After being flaked on twice by another cleaning person I contacted the cleaning company late the night before and they were there at my house at 11:00 or so two people that rocked my world cleaning everything even filling up the trash with liners I'm going to leave pictures because I'm sooooo happy having a spring cleaned house from the baseboards on up, closets, tops of door jams, my window sills, Even surprised me they loaded my dishwasher and set the wash so all my stuff was clean what a nice surprise. BEWARE this is not a reputable company. if you want your email and texts to be spammed from 6am to 10p when you ask for a cleaning, this is the company. They are violating FTC and can-spam act laws by not allowing potential clients to opt out of their constant and never ending emails and automated texts for cleaning. i reached out for a cleaning and in the span of 24 hrs I received 8 emails (no opt out option) and a dozen text messages asking for my credit card, confirming my appointment over and over and over again. when i blocked their automated texts, the owner texted me at 6am to demand my credit card info to confirm my already confirmed appointment. when i complained that they texted me at 10pm the night before and it was unnecessary to reach me at ALL HOURS of the day for ONE CLEANING, they cancelled my appointment. read more

I scheduled a deep clean with The Cleaning Co. They were quick at giving me a quote and answered any necessary questions that I might have. I asked for a certain day for the cleaning and they were able to schedule me in. They sent a reminder text the day before my scheduled appointment and then a text when they were on their way and the time they would arrive. They were on time. I appreciate that. I had the pleasure of having Claudia's team clean my home. They did such a great job and I really needed the help. They pay attention to detail. My home is so sparkly now. Started of with great communication beforehand and that morning -- and the cleaning was great! I asked them to focus on a few bigger things, even if they didn't have time for the basics - bit they didn't the basics AND the bigger things in their time! They got some serious grease off my window blinds in the kitchen, cleaned my sills and plantation shutters, got the stove and oven tip-top clean, and more. My sis and I discussed hiring a cleaning service for nearly a year before we finally took action. We wanted to preclean before someone did a deep clean... but things got worse (life; things happen), and it was clear we were never going to get things into a respectable state. I contacted a couple of cleaning company reagrding a move-out cleaning in our house. Maid2go was the first the respond. I read the reviews and decided to go with them. I did not regret it. They gave me a reasonable price for the cleaning service, I requested. They sent two oeoole to clean the house. The house was thoroughly cleaned, we were happy woth the end result. The only issue I had was that they were running 20 minutes late in the morning which happens. However, they ey did not informed us about that and we couldn't reach anyone when we called them in the morning where the cleaning people are. Some quick highlights Super fast response when you reach out for scheduling, and the follow-ups are always same day if not within the same hour. Cindy and her colleague did a great job cleaning my apartment. They did a thorough job and paid close attention to the areas I wanted focused on the most. They let me look around the apartment before they left to ensure there were no areas I wanted further work on. My only critique is that they arrived late. In the future, I might try to make my appointment earlier in the day to avoid this problem. Their previous cleaning lasted longer than expected, so that's why they were later than expected. I spoke with their office and it didn't seem that they wanted to communicate with their team at all. The cleaning team came unannounced despite me telling them my availability. We needed cleaning and sanitation after a mouse infestation. I called and got an appointment for the very next day. Fernanda (team leader) and two cleaners arrived on time and I showed them what was important to me. (Good thing I could communicate in Spanish; I wasn't told in advance that they spoke little English.) I have had cleaning clothes clean my house for 6 months and the initial deep clean was great. After wards, the cleaning was inconsistent and I noticed that items were cleaned around and not under items and not under reachable furniture over several occasions. Recently had a move in cleaning for newly renovated home. When I returned, found a chipped tile and no one claimed responsibility or noticed it. No other workers were in the house.. Only one maid showed up, even though I hired two. She was nice, yet did a subpar job. I had to go back in and clean the floors, the walls, and the fridge. When I told her about the fridge, she said she was too short to clean it properly. It was the inside of the fridge, so it wasn't like it was the top of the fridge. How can you be too short to clean the inside of a fridge?! Plus I had two step stools she could have used if height really was an issue. The real issue is that their maids are worthless. Karla contacted me months later and said they would come back within 24 hours of the cleaning to fix the mess. Read that again. She contacted me MONTHS later and said they would come back within 24 HOURS of the original cleaning. It was a move out cleaning, so I haven't lived in that apartment or city for MONTHS now. Goes to show the poor customer service!! I still can't believe the audacity to try and pretend to rectify the situation "within 24 hours of the cleaning" MONTHS after the fact when I live in an entirely different place and city now. Zenia's team came to my place yesterday for the deep cleaning service, and they did an excellent job! Since I have a dog, my place needed some serious TLC - thick layers of dust and grime build up, and it became way too overwhelming for me to do it myself. Although the team did arrive late, it was because their car had broke down earlier, and they were actually 40 minutes away when it happened. Despite this, they still showed up ready to tackle my place! It was also nice that the Cleaning Co offered a 5% discount for late arrival. One thing to note, I was only able to communicate with the Cleaning Co office staff and didn't get connected with the cleaning team directly (I had to reach out to the office staff, who responded in a timely manner that the team was running late due to car issues). I wasn't told that Zenia's team only spoke Spanish until they arrived. We managed with my limited Spanish, but just wanted to give a heads up in case. Another heads up is if your place does not have free parking, their parking expenses will be added to your final bill. Overall, I think the cost justifies the value of their service; I honestly could not have done a better job myself! I also appreciated that Zenia's team discussed with me about using cleaning products that could be strong for my dog, but it was fine! read more
