This was an online order, not in store. There were multiple delayed arrival dates over the course of 4 weeks. I finally had to cancel the order because the clothes would be out of season by the time I got them. The reason for the delay was "supply chain issue" so I recommend buying in store not online to guarantee getting the merchandise you want. read more

Be warned if you shop here. Without the ORIGINAL receipt, this location will refuse to return an item. Even for a store credit or an exchange. Even when the item is new and in the original packaging. Ok...here is the back story. We purchased some leggings for our 4.5 year old daughter to wear with a dress for a wedding. We got them home and they turned out to be 3/4 leg capri's. When I tried to return them...and yes, I lost the receipt. When I tried to exchange them for a store credit today, the associate talked in circles about things I didn't understand about emails and other things all in an effort to tell me they wouldn't do the return. I know I won't return here as there are lots of other stores catering to kids clothes that have better customer service policies. I recommend you do the same. read more

Came by early in the morning just after they had opened so the store wasn't too crowded yet. This was a good thing because the store is jam packed with displays and racks of clothing. I had my son with me in his stroller and it was a tight squeeze going down the aisles to get to things, we kept bumping into clothing and getting stuck around corners. I found a pair of shoes and some shirts that I liked and was debating about whether or not to purchase them because they seemed to be on the pricey side for clothing that he's just going to grow out of in a few months. However, when it came time to check out, I was pleasantly surprised to learn that there was some type of sale going on and the items were actually marked down. As mentioned by other reviewers, customer service isn't the best here, but it's kind of to be expected for a place like this. read more

I just called this store 22Oct22/1315hrs and asked the girl on the phone if she could confirm an order in which I just received a text that it arrived. She flat out said "No. we have lots of orders here and I can't check every one for yours". Thanks. Real comforting. You're really great at your job. Customer service here really sucks. My wife asked one of the staff for a larger size pants for our son. She says go to the back and she'll be there soon to help. After 10 minutes, the staff never came by to help. The staff was just standing behind the counter talking to another staff laughing. We asked why didn't u come by to help us. She just stood there and didn't bother to answer us. I don't know why she was like that. We came in to look for a pants for our son and that was it. Anyway, It's sad that this business is run by staffs that doesn't care about customer service. We won't be coming to this location again. read more

DO NOT SHOP AT any of the children place or gymboree. DO NOT shop online or off line. There is a reason that those companies merged together. They are incompetent in business world. They are selling kids clothes but they have no idea how kids and parents with kids. HOW can you expect busy parents with KIDS to keep the tiny price tag a long with the mess. If you buy thing online, make sure to keep the little price tag. Remember to check if the tiny price tag is there. I don't know how they can do business in the U.S. They are there to rob hard earn money from parents. They downsized from their previous location at the Target wing to that near the Bath and Body Works wing. I think the smaller store makes everything appear jam packed. It was hard to maneuver around the store without knocking something down. Service was ok. A really nice older lady helped me during the holidays but when I went back after New Years, the place looked like a bunch of teenagers worked there. They couldn't even be bothered to say hi to you. This place is awesome. I always buy my kids' clothing and shoes here. Practical prices and pretty good quality. And besides, you can your money back when you sign up for their rewards card. I went in today to buy my daughter shoes coz I got a $30 gift rewards that'll expire soon. I got her 2 pairs of shoes and I only had to pay$2.70 out of my pocket. Wow. read more

Some of the big girl (up to size 14) styles are a little goony but many of the clothes for my 2nd grader are not only durable but pretty trendy. Super awesome prices for kids clothes but this location has horrible customer service. I came with a gift card. The card didn't work. Apparently it expired and requires a phone call to get a new number. How do gift cards expire in California? But I was told there's nothing they can do and I have to call customer service myself. Seriously? They don't have a corporate number where they can obtain my credit amount?!?! So I decide to suck it up and call but the number they gave me has a wait time of "over 30 minutes." I asked if they can call and assist. The associate said "sorry, I don't know what to do." The manager next to her says "I'm busy opening the store" and walked away. Nice way to treat your customers. The first time I walked into this store with my kiddies all I seen was "Sales, Sales and more Sales!!". It was their summer sale and I couldn't help but grab something for all of the babies in my life; my kiddies, neice and nephew. Baby boys in one area and the baby girls in the other, shoes, hats, sunglasses, belts.. the one stop shop for those kiddies in your family. And thanks for the workers for assisting me in my kiddy shopping. This place does have cheap clothes. My daughter is only 1 and I've came in here a couple times to find cute some cute hoodies or socks and such. I found this super cute fleece bear hooded body suit...to bad she out grew it =(.. this place is def. ppacked over the weekends or at least the weekends I've been here.. and most of the time its wayyy to messy for me to really come shop.. sorta sucks.this place does beat the Great Mall location, I must say, Great Mall is way to crowded and twice as messy. I suggest come here on a weekday, hopefully they would be more organized and easier for shoppers to locate things. Cute clothes tho! read more

The price is cheap compare to other kids store such as Crazy 8 & Gymboree. This store has more selections in compare to the one at Tanforan Mall. The sizes for the sales items are wide and easy to select. The only thing I don't like is the way they put the price, usually misleading. Is always a good idea to do price check first. I really like they have price checker available for customers. read more

Amazing prices!!! OMG! I couldn't believe it when I spent $50 for 20 items. This store is heaven when it comes to deals! Plus I was greeted when I came in and the staff was really nice. I signed up for the rewards program and ever since I've been getting their $5/$10/$15 gift certificates just for shopping there. Also, best place to get jeggings and denim for my nieces. Great selection. One thing, I wish there was more than one fitting room. I kinda missed the old location in mall. But this store looks newer and fully stocked. I would say I had a great time shopping there with my nieces. They even received tattoos for free from the nice employees that was working. Overall I recommend coming here than Crazy 8. Atleast someone would help you out with sizing and all that jazz. :) read more

One of their workers named David is verry enthuastic and funny and knows how to give a good customer service.
