The facilities, however, are miserable and the machines have been on their last legs for some time. 80% of machines not working and out of order. Dryer gunk. They have taken an extreme beating for the floors which, showing no appreciation for the paltry protection by the rugs, lay crumbling and cracked, inured to the neglect and depressed by it all. The tired decor, ripped wallpaper, all are depressing. A weird authentic time capsule of 1970s depression. That's why I come back every now and then to see if things are looking up. I don't mind the tired decor or old floors if the machines were new and working, this would be my 3rd place.
