My wife and I needed our house cleaned immediately after we had some walls drywalled, textured, and painted. Dust was everywhere, uggghhh! On Tuesday, I looked on Yelp and filled out the work request survey form and Karla of Maid2Go responded within seconds after I pressed "submit". I decided to go with Maid2Go. Very disappointing experience. I booked a move in clean as I just bought a new house and it needed a deep cleaning. I chose the Cleaning Co based on their yelps reviews and pricing (more affordable). Unfortunately my experience was just like the other 1 star experiences. First time they came out to clean, they only covered maybe 1/3 of the items listed on their website under Move In clean. The fireplace was untouched, the windows and window tracks very dirty, cobwebs everywhere, and baseboards dusty/dirty. I also asked for them to call me when they were almost done so that I could come back and lock up after they were done. I returned to the house within 10-15min of the alert that they were done and found the cleaners gone and my house left unlocked. I scheduled them to come back and finish the job. I spoke to Karla and Monica about my disappointment, including specific things that were missed, and they said they would make it right. When the cleaning team came back, they said they only thought they had 1 hr of work to do, and weren't aware what they missed and needed to complete before that morning they came back. They told me it would probably take them closer to 3hrs. They also told me that they only had 2 people and 4 hours of time to clean the first time, which is why they left so much dirty. Overall, it sounded like poor communication within the company. This time the cleaners were still there when I came back, and I was with them for another 30min so they could cover what was still missed (window tracks and some stains on the wall). Even after having them come 2 times to clean, I am still finding some things that were missed (microwave) or not done well (dust and dirt in corners). Overall, I would not recommend as it took a lot of effort on my end to have them clean what they said they would on their website, and I still find myself having to go back and clean as well. Also, it was ridiculous they left my home unlocked and unattended after I specifically asked for a heads up so I could be back by the time they were done. read more

I admit rooms were pretty grungy to start, that's why deep cleaning was requested and 2 adults were welcomed. Carpet shampoo - service not rendered. Not even spot cleaning. Vacuuming did not fill the need. 2 adults working in same very small bathroom talking When 1 should have been in other bathroom so they could both tackle the kitchen. I went over the entry table with clorox wipes once I figured she was done. Moved some of my things. I put them back correctly. Nothing much replaced to original locations. I will use personal references in the future as my medical attention requires a clean disinfected environment and I need the house cleaned monthly by a professional cleaner next time. read more

Amazing reliable and thorough service. I had an emergency and needed my house cleaned to be able to welcome my new tenants. They showed up on time, and began work. They immediately communicated to me that they may need a few more hours after I told them we needed a deeper clean and they were able to extend. They left the house spotless and looking fresh again. To reply to the owner, there should not be a difference in cleaning quality whether home owner is present or not and whether this is day 1 or day 2 of the cleaning because we pay the same hourly rate. Sorry about the confusion on arrival time. i misread the time window and deleted the part. However, you have never informed us carpet cleaning will be on the day2. Two of the maids work harder and did a decent job and i do appreciate. And sorry I wasn't aware of the fact that i will need to provide evidence for something i didn't do. -------------------------- We requested a move-in cleaning service on 02/14/23. We asked for carpet steaming, and the maids said they didn't know and have to do it on next day. The communication between the team has a problem. We asked for four maids with a rate of 150/hr; the cleaning is detailed when you are watching them; you will have to check the room consistently and tell them to go back and redo it if something is not cleaned. Even when I asked them did you do this room, she would say yes until I showed her the dust. Quite disappointed. We pay 1200 for our full day service and cancel our next day appointment because of the quality. And the owner claims this result is because the coordinator is not at the scene to check. I didn't pay less for the bad quality, and who would pay for the second time if the quality was like this the first time? However, I still brought them a drink at the end to appreciate their work during Valentine's Day. Last but not least, when the maids left, they said their car was damaged on our property and demanded video evidence the next day. The owner asked for proof, or she would file a police report and stated this was just a standard "U.S. procedure." Luckily, we have a camera outside showing she came in with damage. There is serious honesty problem with this company. What an experience! I advise people to triple think before booking a service with them. Good luck with your business. read more

We scheduled during the week for that Friday with an 11:30-12:00 arrival. I didn't hear anything after that until 11:53 on Friday when I got a call that our cleaners were outside. No problem, within the parameters, but a call on Friday morning with a tighter estimate would have been nice. The cleaners were super thorough and did a great job. They brought all their own supplies. The price was very reasonable and I am very happy with the job that was done for what I paid! The only reason I'm knocking off a star is that there was a communication barrier with our cleaners that did not speak English very well. We had made up a list beforehand, and they weren't able to use the list. However, the cleaners were so thorough that they actually incidentally got every item checked off regardless! Nice! Unfortunately, our landlady has provided us with special products to use on all our countertops and cabinets. I communicated this to the cleaners, but they didn't fully understand. They used these products for the kitchen only, and not in the bathrooms where they should have also been used. Overall, I was happy with the service I got. The value was great. However, the communication barrier made things hard. I would ask that if you're sending out cleaners that aren't conversationally fluent in English, that your coordinators communicate better beforehand so they can establish whether there are specific pointers the cleaners need to know in advance with regards to products or areas that may need special attention. read more

This one was the best priced, provided the most services for deep cleaning, had a flat rate based on unit size, and didn't try to upcharge me for time, requests, "level of dirtiness" which some did ask me about (and my place is pretty new).
