I called about 5 locations in OC that specialized in wedding dress cleaning and some either didn't get back to me or their price quote was out of my budget. Trust me when I tell you, Frank will take care of you. As soon as called them, I was given Frank's cellphone number for a quote on my dress. He picked it up the day I called him and kept me updated through the whole process of the dress cleaning. He also offers free drop off but I was easily able to stop by and pick it up. If you're not sure who to go with, go with him!! He also offers regular dry cleaning and tailoring. I lost some weight coming up to my wedding so I will definitely be bringing some of my pants over to him to get tailored.

When I picked up my dress, it legit looked like I JUST bought it. I also had some loose threading that pulled from my previous event, I didn't even mention that but somehow they fixed a lot of it!!! I won't lie, i was really nervous about the dry cleaners because my last place I went to last minute did a terrible job.. they did things that weren't asked of and didn't really clean the clothing at all..... But Frank and his team really out did themselves. Thank you guys SO much for fixing my dress, I got many compliments and how great my dress looked that night :-). I've yet to have a bad alteration job. I find their prices fair given it's super hard to find a legit dry cleaner and alterations that is reliable and does a good job. They're very straightforward and will let you know if they can get the job done or not. I find this place special as a few years ago I had a Reformation gold silk dress that had a tie detail at the front with tassels at the end of the string. I got this dry cleaned and during the process they called me to let me know that the dry clean cause the tassels to come off. Not only did they call right away and was sincere about the issue they immediately provided a solution of replacing the tassels with a very close match. They even sent me photos of 2 different options. It was pretty custom so I'm shocked of how well they fixed it. It looked completely fine by the time I got it back and they lasted till this day. I truly appreciate the staff and all the great work they do in handling my clothes. I also really appreciate that I've never had anything lost too. That has happened to me before at another dry cleaner so again this place is my ONLY go to. I've already referred my coworker and my parents that still go here too. Last note, I also love the location. It's a little far from my house but I like getting treats and coffee at Paris baguette next door. Apparently the Indian place next to it is also very popular and I can get my groceries at Trader Joe's across the street after I do my dry cleaner pick up.

HORRIBLE SERVICE !!!!…read more Even though I specifically requested that they not use pins to secure the train, they returned the dress with two pins stuck into the bodice, leaving visible holes. When I brought it back, they said it could be fixed right away, so I returned again a couple of days later to pick it up--but it hadn't been properly repaired. Only the lower part of the train had been addressed, while the most important area was left untouched. They then asked me to come back again a week later. When I finally received the dress, it came back with severe stains on the décolletage area that were not there when I first brought it in. Even after I complained, their response was shockingly irresponsible--they said they didn't want to touch the dress anymore. This is truly unacceptable service. I strongly advise against bringing your precious wedding dress to this place. I have worked in the wedding industry for over 25 years, and I have never experienced such poor service. Out of the five dresses I entrusted to them, two were returned in a condition that made them unusable.

I had 24hrs before the ceremony and stopped by here after a quick google search. They don't typically do super rush jobs but told them my situation and they took care of me. My 2 piece suit and shirt were dry cleaned and pressed next day , I was able to pick it up in the afternoon and made it to the ceremony in time. Total life savers. The staff here were amazingly friendly and understanding. They even took my number to call me when it was ready for pick up and that extra step of awesome customer service really shows why local businesses are better than the big chains. They charged me their normal rate which I super appreciate and made sure to leave a tip for their kindness. Always love supporting local businesses, and if I lived in the area this would be my go to spot for dry cleaning. As far as I could tell area was save and easy to park and cash only.
