First time visiting Victoria and found this place. So glad we did! Drinks were top notch, food was amazing especially the Brussels Sprouts. I can't stop thinking about the balsamic dip! It is a must try. Will definitely come back.

I am giving the overall bar a 5! It's a super fun bar located right off the major street in Victoria. I was visiting for only 4 short hours. We wanted to grab a beer and head back to the boat. The atmosphere is super fun. We were greeted right away and I was overwhelmed with the beer list. The server let me try a few. I don't think she heard me because it was a little loud. I ended up getting a beer I wasn't a fan of. I'm not one to send things back so I drank what I had. 1 star for the beer I had. This place has MANY drinks to try from. I didn't see a food menu. They might have one. I also didn't see a physical menu, it was scanned from the bar. Still recommend going here!

Good ambiance, for drink or a snack. The bar is fully stocked and the food is ok. Service can be slow sometimes so if you're not rushed it's the perfect spot.

Great service in an old school beer/whiskey bar. Tons of choices. I recommend having time for tasting a few.

Lots of alcohol to chose from!

Pretty decent amount of people when we went in - I like the variety of distillery. Bf and I went down the strip from other bars and discovered this one. Took about 15 minutes for the service, granted there's a good amount of people.

Stopped in a couple weeks ago on a cruise. This is a cool bar. If you're looking for poutine, this is the place to get it. Fresh cut fries, silky gravy, cheese curds, bacon. Absolutely perfect. Great draft list and very friendly staff. Hope to get back next time I'm up that way.

The menu as of December 13, 2015.

Haven't yet had the food though it looks great. Wonderful selection of beers on 50 taps and excellent service. If you don't like sitting at the bar seating is limited.

High quality drinks. Great maple old fashioned and sazerac. Yummy homemade chips and awesome but spicy Thai lettuce wraps. Sweet but busy and hard to catch waitress. A TON of beers on tap. Wish we lived here to check out often! Cool long bar and ladder on industrial bar bottle set up. Cozy booths at edge. Bet it gets packed late!

It's fine. It's a bar. The poutine was fine. The service was lacking. The beers were good (but that's hard to mess up).

I enjoyed my cod and chips. The mac and cheese was enjoyed by my kids. Be warned - a cheese pizza is just cheese on crust so its really heavy. I was honestly shocked by how good the food was. I had initially assumed it might be a spot primarily for tourists, but a dear friend of mine who is a local mentioned that people in Victoria actually love coming here. She even noted that some friends from her children's school were there just the night before for an alumni weekend. The menu absolutely exceeded my expectations. I was blown away by the fish and chips; the fish was moist with a light batter and wasn't oily at all. The burgers, Irish stew, and shepherd's pie were all delectable as well. The real standout, however, was the sockeye salmon in a pesto preserved lemon broth--it was so addictive that I wish I could replicate the recipe at home. It is very easy to see why this spot has received so many accolades, and I would love to return the next time we are back in Victoria!

The bun was incredibly fresh, light, and pillowy, while the pork belly was melt-in-your-mouth tender with the perfect balance of richness and tang from the kimchi. The pickled vegetables added a bright crunch that tasted incredibly fresh. We started with the salmon tartare, and it was phenomenal! Rich, buttery, bursting with flavor, and so good we were literally fighting over the last bite. And the scallop? Order one for each person. Seriously. It's far too delicious to share. It had just the right amount of heat, leaving the perfect lingering warmth that immediately made us want another. Do yourself a favor and give yourself enough time to work your way through the menu, because every dish we tried was outstanding. Each plate was thoughtfully curated, beautifully executed, and cooked to perfection. I like to call it the C³ trifecta: curated, created, and cooked. Without question, this is some of the best food we've had in a very long time. We can't wait to come back (when visiting) and continue eating our way through the rest of the menu.

Restrooms are located upstairs, and there are no elevators, so it is not wheelchair accessible. Yelp waitlist and Yelp Reservations are available on the app, so I made a reservation and the host greeted and seated us as soon as we entered. The vibe is fun, they have a great playlist playing in the background, and a big drink menu. The food menu is pretty big, and they specialize in Korean style roasted chicken. We ordered: * Rose Pasta Appetizer - could've been an entree. It was so good and my favorite dish of everything we ordered. The sauce was so good, we saved the leftover sauce on the plate to dip our roasted chicken. 5/5 * Pan Fried Chicken Noodle - basically yakisoba noodles. Decent but a bit bland. 3/5 * Butter Curry Roasted Chicken - came with Korean rice cakes on top. 4/5. Chicken was tender and I loved that it was boneless. * Spicy Chili Roasted Chicken - we originally wanted the Volcano flavor, but the server warned us that it was really spicy, and suggested the spicy chili instead. We enjoyed the flavor of this one more than the curry one. So good! 5/5 Our server was super nice, and food came out quick! I highly recommend stopping by if you're craving some good chicken!!
