Based on the fantastic reviews I read on Yelp, I decided to hire this company to clean the carpet in my house. I will say I was very pleased with the service I received. Both times when I called, Jonas promptly answered the phone (even if he was on a job). He texted me prior to his arrival to let me know he was on his way. He had a little trouble finding my place but he was punctual. Once he arrived, I showed him what rooms I needed cleaned and he explained the cleaning process and showed me a demonstration. The process took under 2 hours and my carpets were left smelling fresh and clean. Jonas was very personable and a hard worker and did a thorough job. Just moved into a 2013 home where previous owner had 2 labs. Kids seem to be allergic and needed them cleaned ASAP. I looked at yelp reviews and called several companies. Jonas got back with me and said he could come the next day. He quoted me a price and have me a time, even texted me. We moved out all furniture we could out of 5 rooms. Jonas arrived an hour late and said the price he quoted was wrong. I believe he said it was too low, but I was "adding a room and master closet so he would refigure it". I saw the reviews and thought I'd get a good cleaning so I didn't argue with price. Jonas was very polite& nice. The carpets were quite wet and had a good deorderizer that wasn't too strong. He said they'd be dry in 4-5 hours. After cleaning at 4 the carpets were still quite damp at 10p.m. getting our socks wet. I also saw where there were little black dirt trails were, where his hose had been placed throughout the house. This morning carpets were dry and the smell of the deorderizer was gone....but smell of dog is still there. This afternoon(exactly 24 hours) I decided to take a closer look and smell. Kneeling on the floor the baseboards and perimeter around floor are marked here and there with dog hair. The carpet still has a smell of dog and Im worried as time goes on it will be stronger. Maybe I should have taken my friends advice and spent that $$$ on carpet removal. I don't have the same $$$ to go to another carpet cleaner. read more

They recommended this company to me. So glad they did! It was a great experience! They were on time, professional and VERY friendly! He got the machine set up, did the cleaning, and left. I went on my lunch break and the whole thing from start to finish probably only took an hour an a half. I was extremely impressed. My sister, who had been visiting with my two nephews, told me one Sunday morning that her oldest son had thrown up in the middle of the night all over my light (cream colored carpet). After doing some web research on vomit stains, I tried to clean it up myself with a combination of baking soda and Resolve later that day. I had some success with a few of the smaller stains, but no luck at all with the heavier stains, so I decided to bring in a pro. Usually, I contact a few different service providers from Yelp and make a decision after going through informal interviews on the phone, but I was so impressed with Jonus when I spoke with him that I decided to just give him a shot without calling anyone else. That turned out to be one of the best decisions that I made in a long time. He came out the next day, and for only his normal service call fee, he had the whole vomit area of the carpet looking like new in only 30 minutes! He (a clean, friendly, non-smoker) showed up right on time and proceeded to go way above and beyond the call of duty. A couple hours after he arrived, he started to do what he came for, cleaning our carpet... He spent all that time troubleshooting an electrical problem in our laundry room because he needed to plug in to the dryer outlet. He ultimately ended up in the attic and fixed it!!! Jonus said, "Pets are our best customers," and he knew just what to do. See pictures. 6' x 4.5' wool area rug two 8' x 5.5' wool area rugs 18.5' x 13.5' synthetic-carpeted bedroom He charged me $189 (not inclu tax). (That's 30% less than the other bids I got.) There were no additional charges (add-ons, pre-treatments, etc.) and no up-sells! Wow! What he quoted is what I paid. Jonus (correct spelling) works alone. I very much appreciate that since it's been my experience that quality suffers when a crew is working because those folks' commitment to excellence isn't the same as the owner's. He also was timely. Usually, you have to take a stated arrival time with a big grain of salt. Not with Jonus. He said 10 a.m., and he was here at 10 a.m. Moving furniture is an added expense.
