hotel before I realized how bad it was. Going out in the rain to return it was not an option. I Very rarely give bad reviews. This is the only one star review I think I've ever given. This food was truly atrocious.

The amount of chicken was painfully small, and if it wasn't for the few nugget size pieces of chicken, the Cantina bowl could've passed for a vegetarian dish. If you're just wanting something cheap, and fast, Taco Bell fits that. For quality, and satisfaction just go to a real restaurant that serves tacos, burritos, and anything else you'd find on a Taco Bell menu.
