I picked them due to their high ratings on here but couldn't have been more disappointed. Didn't get out any spots (somehow made them worse) including coffee, made dirt tracks, dumped the cleaning product in my planter so they wouldn't get fined which in turn killed my cedars and made my other plants really sick; trying to bring them back currently. When I told them this was unsettling, they were confrontational. Charges me ~$1k for a couple spots and wouldn't make it right. Called another company who did what the company couldn't. read more

I quoted over 6 carpet cleaning services. Jonus may not be the most rapidly responsive. But he quoted reasonably, not the highest nor the lowest and provided the service on the same day I called. He was very upfront when he explained the fee quote and services included. I had some stains on the carpet and sent the pics to cleaners. They either told me that nobody can guarantee it can be fixed which made me very nervous or that it just can be fixed but there was an extra charge (the initial quote was very low). Jonus told me that it looked like a rough condition; he can't make it brand new but he would try to make it look much better and there would be no extra charge. He indeed set the right expectation and honored his words! The carpet now looks wonderful. I really appreciate his timely and honest service. Jonas just cleaned a 9 x 12 area rug and a hall runner for me. He did a great job. There were some really hard sticky spots in front of the sofa and the runner was right outside the kitchen so it had some serious spots too. Both rugs look like new. (Wish I had taken "before" pics.) Submitted a request for quote earlier this week through Yelp after a cat vs carpet incident. He was very quick to respond and very helpful. It wasn't until he showed up this morning that we discovered he couldn't reach his hoses 150' into my condo (I thought there would be enough room) given our layout & parking situation. Our senior kitty had an upset tummy on my sofa the other night. In my early morning panic upon finding it, I blotted it up, then sprayed with a rug cleaner and scrubbed with a small brush, only to find out later by reading that the fabric had a code of S, which means use a solvent only. Yikes! The spot were not coming out. I remembered reading a great review for The Clean Station, so as soon as I could, I called for help! Jonas said he could get the stain out and not to worry. He came that afternoon, and while he was at my home,I showed him a bedroom chair with food stains and two bedroom carpets which had some places as well. I recently moved to Texas from California and called The Clean Station (Jonas) while in California to make the appointment for our new home. He was very accommodating with the appointment as we wanted to get the carpet cleaned in the new home before our furniture was delivered. Jonas showed up on time and after a quick tour of the house went right to work. Jonas was extremely friendly and great to talk to since he was also a transplant to Texas. He also performed a test in the living room area to show me exactly what his vacuum was pulling up. What an eye opener! Obvious the previous owners never cleaned their carpets. The next morning I walked the house and an "ink" spot showed up in one of the upstairs bedrooms, pictured, I texted Jonas the picture and he quickly called me to make arrangements to come back and take care of it. This is outstanding customer service, I know the ink spot was not his fault, as it seemed to be something under the rug that was pulled up with the process, but it was great he was willing to come back and take care of it. The other picture is the ink spot completely removed after his second visit at no charge.
