They have yet to ever contribute to doing their job. Every time I ask the simplest of questions, I've been given the run around and never called back or even responded back in a timely manner. They charge an arm and a leg for everything. They had the tendency to nickle and dime you for everything. They even impose a 3-4% charge for using credit cards. I've never heard of any establishment imposing that charge other customers or clients. You offer payment options as a convenience to people for your services. Staff is absolutely useless in accomplishing anything and huge revolving door here. At first I thought it's the staff then I realized it's the employer himself that is imposing all this as well as allowing his staff to be so inefficient. I can't waste my time or money here any longer. Please spare yourselves the time and money and go elsewhere where you are treated with respect and you get what you pay for. Never returning again.
